Monday, 8/4/25, Turned the air on in camper, Guy from FIBRENEW came, Went to Aldi’s, Made Zucchini Bread, Kenzie, Peyton and Rehvyn came over, Took food to Marie and Roy and visited.

Yay! The guy came to repair the upholstery on the love seat in the camper
Before and after picture.  There was a spot like this on the loveseat chair on the other side of this one on the back of the chair just below where someone’s head would be
Isn’t this just the cutest!!!

Arm in driver’s seat repaired too

2 big loafs and two small loaves of yummy Zucchini Bread

My sweetie Rehvyn.  I forgot to take his picture when he was at my house, so asked Vikki to take some for me

Isn’t he just the cutest and happiest kiddo.  He melts my heart

Isn’t this just so cute!!

It was very hazy tonight and the haze covered the sun

Got up at 8:30.  Bill read his Bible.  I went out and turned the air conditioner in the camper on so it would be cool when the guy comes to repair the upholstery on our love seat in the camper.  I walked around and looked at my plants.  I took my shower and then ate breakfast out on the deck and read my Bible afterwards.  Kit Kat joined me and I gave her some attention.  The guy came to do the repair job.  It took him about 3 hours.  He did an amazing job and you can’t even tell anything was wrong with it when you look at it.  Bill blessed him with an extra $50.  We had looked on Facebook market place but didn’t see any nice ones the same color.  Then we looked at Camping World, but they are close to $2000 and they aren’t even electric ones.  The one we have is so easy and so comfortable, and in the middle of the footrest up and down buttons is a USB plug on both seats.  Vikki did the before and after picture and sent it to me.

I went to Aldi and picked up a few things I needed.   I picked the zucchini from our garden, but needed pineapple from Aldi.  I walked in and was in shock.  They had rearranged the whole store around.  The produce was right when I walked in.  It was that way in the rest of their stores the girl told me, and this was the last local store to be updated.  Another girl was just as shocked as I was and we talked about what a surprise it was.

I started making the zucchini brad when I got home.  I thought I would just get two big loaves, but I had enough to make to little loaves too.  I put them in the oven, then went upstairs and did my hair.  When they were done, I started making the stuffed peppers.  I picked 3 more from our garden to go with the ones I had already picked.  I put those in the oven.  Kenzie had called me and was coming over to pick up Wi Fit and Wi Sports to use.
I asked her if she like zucchini bread and she said yes.  When she and Peyton got here, I gave her one of the small loaves.  She took it out of the bag and started eating it right away.  I went out to see Rehvyn and he wiggled his fingers at me to pick him up and then put his finger on the red button and looked at me to push it so he could get out.  He’s a smart kiddo.  He gave me a couple of fist bumps and smiled the whole time.  I just love him so much.  What a blessing from the Lord he is.  Kenzie gave me a piece of the bread for him to try.  He loved it too.  After Kenzie left, she called me to tell me she loved the zucchini bread and wondered how I got even the crust to be so good and just right.  She made this nana happy. Poor Peyton doesn’t like nuts and I put nuts in it.

Bill ate when the potatoes, corn on the cob, stuffed peppers and meatloaf were done.  I ate an ear of corn and took a little piece of meatloaf with me when I headed to Marie and Roy’s to take them food and visit with them.  I called her to let her know I was on my way, because I was running a little behind because of Kenzie stopping.  When I got to their house, I put the food on the cupboard and went in and visited with Marie.  Roy was in the back yard and I asked Marie if I could go out and help him but she wanted me to visit with her.  When Roy came in, we visited more.  Then I told them they really should eat because it was getting late.  Marie got her walker and walked down the long hall, through the foyer and to the kitchen. I was in tears I was so happy.  This made my day!  When they were going to send her home that Friday, she couldn’t even get up good with help.  We had prayed for her to get to stay longer, but they said no.  Then a doctor Melissa had when she was in there, went to bat for Marie.  She wanted the blood clot removed before Marie went home.  Well the kept Marie and removed it the next day.  Then she was in a week longer.  God worked miracously that week and she began walking again with her walker and kept increasing her distance and got stronger each time.  I am giving all the glory to God and so are Marie and Roy.  He does awesome things and makes a way when there is no way.  I sat with them while they ate the food I brought and visited.  They loved the food and were so thankful. Roy said a special prayer for me.  I love this sweet couple.  Kimmy called me while I was there.  I was sure happy to talk to her.  I have missed her and the rest of the family so much.
Eli and Adam were saying hi in the background.  She said Jacob would have been doing that too if he was around.

I came home, went out to the camper and was going to close the windows and turn the vents off, but Bill had already done it.  He put the slide outs in too.  I went in the house and warmed my plate of food, then went into eat and he was sitting in his recliner.  I thought he was at Trinity Rider’s meeting, but he decided not to go.  I was thankful he did all of that.

We relaxed and I worked on my blog.

