We were excited that Kimmy and the boys were coming up so we got up early and got ready.  We were so happy when they pulled up!  Jacob got his bike off the rack himself.  He's getting so big!!  The boys took off riding and were having fun when Adam's chain broke.  Kimmy had brought the scooter so he was happy riding that.  We went to the store and i gave them each a dollar to spend.  We sat around the campfire and they ate their candy. Next we went swimming.  The kids do great in the water now.  Fun to watch them.  I came back first to fix chicken foil dinners.  They came back shortly after.  The kids are hot dogs and chips.  It took forever for our dinners to get done because the grill didn't work right.  I had to finish them in the oven.  They were yummy though after 2 hrs of waiting.  The girls and kids played putt putt golf while they waited.  Then we ate and went for a walk and then went to the beach.  We enjoyed relaxing and sitting in lounge chairs.  Fun watching the kids have fun in the water and in the sand.  Oh we went on a hay ride too.   They had to leave but might come back tomorrow. Sure hope so.  Adam loved Laying on the top bunk looking  out the window.  So much fun with all the kids today!

7/6//15 fun at Outdoor Adventures

We put our stuff on the lounge chair and went swimmiing. Then Bill came and went by the chair and then came swimmming.  He had to leave to go home for a VA appt.  After he left,we got our stuff and noticed a large USMC shiirt on the chair with our stuff.  We thought it was hiis so we took it with us.  Well it wasnt.  Had to take it back the next day. Ha Ha

July 5, 2015

No pictures today.  Got up, got ready and went to church.  Vikki, Rody and the kids were there and sat by us.  It was a very good message on the promises of God.  Also mentioned the importance of repentance of our sins and appreciation and acceptane of what Jesus did for us at the cross.  After church we came home and Angie Moore and Jaislyn followed us so she could get some Kalarabi from our garden.  Then we came in and took care of Abby (Melissa and Bruce dropped her off while we were at church) and Mocha.  Bill and I changed clothes and went to Olive Garden for Lunch.  Bill had spaghetti and I had soup and salad.  We were very full when we left there.  That's all I ate other than some cherries and a banana for the whole day it filled me so much.  Spent the rest of the day packing the camper for our camping trip tomorrow.  Vikki came over to help Bill load wood for camp fires.  Cooked burger to freeze and cut up chicken to take.  I was grabbing the bag the chicken had been in to put it in the garbage and the yucky chicken covered meat scissors fell on my foot and cut my toe.  It was bleeding pretty bad so had to go clean it up good and bandage it up.  Worked till bedtime on packing.  Melissa and Hailey came in to pick up Abby.  They sure looked tan from being in the sun today at the reunion.  So nice to have a small visit with them.
