Jacob an Adam did so good showing their sheep.  Their sheep did good too.  Nice to see Jared's parents there. We loved watching the boys show their sheep.  So proud of them.  After they were done, Bill and I shared a cinnamon roll and then walked through the 4 H building and the Merchant buildings.  We came home and then at around 3:30 Bill went to a Dr. appt. and I went to get Melissa's three boys and took them to McDonald's so she could get the last minute stuff done for Jack's party.  The boys had fun playing and after about a half hour, Papa got there.  They were so happy to see him, they ran to the door to give him hugs.  We all got out food and ate and then the boys played some more.  Bill brought Max and Evan home with him and I took Jack back to his house for his party  They party was lots of fun and very busy.  It took a little time to get the kids to listen and do what they were supposed to do, but after the treasure hunt, they did lots better and they had so much fun.  The games were great and so much fun.  Good job planning this wonderful party Melissa.  You did a great job with the kids at the party too.  Came home and Kenzie got home.  She showed Melissa and the boys her cat which they loved.  Bill and I watched the Olympics and then the news.  We are supposed to get 2 to 3 inches of rain after midnight tonight.

Love this picture Rody took of the sunset tonight

Went to church early as I had to teach Sunday School.  The worship service was amazing!  Had 8 kids in Sunday School. My three grandkids were missing from my class.  Sure did miss them.
Went and got some gift cards as the are 4x gas points right now.  Got a few groceries.  Came home and picked some corn out of the garden and made BLT's with tomatoes and lettuce I picked in the garden.  YUM!  Elaine brought her motorcycle over as it needed a tail light put on.  She left it here and Bill fixed it. He sure did a great job.   He rode it to her house and I followed to pick him up.I was a little nervous that he would forget to put his feet down when he stopped because he is used to our trike.  I prayed for him to be safe.  He did great.  We stopped on the way home for a malt for me and a shake for him at Mooney's.   Came home and watched more of the Olympics.  Love watching them.

8/13/16...Came home so I could go to the wedding Bill is doing

Bill waiting to start the wedding for Jim's son, John.  Bill went to school with Jim and they both were in Vietnam but didn't know it.  They were in Australia on R & R and ran into each other.  They were both so surprised to see someone from their hometown, Frankenmuth

It rained and we had to wait for about 10 minutes for the storm to pass over.  Then it turned out to be really nice out so the wedding went on outside as planned.  Bill was sweating and his shirt was real wet when he was done.  Everyone was hot on the porch.  We were all pretty cool under the tent as there was a nice breeze.  Bill did a really nice job.

The father of the groom is an Indian so he did a native service afterward.  It was pretty weird.

John, Lisa and Bill after the wedding ceremony
Father of the Groom, Jim.  Dad's friend from school.  He collects trains and has his whole basement set up.  It was amazing.
Love this picture of Isaac that looks like he is walking on the clouds at the campground.
Came home so I could take care of the garden and go to the wedding.  Ate delicious corn from our garden.  At the wedding, we talked to Wayne who is a custodian for Our township schools.  He shared his testimony of the miracle God did for him.  When he was two he fell of a riding lawnmower and was run over.  His spleen was severed and many other organs injured but God healed him.  He gives God all the glory!  So nice talking to him and sharing the miracles God has done in our family.  Bill also got to share with the father of the groom.  We love telling what great things the Lord has done!  Our God is awesome!  Bill did a wonderful job doing the wedding.  The food was delicious!
