We did our devotion on Psalm 148.  Such a great praise Psalm.  I called Evan right at 8 in the morning and sang Happy Birthday to him.  He was so excited about his birthday and was so cute.  Bill read his Bible, I had to read mine a little later this morning.  He worked on pens for a while.  I walked around and looked at my plants when it stopped raining.  The rain sure made them grow and new ones pop up.  I made cup cakes for Bill and I to have for Evan's Party tonight.  We all took our own goodies to eat.  I also mashed up strawberries and tomorrow will have some over a plain cupcake. Made spaghetti for dinner.  At 6 our family met at the church parking lot and distanced ourselves 10 feet (each family).  We sang to Evan, played number games that Kimmy suggested (so much fun) and watched Evan open his gifts. We ate our treats too.  Bill and I had hot coffee in our mugs too.  There were two Prius's and two Town and Country vans.  We had such a fun family time.  I just loved it.  Evan loved it too and when he got home he said,  "It was the best birthday ever!  We all thought it was the best.  I guess being together is appreciated even more now, even though we always have loved being together.  We just don't get to do it much right now.    I love my family so much!

Day 45, 4/29/2020...Morning Devotion, Masks bagged, poster made, First Oriole of the year

Me in my muck boots.  I sure am happy I have these.  Went in some muddy water with no worries today!
Put our New Life Sign in our yard
Started bagging up 200 face masks and filters today.  Got 25 done and then got a call that they needed them so badly, someone is coming from the U.P. to pick them up.  They don't even want us to bag them now.  Time consuming job that we don't have to do now.
My first Oriole came today.  I just put the feeder out yesterday.  So beautiful and  I love how they sound.
Another picture of the Oriole, but I like the blossoms in this one.  Just have to zoom in!
Bill made this cool pen today!
He wanted to make sure I got the gun on it in the picture ha ha
632 cases, 52 deaths
I got my poster made for Evan's birthday!  Found a cake with 9 candles on it!

We did our online Devotion with Pastor Ken.  Last devotion on Psalm 103!  Love this Psalm.
Bill had cereal and I had oatmeal for breakfast.   We read our Bibles, prayed and played worship music.  I read on my book some.  I weeded some around my flowers in the woods.  It was pretty easy because the ground was so wet.  We got 1 1/4 inches of rain last night.  I sure am thankful the girls got me muck boots.  I wear them so much and love them.  I thought I heard an Oriole singing in the morning.  I saw one on the feeder a short time later.  Saw it three times at the feeder.  Wasn't where I could be looking out the window much so glad I timed it right to see it.  Bill went out and made a cool Marine pen.  He did such a nice job on it.  I bagged 25 masks and filters.  I had 200 I was supposed to do, but ended up not having to finish because they needed them so bad someone was coming to get them and said not to worry about bagging them.  I made a Birthday sign for Evan's Social Distancing Birthday Party tomorrow night.  I can't wait celebrate Evan's birthday and to be with everybody even if we have to stay 6 feet apart.  Read on my book.

A friend of ours posted this picture of the gas prices by where she lives in Michigan.

Pastor continued on with Psalm 103:6-18 today. Another great devotion.  Love this Psalm so much.

I walked 2 1/4 miles on the treadmill.   We read our Bibles, prayed and worshipped.   I filled and hung all the hummingbird and oriole feeders. Opened the windows in the house today and let fresh air in.   Sat in the sun for a while to get some Vitamin D.  The lounger chairs that Vikki found online and went with me to get when it was still cold out, are so comfortable.  I fell asleep on it.  Vikki called and she and Peyton came over and brought us some banana bread Peyton made.  It is delicious.  Thank you so much Peyton!  You too Vikki!  I walked outside a lot today.  Ended up getting, 14,700 steps.  We had a Zoom meeting with CMA State Leadership tonight.  Read on our books.  Talked to Vikki and Kimmy and texted Adam.

New chairs Vikki and I each got for our porches at Aldi's

Didn't get to walk on the treadmill today, but got 11,000 steps today. Walked outside today.  Pastor Ken taught our devotion on Psalm 103:1-5.  It's one of my favorite Scriptures and one I used to say to the girls, and also would say to Kenzie every time I took her to school.  It's a great memory and I write it in her cards sometimes.  Pastor's message was excellent on it.  Vikki stopped over to pick up her green peppers I got at Pat's when she was done picking up the kids school packets.  It was nice seeing them and Lucy.  I made 3 more face masks.  Need to get more stuff for ties before I can make any more.  I washed the windows in the house inside and out.  Nice to have that job done.  Vikki got a nice rocking chair from Aldi's.  Vikki and I met at Aldi's and she got one more chair and I got two.  They had marks on the floor and almost everyone had face masks on.  We weren't in there long because we knew exactly what we wanted.  A nice worker outside told us if we pulled up, he would load the chairs for us.  Vikki just had the one so put it in her car herself.  I pulled up, and he put them in the back of the truck for me.  Bill had a Zoom Elder's meeting tonight.  The Mission's team approved supporting CMA and then tonight the Elder's voted on Zoom.  Everyone gave a thumbs up.  Dad is so happy as he is the one who presented it with Dennis Watkin's help.  Such a great Mission to support.  I talked to Melissa, Vikki and texted Kimmy today.
