1/27/17...Kimmy came over to spend the day. Vikki was sick and Melissa had to pack for their trip to Frankenmuth

Vikki and Kimmy's surprise.  I was so happy to find these animal warmies at Aldi's.  They are exactly like the ones I found on line but were so much less expensive and no shipping.  I had got one for Melissa at Christmas, but these two were out of stock.

Growing so big it is falling over now.

I got up early and got carrots and potatoes peeled, a cake baked and dough going in the bread maker.  Kimmy came over in the morning.  We went to Aldi's at 9:30 and looked at the other warmie animals they had.  They are all so cute and soft.  I got a hyacinth for Kimmy as they were on clearance now and were a great price.  We went to Goodwill after that and I found some bracelets and Kimmy got some pants for Eli.  There was a half off coupon on Facebook so we got everything real cheap.  Kimmy got my bracelets for me.  Thank you Kimmy!  We went to the Family Christian Store after that and picked up the four plaques I ordered with "family rules" (from Scriptures) on them.  We took Vikki's warmie dog and family rule plaque to her and her Valentine's surprise from Aunt Vikki.  We just left them on her porch as she was pretty sick.  Next, we went to Melissa's and dropped off her plaque and her surprise from Aunt Vikki.  We stopped at Tim Horton's and Kimmy treated me to a French Vanilla Cap.  We sure had fun together.  We came back and had salad for lunch and did some wee fit exercises together.  We had some red grapes for our snack.  After Kimmy left, I ran to Aldi's and got each of our grandkids a warmie animal for Easter.
I found four different ones for Melissa's kiddos, which was good as she has the most to find different ones for.  Came home and put the roast, carrots and potatoes in the pressure cooker.  Put the topping on the cake and set the table with the good china.  Dennis and Amy came at 6 and we ate dinner, played 3-13 and then had dessert.  Lots of fun with this sweet couple.

Got up and worshipped and read my Bible.  After that I decided to transfer the scripture that Vikki Eddy got me to the wall.  I was in the middle of it when Melissa called and wanted to know if I could come stay with Evan while she went to the school to give Jack a treatment for his asthma.
I was happy to so I quickly finished the transfer and then got dressed and headed to her house.  I didn't have time to shower and do my hair, so I just put a hat on.  Evan and I had fun playing with his army heroes.  He was so cute and so smiley.  After I left there, I stopped at Aldi's to pick up carrots for dinner tomorrow. Dennis and Amy are coming over for dinner tomorrow night and I am making a roast.  I found nice surprises for Kimmy and Vikki to give them tomorrow.  I called Melissa to tell her what I found there and she was happy.  I did some cleaning to get ready for tomorrow's company.  Cooked some venison in my slow cooker I had thawed out and had to use.
At 6 we had to be at the Bradley Bistro for dinner.  The Arbor group was honoring Bill and some others for their community service.  It was so nice.  After that, we went to the Rescue Mission and finished watching "God's Not Dead" with the guys there and our friends from Faith Riders.  Stacie's dad is there now so we got to see him.  He was pretty happy to see us.  Love movie night at the Rescue Mission and seeing hearts touched by God!!!

Jack and his creation from blocks
The hyacinth is almost all the way opened now and is huge.  It smells so good and sure reminds me of my mom who loved them.

I got ready and went to Melissa's to watch Jack and Evan at 7:45.  They took Max to his appointment and then back to school.  The boys were really good and Jack was doing much better today and could talk without being scared.  Yesterday he couldn't breathe good.  So thankful to God that he can talk and breathe better today.  Evan had a fever in the morning so he stayed home.   He was doing good while I was there after taking Motrin.  We had fun building with blocks!
After I left, I went to Kroger's to get some groceries.  I downloaded digital coupons before I went, so had some good savings.   Also had a coupon for double gas points on groceries so that was nice.
Came home and did my daily devotions.  At 2:10, I left to go get Peyton and Isaac from school.  I forgot to take my booster seats, so I called Melissa and stopped real quick to pick hers up.  The kids were happy to see me and gave me lots of hugs.  We went to their house and I stayed and visited for about 10 minutes.  Peyton showed me her room and her kitty and Isaac showed me his lego motor and lights.  I left there and went to pick Hailey and Max up from school.  They were happy to see me too.  We went back to their house and I went in for a few minutes.    Next week I will be setting up to go pick up Eli, Adam and Jacob.  Sure am blessed to have such wonderful grandkids.

