I was so happy to see Peyton an Isaac after not seeing them all week.

Love cute little Lennox.....such a good laid back puppy.

Love how loving and cuddly Peyton is with me. She sure is a sweetie!
Peyton used my phone to take this selfie.  Then she was going through different shadings to decide which one she wanted.  She is a techie like her daddy I think

Jacob and Lennox.  Jacob was so good with the puppy and took great pics and sent them to me

Me and my sweetie Jacob

Vikki called and said she was going to Kimmy's so would drop Mocha off on her way by.  She was bringing Lennox for me to see too. Such a good puppy and so cute.  After they left, I went to help Dennis and Amy move his stuff from his apartment in Saginaw to Midland.  Bill was already there helping. I followed them to Midland and helped unload everything.  Then we went back to Saginaw and loaded up more.  Went to Midland and unloaded again.  Dad and Dennis went to get another load and I left to go to Kimmy's.  Vikki and the kids were still there.  I was so happy to see everybody.  Now just need to make it to Melissa's.  I took a blueberry pie from Traverse City Pie co and it was delicious.  Didn't know Jared didn't like that kind.  Vikki, Kimmy Adam and I loved it though.  Amy and Dennis's new house is right next to there.  Saw the two eagles next on my way to Kimmy's.  I stayed till after 5 and then came home to let Mocha out.  Bill came home shortly after. We watched a movie on Channel 49 before going to be

2/26/16 Leaving Chicago for home today

We are all packed and ready to go home to our amazing family.  Miss all of you lots
Look at those window washers up there. Yikes

Sue in the Trump Hotel.  Fresh orchids everywhere we went in there
Bill waiting for us to go down the hall on the 16th floor
Sue in the bathroom.  They had baskets of washcloths to wipe hands on.  Sue is throwing hers in the laundry.  Great smelling hand lotion for us to use too
We made it to Ghiradelli's.  They gave us each a yummy candy to try,
Here's Bill's piece.  He doesn't like raspberry.  Lucky me
Pizza at Giordanos in Chicago

This is where we ate breakfast and got our coffee every day at our hotel.  There are lots of small tables on both sides of the fireplace.  Don't really show up good in my pictures.

Took a picture through the fireplace.  Got Charlie on the other side
Bill and I on the train heading to Flint.

We got up and had eggs, bacon, fruit, bagels, muffins biscuits and gravy for breakfast.  Of course I didn't try everything.   I finished my delicious cheesecake before I went.  The best ever!  We relaxed in our room for an hour and then went down and checked our luggage in so we could walk around Chicago again.  Went to the Trump Hotel to check it out.  Easter Brunch will be $160....but kids eat cheap, only $50 ha ha.  Didn't buy anything in Ghiradelli's because it was very pricey.  They wanted $10.95 for a small hot fudge sundae. We did enjoy the sample they gave us. We walked down by where the bean is then headed back.  Stopped at Giordanos for deep dish pizza.  Very yummy.  Went back to our hotel and got our luggage and had a coffe before heading to the train station.  Our taxi driver was from Africa.  He was very nice...the taxi drivers sure know how to speed through traffic.  Our train ride home was nice and time passed quickly.  When we got to the train station in Flint, the car was snowed in and there was a big drift, but Charlie and Bill got out out pretty easy.  Clear roads on the way home.

2/25/16. Went up to the observatory in the John Hancock building, 94floors up today

We could see the city pier we wAlked around the other day.
Our selfie in the observatory of the John Hancock Building

Gorgeous view from up there
Sweethearts...read the sign
We were sitting watching a show about how they built it and I looked up to the ceiling and saw our reflection.  Took this then had everyone look up and took another picture.

Look where Bill is
We ate lunch at the Cheesecake Factory.
I was the only one who got cheesecake.  I took it to the hotel to eat

We went to The Hershey Store

These kept flipping and showing these different candy bars

Love this picture of Adam

We walked through the mall in town.  It was 8 stories.  We rode the glass elevator to the 7th floor and a guy called us over to show us some nail products.  He polished my thumb nail while he talked to us.  He was from Israel.  He was a Jew and didn't believe in Jesus.  It was at least 15 min. that he worked on my nail so I told Him the Bible says that Jesus is the only way to heaven.  He said he was a good person and that would get him there.  Talked more about the blood of Jesus paying for our sins.  Gave him Jim Dalaba's book about one heartbeat away and he said he would read it.  I was praying for him while he shined my thumbnail up that God would send his power through me to him.  He was a very nice young guy.  Every time I look at my shiny nail, I pray for him.  After we were done looking (a pair of jeans with holes in them was $200.  We checked on a cute pair of shoes and they were $300)  Guess that's why we just looked.  Fun looking for sure though.  We left there and went to the Hancock building to go up to the Observation Tower.   94 floors up and the view was beautiful as it was right by the water.  Left there and went to the Cheesecake Factory.  I had salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli for lunch.  Ordered Pecan Carmel Turtle Cheesecake to take with me.  We went to a few more stores and then back to our hotel.  Ate some of my cheesecake and then relaxed until 5:30 when we went to the lodge in the hotel for dinner.  They had yummy stuff to make grilled chicken salad and chili tonight.  Great garlic bread too.  Love that dinner and breakfast are included with our hotel.  Very nice!  They even serve beer and wine free although I didn't take any of that.  I loved their cranberry juice.

American Girl Doll Store

We ate a big breakfast and then took a taxi to the Field Museum.  It's huge.  We walked till noon and then went to the first floor for lunch.  I had a bread bowl with soup in it.  We walked through the rest of the museum and left at 4.  Took a taxi back to the hotel. Sue went up to her room, Bill, Charlie and I walked to stores we wanted to go to. They went in the Harley Dealer and I walked 3 blocks farther to the American Girl Doll Store.  It was so windy I didn't know if I would make it or turn around.  Made it and walked through.  It was better on the way back because I wasn't walking against the wind.  Went to the Apple Store next right by our hotel and then back to the hotel.  Went and got a coffee before going to my room.  Bill came about ten minutes later.  He bought a Harley shirt on sale and Charlie bought a hat.
