Monday, 11/4/24,rainy day, Bill took his sister Carol for her other catarac surgery, I cleaned kernel burner, emptied and cleaned ash vacuum, did some filing,

It was a rainy day, but got up to the 60’s.  I didn’t take any pictures today.  Bill had a VA appt. to pick up some shoes.  I left my purse in his truck, so he came home to give it to me, then went to pick up his sister, Carol, and take her for her other eye surgery.  It wasn’t a short appt. like last week and he ended up waiting 2 hours.  All went well though.  I did my hand exercises, read my Bible, then decided to clean the kernel burner.  I covered all of the furniture and then I had to empty all of the wood pellets out of it first.  It didn’t go as easy as usual and I thought one piece I take out was just going to be stuck.  After praying, it came out finally.  I didn’t have rubber gloves, so decided to use a pair of garden gloves that looked coated in plastic.  I finally got everything done, and took the gloves off.  They sure didn’t protect.  My hands were blacker than black.  I emptied and washed down the ash vacuum.  Then I washed the sheet I had down in front of the fireplace and also the old clothes I had wore to clean it.  I left the furniture covered so when the guy comes from the Kernel Burner to pull the kernel burner out and give it a really good cleaning, it will still be ready.

Kenzie FaceTimed me to show me Rehvyn in his teepee.  He sure was having fun.  He’s just so cute.  Sure do love this sweet baby boy.  I love it when Kenzie FaceTimes me.  She does pretty often and I sure am thankful she does.  I love seeing her and Rehvyn, and sometimes Travis.

Bill stopped to visit Stacie’s dad for a little while.  I called Sue and talked to her for a while.  She’s having a tough time with having Charlie gone now.  Our friend, Bev, fell tonight and is in ER.  They are checking her arm/shoulder to see if anything is broken.  We sure are praying for her.

Vikki FaceTimed me for a while and showed me they got her hidden door pulled out and can use it now.  She’s happy to have it with Rehvyn starting to get around so good now.
