5/31/17. Went to "muffins with a special person" at Peyton and Isaac's school!  Isaac took his mom as his special person and Peyton took me.  They had regular muffins and chocolate muffins and juice.  It was fun and I loved being a special person!  We saw Mike P. There with Weston.  Gave Mike a hug and talked to him for a couple of minutes before leaving.
We took the kids to the hall where their class is and said goodbye.  I stopped and got a few things from the store and then stopped at Tim Horton's to get Kimmy a French Vanilla Capp.  Stopped to get a free frappe at McDonalds Vikki told me about.  We had coupons on our phone so got a breakfast burrito with it.  Got home and Kimmy had got one too.  I left to get seeds and plants for the garden and the girls went to Hobby Lobby to get something Kimmy's boys needed for their derby race.  When we got home Bill, Vikki, Kimmy, and I planted the garden.  The girls worked hard and we all had fun doing it!  What a great help they were!  They even helped us put the fence around it afterward.  Sure love and am thankful for my sweet daughters.  Kimmy had to leave afterwards, so Vikki helped me shape the bricks around our tree so Bill would know the shape we want when he does it.
Went to Peyton and Isaac's first school program at 6.  The were so cute!  Isaac had his sleeve rolled up a little so you could see his watch his daddy had got him.  He sang and did the motions all the way through.  Peyton didn't look up at first for a while.  She did the first "neighbor song good with a little boy next to her.  After that, she sang, but played a lot with the netting layer of her dress.  She got into doing the motions and singing the last three songs.  Wish I could post a video.  The sang 13 songs with no talking between to keep them focused.  They were cute songs and all the kids did amazing!  Loved watching Peyton and Isaac!  Aunt Debbie came too and so did Aunt Ann and Grammy!  Melissa really wanted to go, but Bruce came home excited with tickets for the family to go to a Loons Game so they went there.  It was "Spirit Night" Ha Ha....Private joke!  After I got home, I finished watering things and came back to the campground.

5/30/17....Just Mocha and I at the campground today.

Beautiful start to the day  I took this on my way back from the shower at 7:00 a.m.

5/29/17...Memorial Day....Remembering those who gave their lives so we could be free. Praying for families who lost heroes. Everyone came up to hang out together.

Max was a great helper all day!  He's helping Papa put the sides up on the Clam

We had lots of fun with Hailey, but she had to take it easy with the stitches in her foot.  It was feeling lots better today though.

Kimmy, Vikki, Melissa, Bill and I took a walk.  It was beautiful out.  Later it got so windy you could hardly stand to be out in it.

Eli came on his bike with us.  Papa kept trying to get him.  They sure have fun together.

Papa is sure good with the grandkids

We went in the outside pool for a few minutes, but lots of stuff from trees had blown in the pool.  Vikki tried skimming it but didn't help much with the wind like it was.  We went in the outside hot tub but it wasn't hot, just lukewarm.  Then we went in to swim in the inside pool and it was closed because there was a cut in the liner.  Vikki, Peyton, Max and I went in the hot tub and relaxed.  Peyton and Max had fun together and get along so nice.  We got out and some teenagers got in.  Kimmy, Melissa and the other kids came but there was no room in the hot tub.  Then the teenagers started eating in the hot tub.  Vikki let the help know and she came in and told them not to eat in it.  They were not very respectful and took some time before they did what she said.  Glad our grandkids are kind and respectful and have parents training them right.

Ice cream with Melissa and family at Tacey's!  YUM!!!  Bruce got onion rings!  None of the kids liked them.  We liked our ice cream better.  Evan, Melissa, Max, Hailey, Jack and Papa

Max got up and wanted to do any jobs we needed so that he could earn money to buy special candy for his cousins, brothers and sister that they like.  He took Mocha out for me all the time.  Cleaned ups Lenny's poop, helped Papa.  I thought it was so sweet how he was thinking of everyone else and what they would like.  Such a sweet boy.  Everyone got here around 10:30.  The kids wanted to go to the store right away.  We went for a walk and it was so nice out.  When we got to the camper, the wind picked up.  Bill was still able to grill hamburgers and hot dogs outside.  They were delicious.  We had potato salad, Bruce's yummy veggie salad, beans, chips, and watermelon too.  Such a fun blessed time with family.  The wind got gusting to 30-40 mph (it said on the news).  Our Clam top would go down and then go back up.  We saw another one the same way.  The kids loved hanging out together.  We loved hanging out together too.  Everyone left and Bill and I followed Melissa and her family to Tacey's for ice cream.  Such a fun day with our wonderful caring family. My heart is full of love!  Bill and I played 3-13.  He was ahead all the while and at the end I won by just a few points.  It sure was quiet with just us here.

5/28/17...Went home to go to church. Melissa and Bruce picked up Evan and Jack and brought us Hailey and Max to come spend the night with us in the camper

We got up early and headed home to get ready for church.  The boys rode home in the pj's and got dressed when we got there.  They played with legos while I got showered and ready.  Great worship and service at church.  Melissa and Bruce came to our house afterward and we traded kids.  We took Hailey and Max with us camping.  We stopped at Taco Bell on our way and ate.  Got to pray for a veteran that came up to us and talked to us for a while.  He has 4th stage renal disease.  His name is Austin and he is a believer.  We got up to go and my best friend's sister, Colleen was sitting behind us with her husband.  We talked to them for a while and then left.  We got to the campground and Vikki and the kids were eating ice cream.  We got ready to swim after they were done.  It was cooler out so we went to the inside pool after being in the outside one for a little while.  I drove Hailey their as her foot was still hurting bad to walk on.
She stayed with Peyton and Papa while we walked.  She did walk to get ice cream with Papa and Max though.  Rody got there and we were happy to see him.  Isaac was really happy as he is a daddy's boy.  We ate pizza from Little Caesars and Bill (who doesn't like cheese) ate sloppy joes, potatoes and carrots.  Rody and I went to get our ice cream after that as were were the only ones who didn't get any yet.  We went for a walk and sat around the fire relaxing.  I cut up potatoes and cooked them for potato salad tomorrow.  Vikki sure is fun with her nieces and nephews. Bill, Vikki and I played 3-13.

5/27/17. Kimmy and her family came up and brought Evan and Jack to spend the night with us!!!

I made sloppy joes in the morning and put it in the crock pot.  We thought Kimmy was coming up earlier, but it was mid afternoon when they got here.  They were so nice and brought Jack and Evan up to spend the night.  We walked and then went swimming in the outside pool.  It was a beautiful day and sunny.  We had fun in the pool except when we couldn't find Eli for a second (seemed longer). We were happy when we spotted him.  Bill and Jared ended up going to look at a tiller.  He bought it, so they took it home and Jared tried it out again.  The kids all went to the camp store which they love to do.  The guys got back and Kimmy and Jared were so happy about their tiller.  We are happy for them.!!! They are such hard workers!
We ate and then sang to Jacob and Adam for their Birthdays.  We had delicious cupcakes Kimmy made!  The boys opened their boogie boards we got them and were so happy!  Sure love those sweeties!  So nice having Vikki, Peyton, Isaac, Jack and Evan here to celebrate with us!  Sure love those sweeties too.   We took another walk and these boys had some cool light up things you shoot from a sling shot into the air.  Vikki and Kimmy sure are good with their nephews and are such a great help.  Vikki went to get some for Peyton and Isaac.  I decided to go get some for all the grandkids.  They had so much fun playing with them.  They were only $1.69 each.  Sure got our money's worth.  Max and Jack were happy to sleep in the bunk house.  They were very good and so much fun to have here.