Sunday, 8/3/25, Went to church, went to prayer, went to Kimmy’s, went to Mooney’s, sat outside on the deck and relaxed

The Cold Brew team at church. What a great fundraiser for Guatemala  for our youth
The flower garden looks so pretty now
So fun to watch the Hibiscus blossom
Need to weed the front more, but looking better everyday
Jack, Elijah, Evan....their neighbor that moved to Florida.  Happy they still get together a few times a year
Jared noticed a wheel shaking, so checked it out.  The hearing went bad on the trailer.  The codder pin was the only thing holding the tire on.  Thanking the Lord for His protection.  Good thing Jared keeps his eyes on things.  The wheel was coming off.

Three working, one supervisor in the background on the left lol. I told Kimmy to tell Eli that.
Two great helpers working on the tire!
Ready to go on the road again after two hours

My Banana Royal with Traverse City Cherry and Caramel Caribou ice cream.  Yum.  This was our dinner!
Me and Bill with our dinner lol.
Bill with his plain vanilla ice cream
We sat by Kenzie’s grandparents, Ed and Carol. They aren’t in the picture.  They were in the table to the left.
Love all these blossoms coming
Kit Kat enjoying a nap by me on the swing
Woke up and stayed right where she was

We both drove to church today.  The youth did a fundraiser for their Guatemala Mission Trip this morning, selling cold brew coffee and lemonade.

The worship and the service were amazing.  God was sure present in a powerful way.  I took lots of notes and will be watching again on line to get what I missed.  Vikki, Rody and the twins were there.  Vikki helped with Thomas.  I went to intercessory prayer after the service.  Debbie, Denise, Bev and Dave were there also.  After prayer, I came home, changed and left for Kimmy’s to feed the animals.  I started my super sprinkler up at Kimmy’s to water her flower gardens.  I used the sprinkling can after I was finished feeding the animals for what I couldn’t get to for the end of the flower garden and the trees.  The animals were all waiting for me.  They sure love their food.  I went to the paddock and Bo was in his lean to.  I called him for a few minutes, then he walked towards me and almost got to me.  I had treats in my hand and was trying to let him know.  He turned and headed back to the lean to and never did come back to get those treats.  I sure wanted him to but no matter how much I tried to get him to come, he had a mind of his own.  I left and came home and read my Bible.  Bill read his Bible too.

Adam texted us that they had to change a tire on the trailer.  Kimmy texted with more detail and sent pictures.  I sure am thanking and praising God for having that tire stay on there and Jared noticing it.  God is Good all of the time.

Bill asked me if I wanted to go any where.  Well Mooneys, the best ice cream place, moved to a new location so we went and tried it.  We had the banana Royal which turned out to be our dinner.  It was so big and delicious.  We talked to Carol and Ed, Kenzie’s Omi and Poppi.  We got there at just the right time with only a couple ahead of us.  The line got to the door quickly.  There is lots more seating in this shop and it wasn’t freezing inside.  We both took pictures.

We came home and I watered the new grass under the big Maple tree. It sure was dry.
I pulled some weeds in the front of our house and on the side.  Slow and steady wins the race.  I relaxed out on the deck and worked on my blog and watched the birds.  I had to blow off the deck before I could relax because we must have had a super windy day that blew the big bark pieces from our Sycamore tree all over the area where the Gazebo is.  That didn’t take long with our lightweight high power blower.  It sure was nice and relaxing just sitting enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather.

I called Marie and she is doing good being back home.  Lots of friends helping out.
Will stop and see them tomorrow.  Talked to Melissa for a while.  Kenzie called me we talked for a while. She sent me a picture of YoGo’s and wanted to know if I remembered them.  I sure did!

Going to see if I can watch Brandon Lake and Phil Wickham’s concert tonight on You Tube!

Saturday, 8/2/25, Unpacked the refrigerator, and some food from the camper, went to Kimmy’s to feed animals and water plants, took a nap, went to Chick-fil-A with Bill, unloaded rest of stuff in camper together, Bill mowed the grass, I watered plants with sprinklers.

Kimmy’s cute apple trees.  This one has lots of little apples on it
Only saw one apple on this one

Bill picked up two bags of corn when he was in Merrill for the car show
The plants are doing great and the weeds stayed out while we were at BayShore for the week
Yay!  My Hibiscus has lots of buds and flowers on it
Watering these plants and the yard with my super duper sprinkler from the garage sale.

It sure was nice sleeping in until 8:30.  I got ready and went out to the camper and turned on the air, so it would stay cool in there until we got everything unpacked.  I kept it on 77 so not real cold.  I turned on the pool filter to run it for a while.  It stayed nice and clear.  Bill read his Bible and then got some of his stuff out too.  I ate my breakfast in the camper.  After that, I went to Kimmy and Jared’s and fed Eli’s sheep, then fed the chickens and then gave Bo some treats.  He didn’t come to me, so I went in the stall and handed him them out right by where he was.  He came over a few steps to get them then.  He’s so beautiful.

