Tues., 7/9/19, Went to breakfast, then went to Omer to pick up our camper...dropped it off at Dolneys

Yummy ice cream cone

The filter is working, yay

We went to our breakfast at 8.  After breakfast, we went up to Omer and picked up our 5th wheel and took it to Dolney’s for them to work on some things they fixed last year that aren’t done right.  We stopped at Mussel Beach on our way home and got ice cream.  Yum!  We also stopped at Beatty Pools and looked around.  Came home and Bill worked on hooking up the filter.  Bruce stopped in to get Hailey’s shorts she left in our camper.  I sent some candy sticks home for the kids (and Melissa) and also some caramel apple suckers for Hailey to have on her trip with her youth group to Chicago, Mall of America, and to a National Youth Group Rally in Minnesota where they Toby Mac will be doing a concert.  Marie and Roy surprised us and stopped in.  We were so happy to see them.  She had a dr. appt., but was 15 min. late, so had to reschedule.  She was upset, but we prayed with her and she felt better. Jared is in Texas.  I talked to Kimmy for a while. Bill got the filter working great, so I went looking for a hand skimmer.  Didn’t want to pay the big price Beatty wanted, so went to Walmart and Meijer.  They were both out.  Now I will look on line.    I did get some chemicals we needed for the pool.    I stopped at Melissa’s to see Hailey before she left.  Went to Jack’s to get lunchmeat and cheese.  Came home and put stuff in the pool and then Bill and I put the cover on.  Watered all my flowers.

He sure was blessed!

Vikki and I packed up everything and even emptied the freezers and refrigerators, so I could take the food home, since tomorrow we have to drop the camper off to have some repairs done, they didn’t get right last year.
Our cars were sure loaded down on the way home ha ha.

I got home and Bill had the deck steps done.  It sure looks nice.  He told me TV5 was coming to interview him in an hour.  I quick got ready and he told me they needed pictures of when he was in the service.  I told him I sent all the pictures (even the one on the wall) with Debbie to where they are having the ceremony tonight.  Bill had pictures on his phone, but couldn’t  print them from his phone, so sent them to mine.  Ran two off, but then TV5 people got here.  Bill did great on his interview.  The Newspeople were really nice.  After they left, we got ready and headed to Frankenmuth.  The ceremony was amazing and I was so happy to see Bill honored with his diploma from Frankenmuth High School.  I loved how they had all the veterans there go up with Bill and salute him.  It was so nice that so many came out to the ceremony and to G’s Pizza afterward.  Everything was perfect!  I am so thankful for how God has always watched over Bill and has given him good success even though he didn’t graduate.  He blessed him with being on Salary at General Motors, Elder at church, Chaplain at Hospice, Chaplain of Trinity Riders and Faith Riders, President of Faith Riders and Commandant of the Marine Corp. League. Thankful that he chooses to follow Jesus!  It was so nice to see his dream come true tonight.  I am very thankful for Vikki starting the process for this to happen, and to Debbie for organizing everything and doing an amazing job in Frankenmuth.  She had all the right contacts.  What a wonderful day for Bill and all of us.  Sure do love him!

We left to come home for church.  The worship was amazing and the message was great.  Prayed with people afterward.  We came home and changed and met Faith Riders at Meijer’s and went on a mystery park ride.  We passed a few nice parks in Chesaning, St Charles, and had a nice ride.  Then we ended up at the park in Shields and we ate our packed lunches there under the pavilion.  So much fun and great fellowship.  After that, we came home and Bill worked on the pool deck while I went back up to the campground.  Vikki, the kids and I went swimming, and walked around the campground.  Vikki and I played 3-13 and had fun.  We laugh til we cry some nights, and have so much fun together.
