Well, I found some pictures the girls took on my camera that were in the internal memory. They are of Hailey, Jacob, Max and Adam in the woods on the side of the house. Good job on taking the pictures. They bring back memories when you kids were little and loved playing in the woods by he house. Grandpa and I had lots of errands today. Went to four different places than home to call about getting his tractor/mower fixed.
He has been seeing lots of turkey and deer in his back yard so he is pretty happy about that. Bill came home and we had lunch together. He started a serious diet and I am on it part way with him, so are having beef and salad today. I am glad he is in the program as he will feel lots better when he gets his weight back to normal.
Vikki dropped Kenzie off and she painted some boxes, cups, etc. and also gave Mocha a bath for me. She did such a good job and put a pretty red bow in Mocha'a hair when she was finished blow drying her. I had been planning on giving her a bath, but was very happy Kenzie did it for me. Great job Kenzie! Thank you so much.

It has been a busy Friday through Sunday, but a fun one.
Went to great garage sales all three days and found great deals. Also went to the dog park which Vikki discovered and took Mocha. It was fun watching all the different dogs. Of course, Mocha went around sniffing and then stuck right by me like glue. She missed out on all the dog fun, but Truman, Izzy and Monica made up for her. Such a nice place to take pets. Thanks Vikki for letting me in on it.
Kimmy and the boys and I hit tons of garage sales on Fri. The boys couldn't have been any better for us. Kimmy packed us a nice lunch which was very sweet of her and sure tasted good. Thanks Kimmy. Melissa, Bruce, Hailey, Max, Kimmy, Jared, Jacob, Adam and I went to garage sales again on Sat. Friday was beautiful and just the right temperature. Saturday was a different story. Cold and breezy. The girls and I had to go to my niece, Shani's shower in the afternoon. Adam got to go too and was very good again. Today was our first motorcycle run. It didn't get real warm today, but was good enough that I didn't get cold. I did dress warm though.
It was nice that Kimmy, Jared and boys came. This was the 4th year for them. The boys loved seeing the motorcycles and we had a great breakfast when we got to our destination. Vikki and Kenzie called and they were at the Webkinz Extravaganza so I headed over to spend time there with them. Melissa and Hailey were there when I got there too. Kenzie was blessed and won a Webkinz on the wheel of wow. Hailey got a beautiful gem. She was excited about that. We had a great time and added more webkinz to the family. It's been a fun day so far. The pictures are of Hailey and Max's picnic at Nana's when I watched them. They were so good and very precious too.
It was beautiful out. When it was time to eat, Hailey said she wanted to pray. She prayed such a wonderful prayer. It made my heart very happy. Then she sang a
Jesus song for me while she danced around. Max talks so cute now and says so many words. I love his voice and how he says his words.Notice his face in the picture of him by Hailey holding the flowers...

4/18/08

Well finally I am putting blogging. I guess I am kind of a once a month blogger right now. Hailey had her first visit to the dentist and it went very well. She was a big girl and sat in the dentist's chair all by herself. The only thing she didn't want done was X-rays and I don't blame her for that I guess. I took some cute pictures when she got to my house with her new toothbrush and toothpaste and her awesome big smile.
I thought the pictures of Hailey and Mykenzie were pretty cute (oh Mocha too!) and the one of Max smiling is expecially cute. I love the pictures of Jacob and Adam with great grandpa Max. They were so good letting grandpa hold them and stayed that way while I took pictures and videos both. Thanks boys! Precious memories with grandpa being 91 and little Adam almost 1. Of course Jacob will be a big 3 yr. old soon. Today, Vikki, Mykenzie, Kimmy, Jacob, Adam, Izzy (Vikki's dog) and I all had fun at the park. Kenzie wanted to fish of course and she gave lessons to cousin Jacob. It was fun being together in such a beautiful place with such beautiful weather. I took bubbles for the boys but it was a little too breezy. Got home and Kimmy and Jared were a blessing and took Grandpa his dinner. I met Bill and we went to Sanford. He had just done a funeral and wanted me to go the the dinner with him.
We got home and got there just in time to catch Melissa before she left with Hailey and Max. She had taken Hailey to dance class. Vikki went with her to watch Max for her while she took Hailey in the classroom. We all ended up going to get a Concrete mixer...yum yum yum. We were wishing Kimmy and Jared were closer so they could come, but we only had a short time before the movie Bill and I wanted to go to started. We went to see Expelled. I think everyone should see it. Sure makes me want to pray harder for our nation. It was a busy but wonderful day. I forgot to mention the ice cream dessert last week with Kimmy, Jared, Vikki, Rody and families.
Notice the picture of Bill and I with our hands on our chins. It was unplanned. I can't remember who captured that moment but thank you very much. Ha Ha