I watered Kimmy’s plants, then went into the field where they planted trees and watered where there were markers marking where they planted.  I watered some plants up by the house too.  Steve followed me all over so I gave him lots of attention.  He sure healed up nicely.  I can’t even tell he had something that bad happen to him.  So happy Kimmy and Jared were able to take care of him so well after he got caught in the trap.  I left for home and got home and took a nap.  I need to catch up from my early BayShore mornings.
Bill came in and took a nap with me.  He asked me where I wanted to go out to eat.  We looked through my gift cards and decided on Chick-fil-A.  Bill put a new headlight in my car for me as the passenger side light burned out.  Then he mowed the grass.  I wound the hose up for him and unplugged the electric fence and put the cord away.  I also brought all the rest of my stuff in from the camper.  Bill carried it to my car for me, then carried it into the house after I pulled in the garage.  I sure was thankful for his help.  I read my Bible while he mowed grass and did our laundry from the week.  After he got done in the back yard, I watered my flower garden.  Then I went in the house and put my stuff away that was in all the clothes baskets. I watered the front plants and trees after he was done with the front yard.
I set timers so I could move the sprinkler.  Then I relaxed and worked on my two blogs.
Bill relaxed along side of me.  I texted with Kimmy, then with Vikki.  Messaged with Kenzie.

Bill, Daniel’s dad, Tom, and Daniel’s brother David.  Daniel and Kenzie were great friends at BayShore.  His dad told me she would come over and visit them and he would read stories to them.  I asked Kenzie what stories and she said Adventures in Odessy.  I thought that was so sweet that he would do that.  He told me he was really happy when Kenzie got older and told him she appreciated him reading those stories.  She has a very special place in his heart. I love how you meet such wonderful people at BayShore.  Bill and Tom were ping pong buddies.  He wanted to take a picture of Bill and I, and I wanted to get a picture of the three of them.  They haven’t been there for a long time, but will be coming again next year.
Paul and Lucy

Denny, Debbie, Anna and Randy at the evening service.  They loved it!  I’m so happy they came and we got to meet their friends
Peyton and Hailey enjoying the sunset

I got up at 6 so I could get ready and be done before everyone else got up.  I laid back down until I heard Vikki get the kids up.  Then I made my coffee and ate a muffin.  I deflated the couch bed and put stuff away.  Vikki took down the table bed.  We also packed some stuff because we’re going home today. Vikki and Rody left before Bill and I and right after we started walking, someone came by with a golf cart and offered us a ride.  We ended up beating Vikki and Rody, but didn’t get steps like them lol.  We were a little later getting to class.  We like to get there really early and sit on some comfy seats in the back.  We sat in different comfy seats.  Our classes were both really good and so were our cookies.

Hailey came back and had some turkey and cheese.  Peyton and Isaac weren’t hungry.  They all enjoyed hanging out with their friends on this last day.  Peyton went over to Bridgette’s, Isaac hung around with Caroline and her brothers, Peyton went to the Coffee shop with Abby and hung out.  Vikki, Rody, Bill and I went to Taco Bell for lunch.  They had to be back to the campground to tye dye shirts.  When we got back, Hailey was in the camper.  I had a free taco that came with my meal in a bag.  I asked Hailey if she wanted it and she said yes and was happy to have it.  This is the first year, Isaac has really made his own friends and hung out with them.  He has known Caroline and her brother a long time, but always wanted to follow Peyton around to hang out with her and her friends.  Hailey has many friends there.  Bill and Rody used Rody’s jeep to go pick up our trailer for the motorcycle.  Rody and Vikki took down the tent.  Then Rody, Vikki, Bill and I packed up the clam, mats, small tables and chairs.  Bill and I put the slide outs in, put the jacks up and took the camper down and dumped it. When we got back, Bill loaded the bike on the trailer and we fastened it down and hooked it to the camper.  We all moved our chairs and hammocks to a nice shady area and spent a few hours there relaxing and napping.  Bill and I were going to go down and visit Wes and Gayla, but I noticed she sent me a text that they had left.  Wes needed to go home and rest.  He had a watchman put in the day before he came and needed a little extra rest.

In the evening, I warmed up left overs, and made the kids who wanted spaghetti O’s and meatballs some, then we went over to the tabernacle for the service.  The speaker, Bill Hossler, came over and wanted to meet all of us.  Bill explained about CMA to him.
The worship was awesome again tonight and the message was great.  It’s always sad to leave BayShore, but always good to get home sweet home.  Bill and I left after saying goodbye to everyone.  Everyone else left later.  We got home, Bill took the motorcycle off the trailer, unhitched the trailer and then parked the motorhome while I helped direct him since it was dark out.  We unloaded what we needed and then I watered some plants.  We relaxed and I did my blog.
