It was cute because Kenzie stood here for Vikki to take a picture and the camel came and posed behind her.

The kids knocked on the innkeepers door, but there was no room in the inn.  He sent us to the stable where another couple that were having a baby were sent

What a touching ending when we see Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus.  Live donkeys and cows too.

Love this picture of Adam, Corey and their baby.  They were Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus at BayShore for the Living Nativity.  They came to our church until they moved to Sebewaing where her family is from.  She used to help me in my Sunday School class.  Very sweet family!

Got up and went to Bay City to get the under the Keurig Storage shelf that we saw yesterday at Goodwill for Kimmy.  It was gone boo hoo.  Wanted to surprise Kimmy and get it for her from Mocha.  I went to Salvation army to see if they had one but they didn't.  Came home and ate and then met Vikki at PetSmart for the doggie Christmas treats for our dogs.  Mocha was nervous the whole time she was there and shook because of it.  Lenny was pretty excited though.  Vikki came over after that and ate some meatballs I had made yesterday.  She left and I got a text from Kenzie and she wanted to come to the Living Nativity, so I got ready and went to pick her up.  We stopped at Tim Hortons for french vanilla cappuccinos and she got a Nutella cookie and gave me part of it to try.
We were early getting to the Living Nativity by about 15 minutes so we just sat in the car and drank our capps.  We got a call that Vikki, Rody and the kids were there so we all went in.  Kimmy came shortly after.  We saw Wes and Joel in the foyer.  They already had seats in the church.  They let them in at 5:30 even though it started at 6.  We sat in the overflow for a short time and then got in the church.  Bill had gone to Bill Smith's surprise Birthday Party so he wasn't with us.  He told me to text him and let him know where we were sitting in the church.  We went in and told him we had one more coming.  Most everybody sat in the last row on the right, but Jacob, Peyton and I sat two rows ahead because there wasn't room in the last row.  Vikki came and sat with us for a while.  The kids were all so good.  There were some beautiful solo's and duets and then they played the Christmas Story from the Bible.  When it got to the part about the angel, a big angel was shown lit up on the ceiling and it moved to the wall.  The kids always love this part and so do I.  We sang Christmas songs while we waited to go outside.  Bill texted me that he was on his way and Lupe and Matt were coming with him.  They got there about 10 minutes before we went outside.  It was beautiful weather this year.  Didn't even need a hat.  Everything was so wonderful and I love walking and reliving the Christmas story.  This was our 10th year and what a blessing it always is.  Such a wonderful tradition for our grandkids. We missed Melissa and her family as they had the Boar's Head so they went last night.  Not the same without them.  I was so happy Bill, Lupe and Matt made it.  I took Kenzie home.  We stopped at Meijer's to get her a cucumber, a mango, an avocado and little ham rollups.  I sure was glad I have the Prius.  This was my sixth trip to Bay City in three days. Love getting the great mileage it gets.

12/2/16....Kimmy, Melissa, and Vikki came over. The girls painted their pottery they made and then we all rode in our Prius to Bay City to take the title of the Toyota dealer. Had our Christmas party for Faith Riders at Zion Lutheran Church

Elaine singing "Breath of Heaven"

Elaine leading the group singing Christmas Carols.

Kimmy came in the morning, then Vikki and then Melissa.  Kimmy brought the pottery the girls had made and they painted it.  Can't wait to see the finished color and product.  After that we ate lunch.  Had roast, carrots and potatoes, ham I was making for the party, and meatballs I was making for the party.  After lunch, we went Bay City.   I dropped the title off and signed it over at the Toyota dealer.  Got our Cd's too.  We went to Goodwill, and Melissa and I went to K'Mart.  Kimmy found a nice Keurig Coffee maker at Goodwill.  It was pretty dirty but when Kimmy got to my house and cleaned it up it was beautiful and worked great.  Looks brand new now.  What a great deal she got!  Vikki gave her pottery another coat when she got home and then she had to leave.  Melissa and Kimmy had to leave shortly after.  I baked a banana/yellowcake/pudding dessert for the party.  We went at 4:30 to decorate and set up for the party.  Everyone started getting there around 5:30.  There was lots of food and it was delicious.  I loved singing Christmas Carols together.  Elaine did an amazing job leading us and our three soloists were great.  Such a fun time.  Came home and did last nights blog and this one.

Got up and got ready. Went to Bay City Tim Horton's with Bill to meet with Doug Szczpanski.  I had a donut with them and cappuccino and visited for a while, and then left to go to K'Mart.  Saw Marsha Jonroe there and visited for a while.  Got some Christmas gifts for the Youth Haven Kids to drop off, and a blow dryer for a sex traffic victim to put in the basket the girls and I are filling.  Got in one line and the lady ahead of me was having lots of problems so I moved to another line and this lady was like a turtle.  I was patient, but a little nervous because Bill had called and told me to come get him.  Sent him a text about my situation.  After we left Tim Hortons, we went to the Toyota Dealer.  Bill had saw a Prius in the Paper that sounded like a good deal.  We went in and Bill talked him into giving us a couple thousand more for our Honda and also got 2 free oil changes and a free tank of gas.  I was wanting to hide while Bill talked to him because he wasn't budging on what he wanted and the guy was saying he didn't want to go ask his boss again.  He finally did and Bill got what he wanted.  They guy left the room and I told Bill what a great job he did.  I always want to disappear while he is dealing and then appear and tell him how great he did afterward.  We got the car after waiting for about an hour.  We waited where they had a StarBucks coffee machine.  It ground the beans and then made the coffee.  It was delicious.  Had popcorn too.  Bill got to share about what God did for Melissa when she was so sick and the guy was so thankful.  He commented over and over how it gave him chills and how wonderful it was.  Bill drove the car and we headed to Kenzie's. We dropped off her remote and also her Advent Calendar from Aunt Debbie.  Took a picture of her in our new car.  Bill realized we had left the garage door opener in our Honda, so we headed back there to get it.  The car drove so nice.  Love the comfy seats.  We called Vikki, but she wasn't home as we were going to show her the car.  We went and got water bottles and then went to Bruce and Melissa's.  They had us go to Yogurt Yeti's and treated us to yummy yogurt ice cream and lots of toppings.  We had fun celebrating Max's 11th birthday.  I went to the Boar's Head Festival to see the kids in it.  The did so good.  I loved seeing them in it and seeing the whole thing.  It is so wonderful and a great tradition to celebrate Jesus and Christmas.  Bill had to go to the Officer's meeting for our Faith Riders.  He's the president so has to lead the meeting.  Came home and Bill realized we left CD's in the CD player.  Decided to call in the morning.
