I got up early and walked 2 miles.  Went grocery shopping early to beat the crowds and did pretty good.  Came home and was texting Adam and he asked if they could come over.  I sure was happy to have them come.  Vikki, Peyton, and Isaac came over too.  I was happy to have them come over too. What a nice day. Kimmy, Jacob, Adam and I played Ticket to ride.  I came in 3rd, Kimmy came in 2nd and Adam won.  I need to practice up.  I was telling everybody how good the January issue of Decision Magazine was and that they should read it.  The next thing I knew Jacob had finished it.  He's such a great kid.  They all are.  I am so blessed.  Bill and I had to leave so we could go to Max's game at St. Pete's in Hemlock at 5:30.  We got to watch both teams and both teams did great.  Loved seeing Max play.  He really moves fast and loved seeing him with his arms up high guarding his opponent.  They won 47 to 12.  Max was very happy.  It was nice seeing Ally and talking to her.  We all went to Tony's in Shields after the game.  Max and Evan got shakes with their food.  They bring a shake cup out filled and then also the metal cup with the rest of the shake.  Max drank 2 1/2 cups full.  Evan hardly touched his, so I had what was in the metal cup and they took his cup and dumped it in a to go cup for Jack to have when they got home.  Vikki face timed me when I got home.

Thursday, 1/30/20, Walked 2 miles, Went to Melissa's, Watched Isaac, Vikki came over

Peyton and Isaac with their fun Uncle Bruce

Walked 2 miles, then shower and got ready.  Went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and got Stacie one of the rugs Melissa, Kimmy and I love for her birthday gift.  Went to Jacks and got stuff for Sunday's Super Bowl Party.  Picked up a pizza meal from Little Caesars. Went to Melissa and finished eating it. We visited for a while, then Melissa asked if I wanted to help her take the wallpaper down in their dining room.  I told her I had some stuff to have it come off easy.  She told me her living room wallpaper came off super easy.  When Bruce came home, he said it was so hard to get that wallpaper off.  Ha Ha!  I told Melissa I was reconsidering now.  Vikki brought Isaac to me so I could watch him while she took Peyton to her doctor appt.  Melissa and Bruce had to go pick up the kids, and I brought Isaac to my house and we hung out there.  I gave him some donuts and milk for a snack.  He played the Wi and also played with legos.  Then we went through some old pictures.  He was such a good boy.  Vikki and Peyton came and hung out for a while.  We had fun and had some good laughs watching this fun lady Vikki watches.  I took my watch cover off and cleaned it with a holy moly cloth.  It looks like new now.  Never thought it would need cleaning underneath.  Sure am glad I figured that out.  I told Vikki, so she could do the same with hers.

Got up and got ready to go to Melissa's.  Took her to therapy...she's back at it.  Exciting because one of her goals is to walk without braces which she is very happy about.  I went to Sam's Club afterward and picked up some Shea Shampoo and Conditioner.  It was $14 for a super big container.  In the store, it's $11 or $12 for a small container so it was a very good deal.  When I picked Melissa up three hours later, I had put meatloaf and mashed potatoes in containers for us to have for lunch.  I also took a container of chocolate covered strawberries for both her and Vikki.  They were very happy about that.  We got to Melissa's and warmed our lunch and ate.  I texted Vicki, but she ate lasagna at the school where she works.  She came over after that and visited for a couple minutes and took her strawberries.  I left and came home and relaxed.  At 4:30, we went to Max's game.  I thought it was his schedule Melissa sent, but it was the girls, and then the boys play right after.   Vicki B. came and sat with us and we watched Meredith and the girls team play.  Vicki showed us pictures of the beautiful home they are moving into.  We saw Max and some guys walk by in front of our seats so yelled hi to Max.  We watched him practice and he sure throws good passes and catches really good.  Wish we could have stayed and watched his game, but we had set up to meet Sue and Charlie and Kenny and Kitty at the Falcon's Club for Burger Night.  Sue has been going through depression, and I talked her into coming, so I didn't want to not show up.  Sure hated to leave Max's game.  We are going to his game on Friday now.  Our burgers were super good.  Had a fun time.

Tues, 1/28/2020...Went to breakfast, Bill had to go back to Urgent Care, Showed the movie Overcomer at Small Group tonight

I dipped strawberries in chocolate.  Yummy! I ate too many!
We went to breakfast at Sullivans.  Eight of us there today.  Bill would moan from pain when he moved a certain way.  We all were telling him to go back to Urgent Care.  Came home and read our Bibles.  Bill got a call from the doctor at Urgent Care and when Bill told him about the pain being worse, he told him to come back to Urgent Care right away.  We left quickly. They did an EKG, and then the dr. came in.  He asked Bill if he had a rash, and Bill said no.  Then the doctor looked and there was a rash.  They gave him a script for medicine for Shingles and also something for pain.  He was relieved that was all it was.  When we got home, we both took a nap after lunch.  I made chocolate covered strawberries.  YUM!  Got ready for our small group meeting after that.  We watched the movie Overcomer.  It was so good and a tear jerker.  Everybody loved it.

Mon.,1/27/2020...Took Royce Grandkids to school, Bill went to ER, Max got his braces off

These boys were really happy when I went back to get them.  Their school was evacuated for a gas problem in the boiler.  They were very happy!  Took it with my watch ha ha!

Max, Jack and Evan when I dropped them off at home

Bill and Charlie...I saw they were there after I left Melissa's, so went in to have a cappuccino and donut with them

January 27th and our grass is still green as can be
Handsome Max!  He got his braces off today!

