We just finished eating yummy s'mores!

Got up and made pancakes for breakfast.  Put worship music on and after that read my Bible.  Bill and I decided to go for a walk.   When we got by the clubhouse we saw a huge and pretty new motor home turning the corner by the chapel the opposite direction of the way you come in.  We could see he was going to scrape the wood rail posts so motioned for him to stop.  We were too late.  He scraped about 4 big  storage panels on the side of it and wood from the post was now caught in the cracks of the storage doors. Cyikes.  Felt bad for the guy as he was older.  His wife was saving a spot for him where our old 5th wheel had been parked.  Sue and Charlie came so we headed back.  We went for the ice cream social and had free bowls of ice cream.  The came back and had tin foil chicken dinners.  Went golfing after that. Came back and had s'mores and visited.

7/15/15 Jacks 7th birthday

Kimmy's new Honda Civic!  So cue and filled with cuteness on the inside too 

We slept in this morning!  I got up at 8:45 and dad got up 9:30.  I called Jack right away to wish him Happy Birthday!  He Was really excited about their new camper.  I made eggs,sausage and toast for breakfast!  Then we went to find goggles for Jack's birthday.  We went to lots of stores looking for golf balls in PINCONNING.  Finally ended up back here in Standish at Shopko.  We got pink and also white in the same package.  Came back and played golf.  Then we walked the entire campground. Came back and I made up pizzas and dad grilled them.  Then I rode my bike around the campground. And dad rode the scooter.  I sure got a workout!  Went golfing one more time.  Came back and made s'mores.  Then dad beat me bad at 3-13 boo hoo.  Fun playing though.

7/14/15....Had fun with Kimmy and her family all week!

Eli standing by our old Terry 5th wheel.  Have lots of great memories of camping in it with Bruce, Melissa, Hailey and Amanda when we took it to Copper Harbor to see Kimmy and also Taquanim Falls.  The living room was upstairs. Lots of fun camping with my mom and dad in it too at Cadilac.  After that trip they decided to get another one motor Home themselves.  Loved that the living room was upstairs.

Jacob spent the night and we played three games of Uno and 1 game of dice. He wine one game of each.  He was pretty happy.  We had so much fun.

It was pouring in the campground last

night. Jacob woke up but I didn't know it because he layed there like he was sleeping. I woke up to check on him and Kimmy, Jared and the boys across from us in their tent.but it was raining so hard and lightning was flashing so I just prayed.  Checked our awning and it was good.  It was pouring so hard some water go in the bottom of the window.  We Need to get it resealed.  I finally got back to sleep at about 4 am. Kimmy came over for coffee in the morning and said they stayed dry and loved the rain.  Eli slept in til 10.  Jacob and I played Tonk  and Kimmy and Adam played Uno.  Then Kimmy helped Jacob. We had fun and there were lots of great family memories.   We walked the campground and swam in the outside pool.  Came to our 5th wheel and ate and then helped Kimmy pack and take the tent and screen tent down.  Dad called me and said he would be here in a couple of hours. Then in 5 minutes he was here.  He helped too.  Couldn't believe how much stuff Kimmy got in her van.  Even got the stuff Jared brought up.  Then she let him know he didn't need to come up!  She left and all we need to tat home is a kids bike!

Melissa and Bruce are getting this beautiful camper today.  I am so happy and excited for them.  Can't wait to see it in person!

Got up at 7.  Bill slept in til 9.  I took coffee over to Kimmy at 7:30.  She was laying down in her tent but was awake.  She has been awake before me all week.  We went on a nice morning bike ride around the campground with the boys.  We all went swimming and then Bill showed Adam how to play euchre on his phone. It started sprinkling but didn't last long.  Bill left for home then.  He put his rain suit on but it didn't rain on his way home.  We ate lunch and went on another bike ride. We also went out on the. Paddle boat.  Kimmy and I peddled while the boys took turns steering.  So much fun!  We ate and then Eli and Adam and I went swimming again. CWe met a couple of nice kids from Brown City.  Went in the hot tub and then came back for a campfire and s'mores.  Jacob is spending the night with me.  Yay!

We drove home at 7 this morning for church from Srandish. Kenzie went with us.  Kimmy watched Mocha for us.  Kenzie had to work at 11. After church I had to go to a VBS meeting for a half hour.  Went home and changed clothes and headed to Frankenmuth for Amanda's party.  We stopped at the new Tim Horton's on our way to get a muffin.  We hadn't eaten anything yet.  Dad got a donut too.  We already had our own coffee.  We went in the  Frankenmuth Plaza to pass time before the party.  Got to the party right at 2.  Saved seats for Melissa and family.  Hailey was at music camp! Denise, Jim, Carol, Fred, and Lourdes sat with us.  Shanii and Steve were camping in Tawas.  Vik and fan were spending time with Rody's family from S. Carolina.  Kimmy and Jared wee camping by U.S. and had Togo home and take care of the animals. The party was fun.  We left at 3:30 and headed back to the campground.  Kimmy and I went on a bike ride around the campground. We checked on Jacob who was. Fishing at day.  After they are we went swimming.  I headed over early and spent an hour waiting, swimming the whole time.  They all came and I swam more.  Bill swam too.  It was cute because the boys wanted to show us what they learned that day.. Kimmy and I took another bike ride.  Then we. Sat around the campfire.  Lots of fun.  I'm missing my sidekick Vikki and the kiddos.  I beat Bill at 3-13! So happy for Bruce and Melissa because they got a new camper.  So beautiful with hardsides and one end that pops out!
