Mon.,1/27/2020...Took Royce Grandkids to school, Bill went to ER, Max got his braces off

These boys were really happy when I went back to get them.  Their school was evacuated for a gas problem in the boiler.  They were very happy!  Took it with my watch ha ha!

Max, Jack and Evan when I dropped them off at home

Bill and Charlie...I saw they were there after I left Melissa's, so went in to have a cappuccino and donut with them

January 27th and our grass is still green as can be
Handsome Max!  He got his braces off today!

Vikki had the day off, so I took Max, Jack, Evan and Hailey to school.  Max was excited that he was getting his braces off today.  I dropped Hailey off first, and then the boys.  I went to Jacks to pick up some burger.  Melissa called when I was just getting ready to check out.  They were evacuating the school because of a gas leak.  Consumers was there when I got there.  The parent line was long, even though I wasn't far away when I got the call.  Glad I stopped at Jack's and was close.  The boys were super happy to say the least.  I took them home, then thought about stopping at Tim Horton's, but decided to go to Kroger first and get these yummy cookies I had Sunday, so I could take them to Pat and Rich.  I saw Bill and Charlies vehicles at Tim Horton's so stopped there first.  They were happy to see me and had me sit down.  We visited, then I got each of them another coffee before leaving.  I went to Kroger's and then home.  Peeled potatoes for dinner tonight, and did a load of laundry.  Relaxed with Bill for a while, and then he got a call from the Dr. Office saying he should come in for immediate care.  He had called to tell them about a pain in his chest he's been having.  I told him we needed to go in, but he said he would wait because it wasn't that bad.  It isn't when he is sitting.  He finally said he would go, but had me stay home so I could finish Pat and Rich's meal and pick up Hailey.  He messaged me the whole time to keep me updated.  The doctor said he had inflammation that was causing the pain and making it hard to breathe.  Thought it might be from a pulled muscle.  Also thought his Blood pressure was high (185/85) because of that.   Did lots of testing and x rays then sent him home on ibuprofen.  Vikki put it on Facebook and got lots of prayers going.  Pastor Jeff went up right away to see him. Thanking and Praising God that he's ok.  I picked Hailey up from school and got her praying too.  We had some good laughs on the way to her house.  She's so much fun.  I told her she had better practice playing Ticket to Ride so she would know how to play on Super Bowl Sunday.  I need to practice too.  Bill got home and I kissed him, then went to drop off a meal to Pat and Rich.  Rich greeted me and is doing amazing after his cancer surgery last week.  Never did lose his hair and has felt great most of the time.  Bill's brother, Fred called from California to see how he was. Debbie called Vikki.  I came home and ate our meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Texted everyone back and relaxed for awhile while Bill relaxed which is what he is supposed to do.  Heard on the News that Kobe Bryant's helicopter got in dense fog and ran into a mountain.  So sad that all 9 people died.

Vikki worked her first time in the nursery today.  She loved it!  Loved hearing her tell me about it.
Bill and I went to a class Paster taught on prayer at the Altar right after church.  They had a nice lunch for all of us before the class started.  Good class.  After that, we went to Caro to the Caro's CMA Chapter's meeting.  They had food there too.  I just had a piece of lemon pie.  Bill had a little food and some brownies.  Their meeting went good.  Bill and I shared about what we learned in Iowa.  They were all so nice to us.  We went to The Snowfest in Frankenmuth on our way home.  We walked through town and looked at all the snow and ice sculptures and went into stores along the way.  Bought a loaf of Bread at Zhenders.  Kobe Bryant and his 13 yr. old daughter, plus7 others died in a helicopter accident.  Very Sad!

Poor Bill, he's in Jackson, and the turkey's decided to have a turkey party in our yard

Lots of Toms and hens

Bill and my turkey text...He's so cute!
Vicki came over and we worked on the newsletter for Faith Riders.

I got up and made Bill oatmeal for breakfast before he headed to Jackson.  It was a rainy day and pretty dreary out.  I worshipped and did my hour of prayer time I signed up for for the March for Life.  I watched President Trump, who is the first President to every speak at the March for Life.  I love how the Christians Honored our President the way the Bible says too.  It made me cry.  His speech did too.  His love God, for the unborn, our country, God's people came through loud and clear.  He has done amazing things for our Country already and I am so thankful for him.
Got a nice nap in this morning.  Worked on cleaning out file cabinet.  Glad to have old files out and new ones ready to go for 2020.   In the evening, my friend Vikki came over and we worked on the newsletter for Faith Riders together.  She did most of it, and is ready to do it on her own now as soon as we figure how to get it on to her computer so she can make changes.  Her computer won't open it.  I made spaghetti sauce with meatballs after she left.  Taking some to Don tomorrow as he just has knee replacement surgery and is by himself.  Bill called me when he got back to his room.  I was happy to hear from him!  I sure am missing him.

