Wed., 4/2/25, Called Roy and cancelled cleaning the house for Marie because of Winter Weather Advisory of snow and ice, made Outdoor Adventure reservation, called on my new prescription, went to see The Last Supper, Face timed with Kenzie, Talked to Roy again, talked to Kimmy, then talked to Melissa

 

My only picture from today.  Vikki, Kenzie and I were FaceTiming...and Barney and Rehvyn.  Rehvyn said Nana once, but said Mylee several times.  I sure do love him!

I got up early to check the weather.  Then I went back to sleep until 7:45.  Bill got up, got ready and went to take Sister C to her heart doctor appt.  I was supposed to go to Roy and Marie’s at 8 to clean.  I saw there was a winter weather advisory of snow, ice and possible severe storms.  I called Roy and let him know and he said he didn’t want me coming in that kind of weather.  We set it up for me to come tomorrow at 11.  I told him I would give Marie a call at the hospital.  

It was sleeting out and there was a layer of ice here, plus it was still coming down.  I called Roy back to let him know to be really careful if he went outside.  I didn’t want him falling again.  Maddy texted me and asked me to pray about a house they were looking at.  She wanted me to pray they get it if it is God’s will for them to live there.  I sure prayed.  They would be pretty close to our neighborhood.  

I read my Bible.  Then I put worship music on and walked on the walking pad.  Bill got home when I was almost done and he started reading his Bible.  

I got our 3 week camping reservation made for Outdoor Adventure.  Also called my insurance company and doctor’s office about a new prescription.  Looks like everything is working out good.  Vikki and Kenzie FaceTimed me.  We sure had fun seeing and talking to Rehvyn.  What a blessing he is to all of us.  So sweet and smiley and fun.

I made chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner.  I ended up having to hurry because Bill wanted to go see  The Chosen's Last Supper at the Cinema.  Bill ate and I packed up some of the potatoes and chicken to take to Roy tomorrow,  We weren’t too impressed with how they did this series.  On our way home it started raining really hard and the lightening lit up the whole sky.  It was amazing, but I was sure glad to get home.  I talked to Roy on our way, to make sure it was ok to come at 11 tomorrow.  I also texted Melody to see where she wanted to meet tomorrow.  I am going to her house this time.  I talked to Kimmy and Melissa after that.

Worked on my blog and then was ready to go to bed.
