Alec’s turn to hold their baby tonight.  Vent is down to 32 degrees.  Probably 5 more days and baby will be off the vent.  Praise the Lord
We are so happy to see baby improving so much every day now

I got up at 8 and got ready, then made coffee for me and got Bill’s mug and pod ready for his coffee.  He got up at 8:30.  It’s another cold morning out there, but at least it’s 12 degrees.  It’s a little windy, but not too bad.  We got warm clothes on and I put warm boots in the Jeep and also my wool mittens Kimmy made me.  We drove to Frankenmuth and met Debbie at the Museum.  She got there early to help with the breakfast.  We had a nice visit with her and she introduced us to some friends of hers helping with the food and cooking that are part of the Lion’s Club.
Our pancakes and sausage were really good.  I had two pancakes and 2 sausages and Bill had 3 of each.  He got another plate when that was gone.  They had coffee, chocolate milk and orange juice to drink too.  It was free to walk through the museum if you got breakfast, so Bill and I walked through it afterwards.  It was real interesting because Bill lived there when he was growing up and knew lots of people.  The town has a deep rooted history with includes a solid believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior, so that was woven into everything.  When we got done, we went in and invited Debbie to Jack’s Choir Concert at St. Lorenz tomorrow afternoon.  She said she would love to come.

We left and walked through town, going in some of the shops.  Then we walked around and looked at the snow and ice sculptures.  We got cold feet and cold faces, so we walked in the heated tent.  Then we walked around Bavarian Inn’s Parking lot to look at more.  The Glockenspiel started going at noon.  We watched it for a minute, then went into the gift shops in Bavarian Inn to warm up.  We left after that and walked to our car.  I had to cover my face because the wind was so cold it made my face hurt.  We didn’t have to far to go at least.  We went to check on hotel prices.  Bavarian Inn was $280 per room at a group rate, Zehnders Motel was the same.  The Fairfield and Springhill were $280 also and then the one we thought would be the cheapest farther down the road was 600 for the weekend.  We decided we will look in Birch Run.  We are organizing at State Coordinator and National Evangelist get together for fun and to get to know each other better.  We are planning fun things to do.  We will stay 2 nights in motels and then on Sunday everyone will head for home.

We went to Debbies after that and Bill and Tom worked on getting her new vehicle garage door code hooked up.  She also got a remote for a backup and they got that paired too.  Debbie, Matthew and I visited while they worked on it.  Then we visited with them when they got done.  Matthew is super excited because he started reading a read through the Bible in a year program that is reading it in Chronological order.  I am just finishing reading a year program like that.  It’s been great.  He is in a group that discusses it afterward.  He had lots to share with me.

We came home and had goulash for dinner.  Then we read our Bibles and did our Prayer/Devotions.
Bill said I can get a dog last night, so the girls and I have looked some today.  I don’t want to get one until spring though.