1/24/17...Went to Breakfast, Met my best friend,Vikki, for lunch, had care group at our house in the evening

Me and Vikki at Logan's

Nice induction pan Vikki E. got me for Christmas

My nice wooden utensil set from Vikki
We went to breakfast.  There were 14 of us there.  We had a good devotion and prayer time.  Picked up a few things at Kroger's afterward.  Went to Ollie's and got coffee pods after that.  Came home and got ready to go with my best friend, Vikki to Logan's for lunch.  We had a really nice waitress who volunteered to tell us we could get the 2 for 15.99 special for our salmon dinner we wanted.  We were going to each have to pay 12.99 before she told us.  Usually they don't say anything about specials unless you ask.  We were pretty happy.  Our dinners were delicious.  We each got baked potatoes and asparagus with our dinner.  After we were done eating, we exchanged Christmas gifts. It was pretty funny because we had given each other lists of what we wanted and it had been so long, we both forgot what we had put on our list.  It was all surprises for each of us.  Ha Ha.

Loved all of our gifts and had so much fun.  We had the waitress take a picture of us.  After that we went to Family Christian Store and shopped.  Then I came home and got stuff ready for care group.
Made Salmon for dinner.  It was delicious.  Had six of us here for care group.  Very good study and Bill did a great job leading it.  We prayed for Jack as he was really sick with a virus and asthma.
Melissa sent me a text shortly after to say he was feeling better.

1/23/17...National Pie day. Bill and I went and got our free pie and ice cream at Bob Evans!

The Hyacinth is sure growing fast now.  It smells so good!

Cleaned out the upstairs room and put Christmas gift bags away.  Got a coupon for free pie at Bob Evan's for National Pie Day so Bill and I went there before his Elder's meeting.  I had a roast beef dinner and Bill ad salsbury steak.  We both had apple pie ala mode afterwards.  I watched a movie while he was at his meeting.  Watched Old Fashioned!

Happy Birthday to our Stacie Girl!  She is 40 today.  Sure doesn't look it!

Bill left at 8 a.m. to go the Marine Corp State Rally in Bay City.  I went to the Christian Book Store and ordered something for the girls and Stacie.  It will be in in a week probably.  Picked up 4 Action Bibles for the rest of the grandkids for when they get older.  Hope they love them as much as my Adam.  Came home and read more of the book about Jared's great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather.  Had to stop reading to go to Stacie's Birthday Party.  Picked Melissa and Max up to go with me.  We stopped at the $ Store on the way so Melissa could get a card.  Saw Sandra there as that is where she works.  Didn't know that till we got there.  She goes to church with us.  Got some bracelets for my towel holders.  Went to Stacie's for the party.  It was getting pretty foggy out so didn't plan to stay too long.  Ended up staying a couple of hours.  We had fun.  Gave Kody his Christmas gifts.(Crocodile Imaginex toy and Fisher Price Nativity for Kids).  Lots of delicious food cooked outside.....beef, pulled pork, smoked salmon, mac and cheese, and baked beans.  We left after she opened her gifts.  It was very foggy out by that time.  I dropped Melissa and Max off and headed home right away.  When I got to our road I couldn't see enough to even tell where I was.  Just made sure I stayed close to the center line in the road.  I could hardly see the driveway when I got to our house.  I had to stop and really look to make sure I was pulling in right.  I messaged Bill and he called and told me he had just missed his exit on the expressway because he couldn't see.  He was going to  get off at the next exit.  I messaged the girls to get them praying for his safe trip.  He made it home and I thanked God for keeping him safe in that fog.  I stayed up till past midnight to finish reading the book.  Now I can't wait to read the next one.

1/22/17...Went to church, Went out with Debbie and Jeff to Olive Garden, Melissa, Bruce and Jack came over

Peyton, Kody and Isaac

I was so happy to see Jack!

Went to church.  It wasn't near as foggy as last night!  The girls and kids were at church (Stacie and Kody too.)  Angela sat with us too.  Our row was full.  The worship was amazing and the message was great. I am not a fan; I am a follower of Jesus!!!  After church, we went to lunch at the Olive Garden with Jeff and Debbie Davis.  We saw Charlie and Sue and Jeff and Vikki there.  We had spaghetti and it was delicious.  Such a nice visit with great friends too!  Came home and Bill took a nap.  I tried watching a Hillsong movie and kept falling asleep in my chair, so I turned it off and was going to take a cat nap.  I heard the doorbell ring and it was Melissa, Jack and Bruce.  We were happy to see them.  Jack was having asthma problems so I put some oil in my diffuser for breathing.  It seemed to help him.  They have taken wallpaper off from their family room walls and have washed the walls two times, but they still smell like softener which is bothering Jack.  They picked up the Tv in their camper to put in the living room so he can be in that room and away from the smell in the family room.  They left and I watched the Christmas DVD's we took this Christmas.  They turned out really nice.  Loved seeing it and enjoying the holiday and family again.

1/20/17....Kenzie came over, Vikki, Peyton and Isaac came to visit. Fred came and took Kenzie out to eat to Kathleen's. He is trying to encourage and help her which is so nice. They talked for 3 hours! He came in a visited with us when they came back. He had to drive home in the fog and I had to drive in the fog when I took Kenzie home to Bay City
