I don't know who these characters were at the party.....do you

Evan loved his cake

The kids all having fun with their blow toys.  Hailey was at Kokomos with friends.

I got up at 5:30 and got ready to go to breakfast in St. Charles.  The church put it on and it was DELICIOUS.  Eggs, Potatoes, Bacon, Sausage, Pancakes, fresh fruit cut up, plus cinnamon rolls.
Coffee and orange juice too.  There was a bike blessing after the breakfast and then we rode to Millington to a restaurant known for their huge yummy cinnamon rolls.  We got there and they were out.  I was happy because I was full from breakfast and I wanted to leave to go to Hailey and Max's track meet.  I called and it was still going on.  We got there about 12:30 and got to see Hailey run once, Max run once and then Hailey do a relay race with her team.  So much fun and the kids did great.  Hailey and her team are going to State.  They got 4th place.  I had to go in the bathroom and take my long johns off.  It was getting warm.  I sure did appreciate them on the motorcycle in the morning though as it was cool when we started out.  We came home and I worked on taking the plastic up on the side of the house.  Got another section done.  Will be glad to get it all done. Doing a little at a time.  Went to Bruce and Melissa's for Evan's birthday party.  Loved seeing Peyton and Isaac there too.  Nice to see Dan and Brenda too.  We had a nice visit and a really nice time.  Evan love his cake and his presents.  He was so cute when he opened them and so excited.  The kids all loved playing with the marble run.  Fun to watch them all together.  Bruce made burgers on the grill, tuna salad, and a vinegar salad.  Everything was yummy.    Loaded the camper some more and started the refrigerator.

5/20/16....Vikki, Peyton and Kimmy came over and spent the day

Beautiful Peyton

Kimmy came over in the morning.  I finished getting ready after she got here, then we went out on the deck and drank our coffee and watched the birds.  Love feeding them the safflower seeds because the black birds don't like it, but the other birds do.  Kimmy gave Mocha a haircut and she did a great job.  Mocha looks cute and is easy to take care of again.  I washed out the camper while she and Vikki visited and then I joined them again.  The bluebird was on the birdhouse and then would stick his head in the house.  He is beautiful.  The oriole was here and the hummingbird.  It was a beautiful day.  Bill fixed the shocks on the bike.  I worked on loading the camper and then made chicken and potatoes on the grill. Made beets too.   Bill had to go help Sam move and then he went to His Restoration to cut the grass.  An 18 year old guy came up to him and thanked him for serving.  He told Bill he wanted to serve in the military.  Bill asked him if he got killed if he knew where he would go.  He said his parents shoved religion down his throat when he was growing up and so he didn't have anything to do with it.  Bill told him it was about having a relationship with Jesus not religion.  He asked if he wanted to receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior and he said yes.  He prayed the sinner's prayer with Bill and said he meant it in his hear.  So thankful that God gave him this opportunity while serving.  God is awesome.  Please pray for Carl...that is his name.  Watched the Hallmark movie, Rose Hill and then went to  bed.

5/19/16 Went to the park with Vikki, Peyton and Isaac

So cute that I took it from Vikki's pictures

So much fun with these kiddos, their mommy and their doggie

I got up and took my shower and then went out on the deck to eat breakfast and listen to the Bible on my phone and pray.  I was ready to go to the funeral.  Bill couldn't decide if he wanted to go or not as he wanted to work on his bike.  We decided we should go.  We stopped at Kroger and Bill put gas in both vehicles.  We got 90 cents off of 35 gallons so only had to pay 1.29.  We got there and they were lined up out the door.  We waited and the line took you up to the tiny casket with the 10 month old baby in it.  I just cried when I saw him.  He looked beautiful and like he was just sleeping.  Very precious but it made me very sad.  We sat and the service began.  It was so uplifting and a celebration of Jesus letting him be here for the time he was and how he touched so many lives.  Many got up to share and the mother did a worship dance to a song about being in the arms of Jesus and trusting in Him.  I was so happy to see the parents have such a strong faith in Jesus to get them through.  Lots of tears but lots of joy too.  There were mostly black people there and they sure knew how to sing and praise and encourage.  50 people gave their hearts to the Lord!  So happy we went.  The grandpa, Isaac, who we know from Faith Riders gave us each hugs and thanked us for coming as we went out the door. The place was packed full so we were surprised that he even saw us.  We stopped at Applebee's and I had the endless lunch (soup, salads, and breadsticks) and Bill had a burger and fries.  On my way home, Vikki called and said she was going to the park. I met them there and we watched the kids play on the playground for a while, then we went down by the water.  Lennox loved the water so much today and was a great swimmer.  Peyton and Isaac loved putting their feet in.  It was a beautiful day.  We decided to walk around the lake and I realized I forgot to put my fitbit on.  Boo Hoo.  We had so much fun there.  Came to my house afterwards and Vikki went through three tubs of clothes that used to be Kenzie's.  She picked a few things out and the rest I am washing and donating.  The kids played on the trampoline for a while and Vikki through the ball with the chuck for Lenny.  At 7 p.m. Wes and Gayla came over on their motorcycle and we rode with them to the Theatre to see a movie that was only showing one night.  It was about these guys that rode their bikes for a thousand miles in 8 days on dirt trails, through mountains, on highways etc.  They rode on million dollar highway and went to Silverton which were two places Linda and Gail took mom and I when we went to visit.  The guys talked about Jesus and what He did through the movie too.  Came home and had dessert that was left over from Tuesday night's potluck and played a game of 3-13 with Wes and Gayla

5/15/16....Adam's Birthday....He is a big 9 year old today!

