7/10/17...Vikki came to help me clean, picked up Kody to spend the night.

The boys went to sleep really good.  They wanted to camp out on the floor.

Vikki helped me clean today.  It was a big job as I haven't been home to clean because of camping and lots going on with Faith Riders.  Sure appreciate your help Vikki.  It is so nice to have a very clean house.   Bill went to BayShore for a Director's meeting so he took the car.  I dropped Vikki and Peyton off at McDonalds and took Vikki's car to get Kody.  I was happy not to have to drive the big truck.  We went back to McDonald's after we got Kody.  We ate first.  So nice to have the App so we could get all the deals.  They had fun playing after they ate and then had ice cream.  Vikki took Peyton to spend the night at Melissa's and I left with Kody and Isaac.  They were such good little boys and it was so much fun having them.

7/9/17 Went to breakfast and then to Victory Biker Church in Lennon with Faith Riders

We met everyone at Meijer's and then took off for our ride.  It was a beautiful day for a ride.  We stopped in Lennon for breakfast at a very good and reasonable restaurant.  It was close to the church we were going to.  The worship and service were very good.  We left and stopped at a restaurant on the way home for lunch.  I wasn't very hungry because of such a big breakfast, so just had a bowl of soup and a yummy piece of lemon pie.  Bill had soup and salad all you can eat and pie.  We got home and I did some hoeing around the house.  

7/8/17....Read my Bible outside today. Such a nice morning. Went on our motorcycle with Faith Riders to the Maple Grill. Charlie and Sue joined us. I called Stacie and she and Kody came too.

Book I picked up for the kids in the camper for  79 cents

They had Mad Lib books for 79 cents too.  We just saw them for $4.99 at Cracker Barrel.

We went to the Maple Grill for lunch, then went to Wes and Gayla's to play 3-13.  Wes won the first game.  He beat me by 1 point.  Gayla won the second game.  We had fun playing.  Left there and Bill rested while I went to get some groceries.  There was a fatality on Tittabawasse just past our road a little ways.  A guy on a motorcycle was turning in to Sheridan Arms and the SUV behind him hit him.  He wasn't wearing a helmet and was only 33 years old.  So sad.  The sun was really bright at the time it happened.  

7/7/17 Went to Haithco Park and spent the day with Kimmy, Vikki and the kids. Melissa and family left for Tawas

Kimmy and the boys came over.  The boys stayed here while she took her receipt for their Clam to Cabella's to see if she could get the sale price which was $200 less.  They didn't want to give it to her at first, but then the manager said to go ahead.  What a great blessing for Kimmy and Jared.  She came back and Vikki had gotten her by that time.  We visited for a while and then decided to go to Haithco and spend time so the boys could swim and we could use our hammocks.  We went to the far end of the beach and put our hammocks in the same tree.  I got on the picnic table and got in the highest one, Vikki got in the middle one and Kimmy the lowest one.  Vikki felt hot and clostorphobic so wanted out.  We moved to the tree we were on yesterday and put the hammocks on the same tree but different branches.  That worked great!  We had so much fun and so did the kids.  Jacob and I walked to the dock and he went fishing.  He caught one little one.  Left an stopped at McDonalds to get free chicken nuggets for the kids since the Tigers won.  Kimmy and the boys left and so did Vikki and the kids.   We met Vikki, Rody, Peyton and Isaac at Cracker Barrel and had chicken  tenders for dinner.  While we were eating, Isaac said pretty loud, "Excuse me" to the waitress.  She came over and he told her the pancakes she made were delicious.  She was a very nice and great waitress.

7/6/17...Came home from the campground. Had our officer's meeting at the Traverse City Pie Company

Bill and I packed up in the morning and left the campground around 10:30.  Came home and did some things to catch up around the house and yard.  In the evening we went to Pat's in Freeland to meet those going to our officer's meeting at the Traverse City Pie Company in Midland.  We had 11 of us there.  I had blueberry pie and Bill had cherry.  It was delicious.  The meeting went good.  Bill does wonderful at leading it.  We have great officer's who love the Lord and want to serve Him.  We are blessed.

7/5/17 Fun at the pool, and then went to see Breezy and for ice cream

Vikki packed up.  I sewed toggles on the windows of the Clam.  Took the tent down.  Swam, walked and had fun our last day at the campground.  Vikki helped me get the Clam down and packed.  Then went to see Breezy and get ice cream at the Tastey Freeze.  Came back and Vikki and the kids left.  Bill got there shortly after.  We golfed two games.  They had left putters out and we brought our own golf balls.  I beat him and then he beat me.  We went for a walk down all the roads of the campground after that.  We played 3-13 and dice and he beat me at both. He was pretty happy say the least.

7/4/17 Fun day at the campground. The kids made new friends.
