Camping trip with Melissa, Hailey, Max and Jack at Outdoor Adventures August 2010

We got back from Bayshore and did laundry and headed to Outdoor Adventures. Melissa and the kiddos came up on Tuesday. We had great weather again and did alot of swimming. We also had fun golfing, which Jack was very good at for a 2 year old. He didn't put his ball in the hole with his hand. He hit it and then pick it up and put it near the hole, then hit it til it went in. He was so fun to watch. Everything went fine until we got to the 4th hole with the ramp to hit it up. The ball would go in and come out a hole below. He was really having fun putting his ball in and watching it come out below. After that he only wanted to stay there, and we had to work hard to keep his mind off of it. Hailey learned to swim without swimmies and by the end of the week she was swimming quite a ways under water. We were all so excited. Max would go all over the pool with his swimmies on and loved making a train with the noodles and having us pull him around. Jack didn't want swimmies and has no fear of the water. He will take off swimming at a very young age I think. We had a lot of fun and a lot of exercise and more family bonding too!
Bruce was able to come up for a day which was very nice. He made us a great campfire. Vikki and Misty came up. They stayed while we had to go home for a day. They enjoyed themselves and we enjoyed our time with them. Don't know why we don't have pictures of them...they were on the go quite a bit getting everything they could in while they were there.