It's Adam's 9th Birthday!  He has brought us so much joy!  He is fun, silly, sweet, caring and is such a help and hard worker.  How thankful we are that God gave him to us as a precious grandson.  He is so cute and a very good soccer player!  Love this birthday boy so much!

Bill cut down the contorted shrub that died....

Love spring when everything is in bloom....God's beauty is the best!

Tearing up the plastic around the house

Love the apple tree in blossom!
Blessed to have Max come with me to my house so I can take him to Kid's Care Group fun night tonight.

We went to the pet store while we were waiting for papa to meet us at Mooney's.  Max liked the yellow and blue parakeets.

In front of Mooney's.  Tried to get the sign in there but it looks like it just says Moo

Papa and Max enjoying their ice cream

Max was so  excited to see his first hummingbird!  We ate supper outside and watched the birds.  He helped scare away the black birds for me.  He loved watching the birds as much as I do.

Tonight at class was just a fun night.

Kyra, Iain and Aleyiah.  The bubbles were a hit.

Can you find Owen Galsterer in this picture?  He was so funny hiding on everyone.  He wants me to send it to his mom

I got up and did laundry and hung it outside.  Ate breakfast outside and watched the birds.  Didn't see my bluebird today.  Read my Bible outside too.  Washed the grill sheets from last night.  Sure love them because all that grease doesn't go in the grill and the burgers and hotdogs taste just the same.  Bill dropped a burger on the deck so I had to wash the deck too.  Washed the carpet in the family room and living room.  Wrapped Evan, Adam and Jacob's birthday presents.  Too bad I didn't realize it was Adam's birthday.  Can't believe I didn't realize it was the 18th.   That's why I write post it notes.  I forgot to for Adam though.  Melissa wanted me to give Max a ride to class tonight so I called her to see if he had lots of homework.  He didn't have any so I went right away to pick him up and took him to Mooney's.  Bill met us there and we had fun talking and eating.  He is one sweet boy!  We came home and ate outside while we watched the birds.  Went to class and had lots of fun.  Got lots of cards from the kids and parents and a Subway gift card.  We went outside and the kids loved playing and blowing bubbles.  They had ice cream sandwiches too.  We didn't have a lesson, but still had our prayer time.

5/17/16..Had our care group potluck tonight

Went to breakfast.  Wes and Gayla are in Pennsylvania so they weren't there.  Got some groceries for our potluck tonight.  Spent the day getting the yard and house ready for the potluck.  Baked a cake too.  We had 20 come for the potluck.  Maria that gave us our Outdoor Adv. Membership came with Roy and Marie.  She was so sweet and we were so happy to meet her.  She wanted to help with everything too.  Only had three that didn't make it, Sam, Ron, and Derek.  Sam's in Colorado, Derek had softball and Ron had family stuff to  take care of.  We had lots of delicious food and desserts. Emily, Brian, Stacey, Rich, Bill and I ate outside but everyone else ate inside.  It was pretty cool outside.  I finally went inside and it felt much better.  We all had a nice time visiting.  Forgot to take any pictures!

5/16/16. Bill and I got lots done around the outside of the house today

So proud of Hailey.  She placed 5th and 6th out of 75 girls
Evan, Papa and Jack

I walked this morning.  Yesterday I forgot to put my fitbit on till late, so I had to make up for it a little.  When Bill got home we went outside and wrapped up the plastic around the house.  We almost are finished.  YAY!  It sure looks nice.  Vikki, Peyton and Isaac stopped in when they went by and saw us outside.  The chuck it sure works good.  Lenny sure loved chasing the ball.  Can't wait till Kimmy tries it.  She throws like I do.  This makes it so easy and the ball goes so far.  Wish I would have taken pics when they were here.  We ate cabbage buns and green beans for supper.  Bruce, Jack and Evan stopped over to borrow a saw from Bill. The boys had ice cream sandwiches. It rained right before they got here for a few minutes.  They jumped and slid around on the trampoline.  I cleaned the house as we have our care group potluck tomorrow night.  Picking up burger and hotdogs to grill tomorrow after breakfast.  Pretty sore tonight from pulling all the plastic and dirt up.  It didn't come up very easy.  So glad the worst is done.  I planted the plants Bill got me at the Farmer's Market in Frankenmuth Saturday.
