Opening gifts
He wanted money this year.  I put it in a box and wrapped it with a rock in it.  Then I put it in another box and wrapped that. Then I put it in a bag.  I stuck a water bottle Melissa had left in my car in the bag and a hammer that Jack wanted for his birthday.  He was funny when he opened the one box and saw another wrapped box.  Loved getting money so he can buy a lego set he is saving for.
He did a good job reading his cards to us
He got a swiss picket knife
Opening his soccer goal. He was happy to get that!

I was very happy when Bruce took over my place.  I was TIRED!!!

We went to church.  It was wonderful worship and a great message.  Vikki didn't come because she is having problems with kidney stones again, but Rody and the kiddos were there.  After church we had prayer time for our missionaries and face timed two of our missionaries and prayed with them.  Bill had to go pick up something so he couldn't go.  Wendy said she would give me a ride home, so I cold stay for it.   So happy I stayed.  It was so nice praying together.  After I got home, Bill and I went to Olive Garden with Chuck and Sue.  Charlie has Spinal Stenosis and is using a cain and walking very slow.  Please pray for him.  We all had spaghetti, breadsticks and salad.  Nice time catching up.
We came home and I started going through the file cabinet upstairs and getting rid of old things we don't need.  At six, we went to Bruce and Melissa's to celebrate Jack's birthday.  We had a fun time and the cake was delicious.  Bill and I played soccer with Hailey and Jack because he got a nice soccer goal for his birthday. Lots of exercise! Thanks for the fun time Melissa!

7/14/18...Went to RV place, Went to Sams Club, Went to Menard's,, to Vikki's, to Art Van's, and to Culver's

Sweet letter Kenzie sent to Peyton
Kenzie also sent Peyton the little crochet bag she made for her to wear and a bag of goodies!  Peyton was so happy!
Isaac and Peyton

We slept in which was nice.  Had our oatmeal for breakfast and then went to International RV to get our 0 gravity chairs.  Got to really nice black ones.  Bill wanted to get a black one and a checkered race car one, but I just wanted two matching nice ones so we got those.  We went to Sam's Club after that and signed up for Direct TV.  Time to change as Charter is getting too expensive again.
They are coming on Monday.  It will be nice to be able to tape shows again.  The guy we signed up with was talking to us and we found out his dad worked for Bill and was a super good worker.
We went to Menard's then and got our barn door and hardware for the hallway and also a door for our bedroom.  When we got home, I swept and scrubbed the floor.  Then I mopped it again with my spin mop.  It feels so good to have all that powdery stuff off the floor.  It will be back on Monday when they start working again, but I am enjoying it now.  We went to Vikki and Rody's.  She had me look at her spinach, but it doesn't look like mine.  It is a thick row.  She told me to taste it, but it tasted like a weed to me.  YUK.  I sure would like to know if there is spinach in that row.  Hard to tell.  We went to Art Van's after that and then to Culver's.  I was amazed that Culver's is all redecorated.  It is beautiful with nice additional booths and they are super comfy.  Doesn't seem like it has been that long since we have been there.  Saw Kim Mack from church there.  We each had concrete mixers.  Used a coupon so got one free.  Got home and read my Bible, then watched the news and went to bed.

The guys working got the electrical plugs changed and new sub floors in, tore dry all out.  Looking nice

Three handsome Russell boys waving goodbye to me

What a blessing that Matt came to our meeting and potluck tonight.  He is an amazing miracle of God.  Had a motorcycle accident and wasn't supposed to live.  God had other plans.

Milo in the back and Body in the front.  So happy to see these twins in person.  They are little miracle babies we prayed for.  God is awesome!
Great time at our picnic and meeting tonight

This is how our bathroom is progressing.

