Sunday, 4/19/26, Went to early service, rode with Jared and Kimmy to Lansing to go to Abi’s dance recital, So nice seeing her and Jacob, She did awesome! Came home, stopped at Gregg and Lou’s Restaurant, Stopped in St. Charles for ice cream, Vikki met at our house with Eli

Daffodils made it.  Was going to cover them last night, but didn’t have time.

Abi an Jacob...Abi did an amazing job coordinating the dances she did and did an awesome job dancing.  It was so fun watching her and getting to hang out with Jacob!

We went to the early service this morning.  Worship was awesome and the message pastor gave was awesome.  I’m so thankful He speaks the Truth from God’s Word in boldness.  The Truth will set you free!  We prayed for our neighbor Vicki at the end of service and had a nice talk with her.  We visited with friends for a while, then came home and ate soup and sandwiches.  I made fresh chicken salad up.  Kimmy had a half sandwich when she came, but Jared didn’t want anything.  We rode with them to Lansing to see Abi’s Dance Recital.  She did a lot of the coordinating and did such a great job.  Her dance team was definitely the best and were amazing.  We were happy to get to meet her brother at intermission.  He was very nice and shook all of our hands.  He was cute how he sat on the side and took videos of all Abi’s dance routines.  He came and told us goodbye after the recital and shook our hands again.  Jacob and Abi were going with friends to Texas Roadhouse afterward.  We talked to them for a while, then hugged and said goodbye and headed back home.  We stopped in Owosso at Gregg and Lou’s Restaurant and ate.  It was good food.  I sure was full afterwards, but as tradition will have it. we stopped in St. Charles at the ice cream place and got ice cream cones.  Kimmy and I got small ones which were big.  Bill got a large dipped in chocolate which was huge and Jared got a medium which was huge too.   Our ice cream just filled in all the spaces we had left after eating.  

We got home and Bill had Jared listen to my car.  He figured out right away that the heat shield was loose.  That will be an easy fix.  Our pergula top blew off because Bill didn’t have time to fasten it down and it got windy.  Kimmy, Jared and Bill got it back on. Thank you!

I turned the fireplace on for a few minutes to take the chill off.  It warmed Kimmy and I up.  

It wasn’t long and Vikki got here with Eli, Isaac and Rehvyn.  They came in for a short time.

Rehvyn got the cars out right away.  He wanted to stay, but we told him he was coming back tomorrow and could play then.  He was a big boy at Vikki’s today and went potty 5 times on his potty.  

Everyone left and I read my Bible and did my prayer books.  Bill and I prayed together.
