Sunday, 6/7/26.....Went to first service at church, went to Cracker Barrel, Drove around the country, took a nap, sat outside for a long time, went to Maddy’s, went to Meijer, went to Melissa's

Bill and I at Cracker Barrel.  He had breakfast and I had lunch.
Peonies from our yard....I picked them before the rain.  Sometimes if it rains hard they all get knocked down.  This time it was only light rains, so the outside ones did good.
Michael, who I had in Sunday school in Kindergarten and first grade got engaged today.  He was amazing when he was in my class and is still amazing.  He loves the Lord and serves Him.  He is marrying the girl’s friend, Jackie’s daughter.  Rody took the engagement pictures!  He always does a great job!
Evan with his plate of 4 small sized sloppy joes
Hailey and Bailey....Bailey’s Bachelorette Party was last nig

I got up at 6:30 so I could get ready and have enough time to read my Bible before church.  Worship was awesome and so was the message Pastor Ken preached.  After church, we went to Cracker Barrel to eat.  I shopped while Bill waited at the table for the food to come.  I didn’t buy anything though.  Our food was delicious.  We shopped a little more before we left.   We drove around afterwards and were close to Lydia’s house.  I was going to show Bill where she lived, but I forgot we had to turn on another road past where Jack and Evan had their horse training classes.

When we got home, I walked around outside and checked on my fish and fed them.  I sat on the deck for a long time and listened to last week’s church message.  It was so good.  I came inside and Bill and I took a nice nap.  After we woke up, I listened to a podcast my friend Michelle does that Vikki sent me.  It was very touching.  God is amazing in how he changes lives.

We ate dinner and had fruit salad for dessert.  Then I sat on the deck a little longer.  Kit Kat sat by me.  Bill was just taking it easy and sitting in the recliner resting his back.  He overdid when he felt better with the meds.

I ran to Maddy’s for a few minutes.  The kids were all so cute.  I dropped off a big pack of paper bowls and a pack of paper plates I got at Sam’s Club for her.  Her dishwasher wasn’t hooked to any pipes, so doesn’t work.  She is such a busy mom that I thought it would help if she had more paper products until the dishwasher gets fixed.  I went to Meijer and got a birthday gift for Sue.  Her birthday is tomorrow.  I got her a solar globe to hang outside and also some kitchen towels.  Marie called me while I was at Meijer to make sure I was still coming to help them outside tomorrow.  She told me not to eat because she made food to have after we work outside.  I told her she didn’t need to do that but she already made something.

I went to Melissa’s house after I left Meijer.  I picked her up two kitchen towels that were on sale too.  Her dryer chewed up some of her towels and dish cloths, before Bruce fixed it.  Evan came out and saw me.  We talked for a while, then I came home.  It cooled off nice so Bill had the doors open when I got home.

I worked on my blog and then got ready for bed.