Nice to have an opening for a wide door now.
We went to take the camper in at 8:30. The lady was super nice and joking today.  She has always been kind of crabby.  Loved seeing the change in her.  We came home and ate oatmeal.  I went to Kimmy's and spent the day.  We had fun hanging out, walking through the woods, drinking coffee, watching Wyatt (he's such a good doggie), listening to Jacob's jokes, and playing 3o-13.  I got beat once again.  Those are wonderful boys, just wonderful boys they can't be beat grandpa always said. I know it's completely truce now.  They are wonderful and I can't beat them in cards.  Jacob came up with that one.  I had a delicious strawberry parfait Kimmy made me for lunch.  Thanks Kimmy.

7/11/18...They were working on our bathroom today. Spent some time out in the camper and then went to take Melissa to therapy. Went to Marine Corp. League picnic

Three cuties in Kimmy's pool  Isaac, Eli and Peyton

This is how far they are on our bathroom.  Closet out and walk in shower will go there.   Making a door into our bedroom too and enlarging the other door

Heros at the Marine Corp. League Picnic.  So thankful for their service to our country!
Got up and did laundry as I didn't know if the workers would have to turn the water off or not.  Got it done and hung a line full outside.  Spent some time in the camper and then went to Melissa's to visit before I took her to therapy.  Her therapy went better today as she was able to move her big toe.  She likes the therapists and how hard they try and how positive they are.  We went to the Marine Corp. League Picnic and had a good time.  The food was delicious.  Came home and emptied the freezer and refrigerator of the camper, brought my clothes in and then Bill's, and got everything ready and locked up to take it in to be fixed tomorrow.  Nice cool night so opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air.

7/10/18...Took Melissa to therapy, Took Bruce and Melissa to Maple Grill to eat

I took a shower to try it.  It worked great. Did some last minute packing, locked up the refrigerator and freezer drawers, fastened the closet doors and shower doors. Didn't take any pictures today.  Bill came around 10:30 and finished packing the outside things.  I swept the outside carpets and folded them.  I left the campground and he still had to dump the camper.  I got back and went to Melissa's house to drop off Jack's bike.  I visited for a little while and then came home.  Bill wasn't home yet, so I called him to make sure he was ok.  He was almost home.  I was happy to hear that.   Spent the day catching up with watering plants and garden.  Watching progress on bathroom.  It is so nice to have the toilet from downstairs upstairs now.  Nice not to have to hold the handle down to flush.  Happy they moved it for Bill.  Melissa''s toe moved at therapy so that made my day.  No movement the last time so this is progress.  She has many praying for her and God is moving.

7/9/18...Vikki was packing up to leave. Had to get up on the roof of the camper.Went for a swim,

There I am on the roof of the camper.  Peyton is pointing up to me.

Vikki, Peyton and Isaac in the pool.  We had the pool all to ourselves

Isaac golfing

We taught Isaac how to play tonk. He did pretty good.

Bill sent me pictures of the bathroom work that was done

We got up and ate breakfast.  Vikki started packing.  Isaac told me his stuffed animal was up on the slide out.  I tried to use the little stepladder we brought but couldn't reach it.  Vikki was going up the ladder of the camper, but got a little nervous.  I have been up on camper's before, so I said I would do it.  It sure is a high camper.  I got up there and went and swept it off with the broom.  Isaac was happy to have it again.  Vikki took my picture up there.  We took the clam down and then went for a swim.  It sure felt good.  We went golfing after our swim and then came back and taught Isaac how to play tonk.  Peyton played too.  We finished packing after that.  I put Jack's bike in my car, folded up our two bikes and put them in and some other things Vikki couldn't fit in.  We also packed up lots outside for Bill.  We went to Fergie's for pizza for lunch.  When we got back, Vikki left and I scrubbed the camper floor and cleaned the camper.  It's much easier when hooked up to water and having drains to use.  I packed up what I need to inside the camper.  I went for another swim and then went for a walk around the campground.  I heated my left over pizza up for supper.  So delicious.  The best ever!
I was happy to hear Vikki was home safe.