Evan, Abby and Jack...they sure love their dog
Wes, me, Yolanda, and Isaac at the Rescue Mission Movie to serve. It sure was a big bag of popcorn the theater donated tonight.

I got up at 5:30 and read my Bible, prayed and worshipped.  I walked for a mile today even though it is my off day.  Bill and Charlie went to Ann Arbor to pick Rich up and bring him home from the VA Hospital.  He is doing great.  I talked to Melissa for a long time, until I had to hang up and answer Bill's call.  I went shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond for Stacie's Birthday gift and then went to pick up Jack and Evan.  Bill took my car, so I picked them up in the truck.  They sure smiled when they saw I had the truck.  I took them home and they told me about their day on the way.  They played the piano for me, and then played the Wi together.  Melissa and I visited and I played some of Jacob's Band Concert Videos for her.  Stayed there until it was time for me to go pick Hailey up.  Dropped Hailey off at her house, then I went home and made dinner.  We went to the Rescue Mission and showed the movie "Fireproof". There were 19 there, plus 7 of us from Faith Riders serving popcorn and orange drink. They enjoyed the movie and so did we.  Got to pray with some after the movie.

Wednesday, 1/22/2020, Yay Fyrne had two lambs today!, Vikki, Peyton and Issac came over

Fyrne had her lambs.  So cute!

Fyrne looking at Eli....Eli holding her two lambs!  Love this picture
Walked, but only did a mile today.  Made a big bowl of cut up fruit today with the fruit I got from Jacob and Adam's Band fundraiser.  Added some pineapple and bananas!  Yummy. Washed sheets and mattress pad today.  Spent a lot of time texting Paul Shaw regarding people in our small group.  Got it all straightened out.  He is a nice person and always trying to help out. When he was a kid, he wrote me a note saying I was a second mom to him.  Vikki and the kids came over after they got out of school.  I forgot to take a picture!  I will need to train them like Max, Jack and Evan so they remind me ha ha.  We talked to Kimmy and Fyrne had her lambs.  Always so exciting when they get here.  Kimmy said the boys want to spend the night on Super Bowl Sunday because they don't have school the next day so I am excited about that.  I got picture books out so Vikki could see some pictures of Grandpa Johnny who used to work at the school she is at.  We had fun going through old pictures!  The kids liked looking at them too.  Lots of wonderful memories.  We all drank a cup of hot tea! We talked to Melissa too.  It was a great day!  Bill got out antenna hooked up right after I asked him if we would be able to watch the Super Bowl here because it wasn't hooked up right yet.  He got right at it then ha ha.  We get 49 stations with this antenna which is wonderful.

Tues,1/21/2020..went to our breakfast, Picked Royce Grandsons up from school, had small group

Max, Jack and Evan.  I picked them up from school and when we went in their house, they said, "aren't you going to take a picture Nana".  Then they took their coats off and lined up for me to take one.  Sure do love these cute and sweet grandsons.
Got this sweet card from my Best Friend today!   What a blessing she is from the Lord.
We've been friends for 50 years and are sisters in our hearts!  She made this card for me!

Went to our breakfast.  Eight of us there today.  Wes and Gayla were happy with the magazine we got them telling about the history of CMA with lots of pictures.  After breakfast, I went to Melissa's to visit for a while.  Always love my visits with her.  I stopped at Kroger after that and saw that they had the Game, Ticket to Ride on Sale.  I got two of them.  Now Kimmy can keep the one they have for their family and Melissa has one for her family.  When Peyton and Isaac learn how to play, I will get Vikki one for her family.  I have one here so will have to practice up.  Kimmy and her family have been playing every night.  Yikes, I will be in trouble when I play them.  Bill went up and saw Luke H. and then visited with Don's family while he was in surgery for a knee replacement. I came home, read my Bible, and cleaned some.  Got things ready for Small Group tonight. Elaine called me, and Cheryl called me.  They are such nice friends.  Called Marie and found out she is feeling better.  Roy started his heart therapy today.  I picked Max, Jack and Evan up from school.  I decided it should be "shake" day since I hadn't seen them for a while and it was so nice out.  They were so happy!  They all got chocolate shakes, and I got a Mocha Frappe'. They were so sweet and thanked me right away.  They were excited to find out the Ticket to Ride game in the back of my car was for their family.  They were really cute and funny when I got to their house.  I wrote about it under their picture. We had 8 of us for care group tonight.  Good Bible Study!
