Bill was up for a while and then threw up big time.  I went to Kroger's to get gatorade and chicken noodle soup for him.  Saw that gas had gone up at some stations to $2.59.  Then I saw it at Admiral for $2.29 so I stopped and filled up.  I was just about empty so was pretty happy.  Got lots of deals for the 5 for $5 at Kroger's.  Came home and knitted a towel holder.  Watched a couple of good movies.  Typed Tony's funeral up for Bill.  Happy New Year to everyone!

12/31/16...Made chili in my new cooker, went to Vikki's for New Year's Eve, Bill got sick

Used my new induction burner from the girls and my new frying pan to make fried potatoes.  They turned out so good.

Made chili in my Power pressure cooker today.  Loved using my spoon rest Kimmy made.  It's the best.  Big enough to rest a pancake turner on too, with no mess dripping over the sides.  Absolutely wonderful.  

Dishcloth out of yarn from Kimmy and family looks beautiful finished.  Love the colors

This is how I found Bill when I got home...him and his bucket

I made chili in my new cooker.  I browned the meat and then added the ingredients, put the lid on and in 15 minutes the chili was done.  So easy and saves so much time.  Ran some chili to the Beemers as her mom just passed away.  Went to Kroger to get chili cheese fritos and cheese for chili and it was as busy as could be.  Took forever to even get out of the parking lot.  Came home and at 3:45, left for Vikki's.  Got there and munched on lots of snacks.  Bill was meeting with Tony's family to go over funeral details Bill will be doing Monday night.  He came to Vikki's later, but didn't seem right.  I asked him if he was ok and he said yes, but after he ate a couple of tacos, played one round of pie in the face, and watched some tv, he said he didn't feel good.  We prayed for him and then he left.
Vikki had everything set up so nice. We played candy land,  ate delicious tacos (I made double decker supremes).  We made snow cones that were delicious and so much fun to do, played the pie in the face game which gave us lots of laughs, and played a game of dice.  Vikki beat me bad.  The kids were fun.  Isaac was really cute because Rody found him a nice selfie stick at the dollar store so he was cute taking selfies all night.  If I took a picture, he would say send it to me Nana.  I left a little while after Bill, as I thought he might need me at home since he was sick.  Got home and he had the bucket by him.  He stayed on the couch for a while and then came to bed.  Didn't throw up during the night.

12/30/16...went to the dentist to get a partial, went to Sam's club with Vikki, Peyton and Isaac, Stacie came over

Bill went to the Sports Zone and Tony's daughter's came there and asked Bill to do Tony's funeral.  Bill said he would be honored.  I left to go to my dentist appointment at 10.  Just a quick appointment to get my partial.  Sure do like my dentist and the people in his office.  They are all so nice.  After my appointment, I picked Vikki and the kids up and we went to Sam's Club.  They had yummy nuts for samples as we came in the door, but no more samples anywhere else and this was a Friday.  Couldn't figure out why.  We got the stuff we needed and then we went to Taco Bell for lunch.  Couldn't believe everything fit in the trunk of my car.  I had a huge thing of paper towels, toilet paper and Vikki had a huge bag of dog food, plus other stuff.  Stopped at Jacks on our way to Vikki's so she could get milk and whipped cream.  Went in for a few minutes and then left to come home.  Stacie called and came over shortly after we were home and visited quite a while. Feeling bad with all she is going through with her dad and his PTSD.  She sure is a dear person and a giver.  We had a nice talk with her and then prayed over her.  We ate left over roast, carrots and potatoes and then watched a movie.  Kimmy texted and said Eli is sick again and Andrew is feeling sick.  Praying more!  Melissa texts and Max and Jack were both puking and now Hailey isn't feeling well.  Still praying!  Praying those who didn't have it don't get it.

12/29/16....Went to Breakfast in Frankenmuth with Debbie and then picked Peyton and Isaac up and watched them for Vikki while she took Karen to the hospital for a biopsy

Power Pressure Cooker Bill got me for Christmas

Went to pick Debbie up at 8 and then went to DaVinci's for breakfast.  It sure as a good breakfast too.  On our way home, we picked up Peyton and Isaac.  We went in first and saw all the stuff they got for Christmas.  They were really cute on the ride to our house, talking the whole time.  We got to our house and they were happy our Christmas tree was still up.  I brought lots of toys up from the basement for them to play with.  They had fun playing for a long time, and then we did the "What God wants for Christmas nativity with the story.  They took turns opening the boxes and putting the pieces in the nativity.  They talked a lot about the Christmas story and knew a lot about it.  They loved doing it and really liked looking in box #7 which was what God wants for Christmas.  It has a mirror in it so right away they said God wanted them.  Loved it!  They ate lunch and then they decorated their gingerbread men after that and did a great job.  They wanted to watch Curious George, so while they did that I pealed carrots and potatoes.  I talked to Vikki and she was on her way, so I invited her to stay for dinner and to call Rody to come too.  I put the carrots, potatoes, and a rump roast in my new Power Pressure Cooker and set it for 1 hour.  It was delicious and love how fast it cooks and how safe it it.  It is a slow cooker, canner, pressure cooker, rice cooker and lots more. So easy and fast.  Can't wait to cook tomorrow night.  Vikki and I played 3-13 and a game of dice.  Rody updated our fire stick for us.  A big thank you Rody!  Appreciate you helping us so much.We all watched the Sound of Music which was fun.  Vikki sang all the songs of course.  After they left, I finished the newsletter and then we watched the movie Christmas Tree Miracle. Melissa texted me that Jack had to go to Urgent Care because of his asthma.  They gave him medication and said if it doesn't work they have to take him to ER.  They are in Muskegon.  Sure am praying for him.  We all prayed together when Vikki and her family were here.  Kimmy said Jared is sick so we are praying for him too.
