Went to church and celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus!  The worship and service were amazing!  Our God is an Awesome God!!!  After church, The girls and their families came over to celebrate Easter.  Charlie and Sue came too.  The guys hid the eggs and then the kids went out and found them.
Love watching them.  Then they guys hid the Easter Baskets and the kids found them.   After that we ate.  The girls set everything out for me and Melissa warmed the rolls.  We had ham, grilled chicken, cheesy potatoes, corn,(which if forgot to cook till later), applesauce, orange sherbet jello and rolls.  Apple and chocolate pies, and banana pudding cake for dessert.  We spent lots of time outside.  Bill, Jared, Bruce and Charlie played Euchre.  What a fun day it was.  Kimmy cleaned everything in the kitchen up while I finished eating.  What a great help.

4/15/17.. Went to Julie and Phil's house in Owosso. Rode the motorcycle there. It was 78 degrees an beautiful

Evan....playing with legos.  Jesus is riding on a colt, people are waving palm branches.  So wonderful to see him come up with using legos to play out the Bible Story.

I made rolls,  sherbet jello, two chocolate pies.  At 11 we left to go to Julie and Phil's.  We rode the motorcycle.  When we got there we drove lots trying to find their place.  I told Bill to call Phil three times, but he just kept driving.  He had trouble seeing the screen of his phone to read his GPS.  We finally got there.  They had 2 other couples there also who are presidents in chapters of CMA.  Two Phil's and two Bill's.  Pretty funny.  We watched some CMA videos and had a good discussion.  Then had a wonderful meal and yummy desserts.  Came home and baked two Apple pies from the Rescue Mission.  Cut the Ham off the bone so it's all ready in the morning.  Excited to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with my family.  I Love Jesus and I love my family!

4/14/17....Adam and I made homemade cinnamon rolls, had pancakes for breakfast, Watched the second Parent Trap

One of the stations we went to at church tonight for our Good Friday     service.  We all declared that Jesus is our Lord and taped it on the cross.

I got up at 7 and Adam was up shortly after.  He said he only slept for an hour.  We decided we would start our cinnamon rolls so they would be ready when Kimmy and Jared got her to pick the boys up.  Jacob and Eli got up shortly after Adam did.  They slept really good they said.  They wanted to watch the second Parent Trap movie.  The boys wanted pancakes for breakfast, so I made some.  They all disappeared.  We finished watching the movie and the boys played a couple of games.  We went outside and the boys picked up sticks and earned some money.  They were pretty happy to  help.  Kimmy and Jared came and we all sat outside for a while.  While I finished cleaning the car outside, Kimmy and Adam put the cinnamon rolls in the oven.  We all had some when they were hot.  YUMMY!  We all ate at least 2, and then I quit counting.  Nothing like hot cinnamon rolls!  Thank you Adam!

They left shortly after that.  It sure was nice having the boys spend the night.  They were very good and lots of fun!  I worked on hoeing around the house some more.  Almost done!  I got more plastic tore out too.  Bill came out and dug out the old edging.  We are going to replace it!  Went to the Good Friday Interactive Service at church.  It was an amazing, heartfelt service.  We prayed for people afterwards and then helped clean everything up and put the chairs back in the church.  THANK YOU TO JESUS FOR DYING ON THE CROSS FOR MY SINS!  HE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO MAN COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH HIM!  I LOVE JESUS!  HE IS MY LORD AND SAVIOR!!!

Kimmy's boys had a half a day of school.  Kimmy came here with the boys after she picked them up.  We were excited because the boys are spending the night.  Vikki and Lenny came over after Kimmy got here and then Melissa came too.  I was happy to see her walk in.  She had messaged me but I didn't get it so didn't know she would be here.  Jacob had a dentist appointment.  The boys played some games and then we ate lunch before Jacob had to go to the dentist.  When Jacob got home from the dentist, his mouth was pretty  numb.  It was hard for him to smile in some of the pictures.  We colored eggs and the kids were all great helpers.  I am so thankful to get them done so quickly and seeing the kids (and me) have fun.  Vikki was our photographer...thanks Vikki!

