7/17/17 Kimmy and the boys came, Vikki and the twins came, went thrifting

Papa Bill, Jacob, Eli, me and Adam
Isaac, Adam, Jacob, Eli and Peyton with Lenny

Lenny decided to lay down and wait for the kids to look at the camera

I went to Sportszone and walked for two miles.  Went to Pat's and hung a flyer for Rock the Island.
Got home and filled the oriole feeders and bird feeders.  Kimmy and the boys got here shortly after.
We ate lunch and then we girls went to thrift stores.  We all found treasures.  This is probably the last time I will see Kimmy and the boys until they get back from Copper Harbor so I got extra hugs.  Vikki got a little walker for Peyton at Underground Railroad Thrift Store.  She does much better with that than she did with her crutches.  They made under her arms hurt.  She sure goes good with this!  The kids had lots of fun with the legos again.  They sure are creative.  Kimmy, Jacob, Adam and Eli left.  Sure will miss them when they are gone, but sure am happy they go and have so much fun with Jared's family.  Praying already for all of their safe trips.  Rody came and brought grilled hot dogs and hamburgs for us to have for dinner.  I made green beans from the garden and salad.  He and Vikki gave us a very nice television and he also hooked that up.  Thank you so much Vikki and Rody.  After we ate and cleaned up, Vikki and I hung our hammocks and relaxed outside.  Peyton joined us.  They are so comfy.  We did have to fight off some mosquitos so Vikki sprayed.  I just closed my hammock up.  They don't like me too much so don't get too many mosquito bites.

7/16/17...Bill preached at the Nazarene Church in Shields today and did an amazing job sharing God's Word

Bill preached today at the Nazarene church in Shields.  Melissa, Bruce, Hailey, Max, Jack, Evan, Vikki, Rody, Peyton, Isaac, Debbie, Dennis, Amy, Sue, Charlie, Cheryl, Arnie, (and his daughter),
Gary Edland and his wife, Chuck Wade, Mark and Marti all came to hear him and support him.  What a blessing to have such wonderful family and friends.  It meant so much to Bill to have them come.  It was a small church, but the people there were so sweet.  The pastor there has a great testimony and is going to come to our Faith Rider's meeting to share it.  Bill's message was on sharing the testimony God gives us and also the way we live is a testimony.  It was a very good message.  We went with Mark,Marti, Arnie and Cheryl and their family to Tepanakki's Grill for lunch.  It was delicious and we had fun visiting.  Came home and we each took a nap.  Went to Bruce and Melissa's in the evening for Jack's birthday party. The cake was amazing and very delicious too!   It was so much fun and Jack was so happy.

7/16/17 Bill did the wedding ceremony for Bev and Jim. It was beautiful.

Bill married this sweet couple today

Peyton on her crutches
Picked beans and dug up some plants for Kimmy which Bruce and Melissa picked up and took to her because they were taking Eli home.  Got ready for the wedding Bill was doing.  He me this couple at the Shield's fest where we had our Faith Rider's Booth set up.  He talked with Jim and then they started coming to our church and then asked him to marry them.  We got with them to go over wedding plans on Wednesday night and Bev was so sick she needed to go home.  She has been battling cancer.  We told her about all of the miracles we have seen God do and then we prayed for her before she left.  Well today she did amazing for her wedding and she got a report from the doctor that we had prayed about and she is in remission.  We are praising the Lord!  God is Awesome!!!  Bill did a wonderful job on the ceremony.  I was blessed because my friend Ruth Ann was there who I haven't seen in a long time and we got to talk, share, hug and tell each other we loved each other.  She has been in my prayers, but I didn't know how to contact her.  God is so good and so amazing!!!
We are continuing to pray for Peyton's foot as it is swelling and hurts her.

7/14/17 Vikki, Peyton and Issac went blueberry picking with me. Kimmy and the boys came over and a later Melissa and the kids came. It was a fun cousins day and the girls and I had fun too. Kimmy cut Melissa's boys hair and also her dads. They look really good with their nice haircuts.

Jack and Eli...Eli is going to go home with Aunt Missy and the kids to spend the night.
Vikki, the kids and I went blueberry picking at 8.  Nice big berries and the kids sure did good picking.  We all had fun there.  Came home and Kimmy wasn't here yet, so we went to get Lenny.  Kimmy and the boys were here by the time we got back.  We visited and then Jacob was going to watch the kids for us while we went to Michaels.  Bill got here before we left, but we still had Jacob watch them.
He's a great kid who is very responsible.  We picked up Ice capps from Tim Horton's too since I had coupons.  Got one for Melissa too as I called her and she said she was coming over.  We had fun and the kids loved cousin time.  Kimmy cut Melissa's boys hair and did a great job.  She gave Bill a haircut too.  Peyton slipped and twisted her ankle.  Vikki took her to med express later and found out she fractured the tibia in her foot.  Poor little sweetie.  We prayed for her when she hurt it and Papa prayed when she went in the house.

7/13/17...Got my haircut, went to Vikki's, Went to our Faith Rider's meeting

Went to Catherine's at 10:15 and got my hair cut.  She always does a nice job and is fun to visit with. After that I went to Vikki's for a little while.  I was happy to see Peyton, Isaac and Max.  Lenny was really happy to see me.  He must miss me camping with him.  Vikki's tooth was aching so I prayed for her.  Came home and added something to our Faith Rider's Newsletter and then ran off copies for the meeting.  I had to take the big trophy to show everyone so I took the car and left.  Bill was riding the bike.  It started raining when I got a little ways down our road, so I turned around to see if Bill wanted to ride with me.  HE DID!  We got to Pizza hut and then Wes, Gayla and a new person that rode with them got there.  They started out dry and then it started raining.  They were soaked.
There was another downpour so many coming in, were wet even though they didn't ride their motorcycles.  It was nice and sunny by the time the meeting got over.  It was a great meeting and there were 33 there.  Our area reps were there from Owosso.

7/12/17....Went to Bill's Marine Corp League Picnic

Isaac, Evan and Peyton having their slurpees.  I forgot to take a picture of me, Jack, Hailey and Kody having our free slurpees

Took Kody and Isaac to breakfast at Sullivan's.  Everyone was happy to see them.  They had fun doing a page of hidden objects.  The adults had fun with them too.  The boys tried to get papa's hat and papa said he was winding them up to ride home with me.  They both had pancakes and did a good job eating.  After breakfast, Kody, Isaac and I went to Melissa's.  Kody was shy there for some reason.  He sure loved the guniea pig, even though he didn't want to hold it.  We left after a short visit and came home.  The boys wanted to finish watching the movie, The Aristocats.  They also wanted to play with legos more. After that, we left and went to Haithco to meet Vikki, Melissa and the kids.  It wasn't crowed and the weather was beautiful.  We hung our hammocks and Vikki brought her land hammock.  I enjoyed laying on it by the beach (in the shade) and watching the kids.  We had pizza from G's for lunch and then the kids played in the water and sand more.  Kody did really good and was a great listener. We stopped for our free slurpees on the way home from 7-11 on 7/11.  The kids were happy to pick out their kinds.  Hailey and Jack came home with Kody and I.  DJ picked Kody up and Hailey and Max stayed until Melissa picked them up.  Made spaghetti for dinner.  Hailey watched Jack while Bill and I went to meet with a couple he is marrying on Saturday.  They were such a nice Christian couple.  She is fighting cancer and wasn't feeling too good.  She was so sweet.  We prayed for her healing before we left.  Came home and played 3-13 with Hailey.  Bill won!
