9/27/08

Today we had a large group of us that met at church and then went to clean up part of our city. Vikki, Rody and Kenzie came too and worked in our group. We had so much fun
working together. Kenzie really did a great job and worked hard the whole time. We're proud of you Kenzie!!! One business fed us lunch which sure was a big blessing.
We were really hungry by the time we were finished. At 4:00 we had date night at our church. We all met and went to see the movie Fireproof. It was outstanding.
We sat with Vikki and Rody and enjoyed spending most of the day with them. Kenzie did childcare at the church to raise money for her mission trip next year. She loved it! We went out for dinner with Vikki, Rody and another couple. Such a nice fun day it was. When I got home there was a message from grandpa saying Peter Cottontail had come hopping down the bunny trail and got lead poisoning. That was his cute way of telling me he got another rabbit. He's so cute and funny.

Forgot to put the picture of the drawing the thing I found at the garage sale makes...

9/24/08 Fun at the Zoo

We had a wonderful day at the zoo. The weather couldn't have been nicer. The wolf has always been off in the distance, but this time he came really close to the windows. Did you notice the picture of Max with the water behind him. Could you see the alligators? The kangaroos came really close too. They were so neat to watch hopping. Jack was a very good baby for his first visit to the zoo. We all went on the train ride...I was a little disappointed that there was no tunnel now. Boo Hoo. Thanks Melissa and Bruce for inviting me along. I had a great time.

Vikki, do you know who this person is who was working at the zoo? We were so happy to see him there.

This is Bruce using the cell phone after I believe he asked Melissa what she was taking the cell phone for...with expression of course...

Aren't these pictures udderly...adorable. Water actually came out when the kids squeezed and it fell into the bucket. How fun and educational!
