Monday, 4/20/26, Picked my eye drop prescription up at 8, Got to my house right as Kimmy was getting there, Vikki brought Rehvyn and visited until she had to go to work, we watched Rehvyn, Vikki came back after work, Bill fixed my car, He mowed more of the grass that was dry too

We got the Luplo Train out and Rehvyn sure had lots of fun playing with it
He was a great help working with Aunt Kimmy to build the different things that go to the train
He loved putting gas in the train.  Instead of putting it in the hole it supposed to go in that makes a sound like gas going in, he preferred to put it in all the lego holes.

Rehvyn ended up playing with the trains set for at least 2 1/2 hours.  He played with foam blocks too and he and aunt Kimmy made another tunnel with them

Rehvyn fell asleep fast in the car when Vikki went to pick the kids up.  He played and moved a lot when he was here and I guess it tired him out.

Hailey sent me more pictures from California.  I am so thankful she remembers to send me them.  I sure love her and am missing her.
Eli’s new glasses.  He looks very cool!

I got up early and went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription at 8.  There were only 2 cars ahead of me so I was happy about that.  I headed back home afterwards, and pulled in the driveway right before Kimmy.  She and I are watching Rehvyn today while Vikki is at work.  Kimmy and I both had a bowl of cereal.  Vikki came shortly after that with Rehvyn.  He cried when she left and wanted to go with her.  We had him wave goodbye and he was fine then.  He sure loves his Grammy.

I went upstairs to get the foam blocks out of the attic and thought about the Duplo Train that the younger grandkids had loved when they were little.  I found it in the upstairs bedroom closet and brought it downstairs.  Kimmy and I started putting it together and she and Rehvyn finished after I decided I should wait til my six months are up to kneel like it says after hip surgery.  I can get on my knees ok, but don’t want to sit on them until I am supposed to.  I did that at Melissa’s by mistake one day and had lots of pain in my knee afterwards.  Rehvyn loved the train (so did Kimmy and I) and he played with it for at least 2 1/2 hours.  It was so fun watching him.  He sat on the potty chair lots and never complained, but just played while he sat there.  He went three times.  Kimmy would take Arnie out to go potty and he would try to beat Arnie.  He didn’t have any accidents while the were watching him.  Such a good boy.  He only played too and never tried to get into anything he shouldn’t.  Don’t need to baby proof when he is here.  He’s easy to watch.  Kimmy and I had PB&J’s for lunch.  Rehvyn had good stuff Vikki packed for him.  He used his pretzels to pick up his mandarin orange pieces after I showed him how to do one.  Then he tried it on his miniature Fig Newtons.  We played more with the train and the foam blocks after lunch.  Vikki came back after work and hung out with us.  Kimmy had to leave and so did Vikki.  Rehvyn did poop in his diaper when Vikki was taking him to pick up the kids.  She changed him and then they left.  He fell asleep right away in the car.

I walked out and checked on Bill.  He had my car jacked up and was tightening the heat shield underneath that had come loose.  He was having a hard time getting the new screw to go in and asked me to pray.  It wasn’t long after that that he had it on.  Jared listened yesterday after we got home as I backed it out of the garage and discovered what the problem was for us.  Thankful he found it so fast and it was such a cheap almost easy fix.

I walked outside and looked at all my plants.  I raked the old stuff off the lambs ear and it has lots of new growth.  Tomorrow when it is warmer, I will be out there working.  I have my list to do, plus fill bird feeders.

Bill and I had pancakes for dinner.  It was a quick easy meal and tasted yummy.  Worked on my blog after that.
