Thurs., 6/11/26, went to Tim Hortons, went to Panera, went to Target, came home, picked up sticks for Bill, Bill mowed the lawn, I went to get Culver’s and took lunch to Lisa’s, went to Walgreen’s, went to Kroger, cleaned pool, went swimming, went to Maddy’s, went to Culver’s, went to Meijer, hoed most of the garden,

Got the rest of under the electric fence weeded.  Weeded around the plants in most of the garden tonight too.
This is where I am weeding after the garden is done
Bill did a nice job mowing the grass

I got up at 7:30, showered and got ready, ran the pool filter for an hour, left and went and picked up two boxes of Tim Bits for Brielle and Mason.  After that, went to Panera and got a large lemonade for Bill and I to share.  Then went to Target and got some cards, a Birthday present for Maddy, today is her 25th birthday, and also for Mason who turned 2 on the 9th.
Came home after that and when I drove in the driveway, there was Bill off the lawn tractor with the wagon attached, picking up sticks that came down with that awful wind last night.  He had just started.  I told him that wasn’t good for his back and that I would do it.  From then on, he drove the tractor and parked where he saw sticks and I picked them up.  It didn’t take long with that system.  There were lots of them that came down.  He dumped them on the fire pit.  He was thirsty, so I shared the Lemonade from Panera which I had put in the fridge.  I put his half in his Owala and took it out to him to have while he was mowing the grass.  I left after that and went to Culver’s and picked up lunch for Lisa and I.  I was hoping her mom would be there, but she went to her class reunion.  She is 83 I think.
Lisa and I had a nice visit at her house and enjoyed our lunch.  She is a really sweet friend.

I went and picked up my antibiotic for my Monday dentist appointment.  I have to have an antibiotic from now on because of my hip replacement.  After that I went to Kroger and got gift cards that are 4x fuel points right now, so will have $1 off 35 gallons through July.  That will be nice with driving the motor home.  I came home and relaxed for about 15 minutes, then went out and skimmed all the stuff that blew in the pool and sank to the bottom out of it.  It felt good being in the nice water.  Once I got that done, I swam around and my watch reordered 200 yards.  It didn’t work the whole time, till I figured out what to do on my watch.  I covered the pool, then came in the house.  Bill decided he wanted to go with me to Maddy’s, Culver’s, and Meijer.  He said he was feeling pretty good.  Yay!  He stayed in the Jeep while I went in and gave Maddy and Mason their presents. Brielle was really excited when she saw I had Tim Bits.  She was even more excited when I gave her my SquishMallow.  She said, I’m going to put it right in my room, and came and gave me a big hug.  I wished Maddy an in person Happy Birthday, gave her a hug and left.  We went to Culver’s and Bill got a hamburger, fries, and a coke.  I didn’t get anything because I was still full from lunch.  He did give me his fries, but I only ate a couple and saved the rest to air fry tomorrow.  We went to Meijer after that.  He didn’t want to use the Amigo, so used his walker.  I went and got what I needed and used Scan and go.  I called him when I was done, and then turned the corner and saw him talking to our friend Ron from church.  He’s a talker and I could tell Bill was getting tired, so he headed to the Jeep.  I went to get Meijer spaghetti sauce because it was on sale.  I went to the check out and all I had to do was scan the bar code at the top of my phone on the Meijer app.  Then I paid and bagged everything.

We came home and I read my Bible.  Then I went outside and hoed most of the garden and finished the edges around the garden under the fence.  I skimmed the fish pond and I tried using my 3 prong tool for around the pool to get some weeds out.  It worked perfect.  Jared sure did make it nice and sturdy.  I have put it to good use.  Thank you Jared!

I put some things away because it is supposed to get really windy with severe thunderstorms tonight.  Jared said a guy at his work said it is supposed to be worse than last night.  There is already a tornado watch in effect until 2 a.m.  Don’t like when this happens after dark.

I worked on my blog and then will be going to bed.  Bill has an MRI at 6:30 tomorrow morning.  Pray for good results.