Vikki and Melissa's timers didn't go off, so Vikki was late leaving to get the kids.  They all came back here after she picked them up.  It was nice having Kimmy be able to stay longer.  After they left, Bill, Jacob, Adam, Eli and I went to Pizza Hut for Pizza and our Faith Rider's meeting.  They had a couple of new high tables, so the boys wanted to sit there.  They were all very well behaved and very mannerly.  Vikki Beemer bought them brownies for dessert.  Jacob and her son, Ian, had lots of fun playing together.  The meeting went well and Bill did great leading it.  We got home and the boys wanted to watch Parent Trap 1 so we did.  We stayed up until 11 and then all went to bed.  What a fun time with the grandkids.

4/12/17...Walked at Sportszone, Filled Easter Baskets, Hailey came and helped me fill eggs for our Easter Egg Hunt

Hailey came to fill Easter Eggs with me for our Easter Egg Hunt on  Sunday.   (I forgot to take a picture so I put one on from Last Year.)

I got up and walked for 3 high speed miles at the Zone.  Came home afterward and did laundry and hung it outside.  I hoed more around the house and put Preen down.  Went to get quarters from the bank to put in the Easter Eggs.  I filled all the grandkid's Easter Baskets and the basket for the adults of course.  Then I went to pick up Peyton and Isaac from school.  They were so happy to see me.  They said, "We're going to McDonalds, but we can't get anything, we just want to play."  I told them I was going to get them something and they were pretty adamant about not getting anything because their mommy told them not too.  I told them I was still getting them something because I wanted something too and that I would talk to their mommy.  Isaac got pancakes and sausage and they were gone in about 5 minutes.  Peyton got a chicken nugget happy meal and she finished about 5 minutes after Isaac.  Then they were off to play.  They were so cute and so good.
Peyton was very kind to a little girl that couldn't climb up.  She would give her a boost.  Rody came and picked them up there after he got out of work.  When I got home, Melissa called and said Hailey didn't have a lot of homework so she could help me fill eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt.  I was so happy she was able to help me.
I made spaghetti and went to get Hailey from Valley where she was practicing for track. We ate and then started filling eggs.  She was a great helper and it didn't take long at all.  Can't believe I didn't take a picture.  I took her home afterwards and Max had spelling words he had to know and sentences to write for tomorrow.  Usually he just has words and it's on Friday.  Offered to help him, but Melissa said I didn't need to.  Then she went out to flag me down, but I was gone.  She thought about how nice it would be if I helped Max just get started on the sentences he needed to write.  Well I was gone!  However, I remembered the sweatshirt I lent Hailey and went back for it.  Then I got to help Max.  He started writing his sentences right away and did great.  I was amazed at what a good speller he is when he wrote his sentences.  Afterward, I asked him his words and he spelled them.  He had some hard words, but knew all but 2.  We had fun working on them.

4/11/17...Went to breakfast, Went to see Lila, Went to Melissa's, Went out to dinner with Vicki and Kevin

Went to breakfast and had eggs and potatoes instead of my usual oatmeal.  After breakfast, Wes, Gayla and I went to see our friend, Lila at Geriatrics.  She turned 97 today.  She used to always come to breakfast before going into the nursing home.  Love this sweet lady.  After I left there, I went to visit with Melissa for a while.  Went to Kroger's and Aldi's and got groceries.  Went to Salvation army also and got a Ivanka Trump skirt there.  Great find for 2.99.  I will be styling for Easter.  

We went to dinner with Kevin and Vicki at Applebees.  Charlie and Sue came in and sat at the table right next to us.  They just got their new Ford Flex today and drove it there.  Vicki, Kevin, Bill and I went to Mooney's afterwards to get ice cream.  Vikki called and she and Rody went to our house so Rody could update our fire stick.  We were happy to see them and thankful for Rody fixing it for us.  Bill gave Peyton and Isaac their walking sticks he made for them.  Their names are carved in them too.  Watched the first episode of When Calls the Heart after they left.

4/10/17....Walked at Sportszone, Nice 70 degree weather again, Worked in flower beds

Kenzie and Karen at Kenzie's friend, Tanner's, funeral.   Prayed for Kenzie a lot today because I know she was sad about losing her friend.  Vikki sent me this picture

Walked three miles at the zone.  Came home and sat outside because it was so nice and read my Bible and prayed.  Hoed around plants around the house.  Got about halfway when it started to rain.

Updated the web page for CMA since I am the new webmaster.   It was pouring out while I am writing this at 9 p.m.  Watched a movie with Bill.