Vikki had the day off, so I took Max, Jack, Evan and Hailey to school.  Max was excited that he was getting his braces off today.  I dropped Hailey off first, and then the boys.  I went to Jacks to pick up some burger.  Melissa called when I was just getting ready to check out.  They were evacuating the school because of a gas leak.  Consumers was there when I got there.  The parent line was long, even though I wasn't far away when I got the call.  Glad I stopped at Jack's and was close.  The boys were super happy to say the least.  I took them home, then thought about stopping at Tim Horton's, but decided to go to Kroger first and get these yummy cookies I had Sunday, so I could take them to Pat and Rich.  I saw Bill and Charlies vehicles at Tim Horton's so stopped there first.  They were happy to see me and had me sit down.  We visited, then I got each of them another coffee before leaving.  I went to Kroger's and then home.  Peeled potatoes for dinner tonight, and did a load of laundry.  Relaxed with Bill for a while, and then he got a call from the Dr. Office saying he should come in for immediate care.  He had called to tell them about a pain in his chest he's been having.  I told him we needed to go in, but he said he would wait because it wasn't that bad.  It isn't when he is sitting.  He finally said he would go, but had me stay home so I could finish Pat and Rich's meal and pick up Hailey.  He messaged me the whole time to keep me updated.  The doctor said he had inflammation that was causing the pain and making it hard to breathe.  Thought it might be from a pulled muscle.  Also thought his Blood pressure was high (185/85) because of that.   Did lots of testing and x rays then sent him home on ibuprofen.  Vikki put it on Facebook and got lots of prayers going.  Pastor Jeff went up right away to see him. Thanking and Praising God that he's ok.  I picked Hailey up from school and got her praying too.  We had some good laughs on the way to her house.  She's so much fun.  I told her she had better practice playing Ticket to Ride so she would know how to play on Super Bowl Sunday.  I need to practice too.  Bill got home and I kissed him, then went to drop off a meal to Pat and Rich.  Rich greeted me and is doing amazing after his cancer surgery last week.  Never did lose his hair and has felt great most of the time.  Bill's brother, Fred called from California to see how he was. Debbie called Vikki.  I came home and ate our meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Texted everyone back and relaxed for awhile while Bill relaxed which is what he is supposed to do.  Heard on the News that Kobe Bryant's helicopter got in dense fog and ran into a mountain.  So sad that all 9 people died.

We went to church.  Went into prayer to pray for the service.  The worship was amazing, especially during the song "Way Maker".  The Holy Spirit really moved.  Pastor's message was really good.
Vikki worked her first time in the nursery today.  She loved it!  Loved hearing her tell me about it.
Bill and I went to a class Paster taught on prayer at the Altar right after church.  They had a nice lunch for all of us before the class started.  Good class.  After that, we went to Caro to the Caro's CMA Chapter's meeting.  They had food there too.  I just had a piece of lemon pie.  Bill had a little food and some brownies.  Their meeting went good.  Bill and I shared about what we learned in Iowa.  They were all so nice to us.  We went to The Snowfest in Frankenmuth on our way home.  We walked through town and looked at all the snow and ice sculptures and went into stores along the way.  Bought a loaf of Bread at Zhenders.  Kobe Bryant and his 13 yr. old daughter, plus7 others died in a helicopter accident.  Very Sad!

Poor Bill, he's in Jackson, and the turkey's decided to have a turkey party in our yard

Lots of Toms and hens

Bill and my turkey text...He's so cute!
Vicki came over and we worked on the newsletter for Faith Riders.

I got up and made Bill oatmeal for breakfast before he headed to Jackson.  It was a rainy day and pretty dreary out.  I worshipped and did my hour of prayer time I signed up for for the March for Life.  I watched President Trump, who is the first President to every speak at the March for Life.  I love how the Christians Honored our President the way the Bible says too.  It made me cry.  His speech did too.  His love God, for the unborn, our country, God's people came through loud and clear.  He has done amazing things for our Country already and I am so thankful for him.
Got a nice nap in this morning.  Worked on cleaning out file cabinet.  Glad to have old files out and new ones ready to go for 2020.   In the evening, my friend Vikki came over and we worked on the newsletter for Faith Riders together.  She did most of it, and is ready to do it on her own now as soon as we figure how to get it on to her computer so she can make changes.  Her computer won't open it.  I made spaghetti sauce with meatballs after she left.  Taking some to Don tomorrow as he just has knee replacement surgery and is by himself.  Bill called me when he got back to his room.  I was happy to hear from him!  I sure am missing him.

Evan and Jack playing the Wi

Evan, Abby and Jack...they sure love their dog
Wes, me, Yolanda, and Isaac at the Rescue Mission Movie to serve. It sure was a big bag of popcorn the theater donated tonight.

I got up at 5:30 and read my Bible, prayed and worshipped.  I walked for a mile today even though it is my off day.  Bill and Charlie went to Ann Arbor to pick Rich up and bring him home from the VA Hospital.  He is doing great.  I talked to Melissa for a long time, until I had to hang up and answer Bill's call.  I went shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond for Stacie's Birthday gift and then went to pick up Jack and Evan.  Bill took my car, so I picked them up in the truck.  They sure smiled when they saw I had the truck.  I took them home and they told me about their day on the way.  They played the piano for me, and then played the Wi together.  Melissa and I visited and I played some of Jacob's Band Concert Videos for her.  Stayed there until it was time for me to go pick Hailey up.  Dropped Hailey off at her house, then I went home and made dinner.  We went to the Rescue Mission and showed the movie "Fireproof". There were 19 there, plus 7 of us from Faith Riders serving popcorn and orange drink. They enjoyed the movie and so did we.  Got to pray with some after the movie.
