Another great day at BayShore. Bill had to go to Ann Arbor to get his throat looked at.  He texted me and said they said his throat was fine and it was allergies.  Praise the Lord!!! We missed him today!  He picked up our 92 yr. old friend, Louise and brought her to BayShore so she could stay with her daughter.  She's been coming to BayShore for many years.  Jack sang in the talent show at BayShore.  He did such a good job and sang really good and nice and loud.  I was so proud of him!   Hailey and Mia did gymnastics.  Hailey was amazing with her flips, cart wheels, splits.  She is a natural and very talented and beautiful.  Melissa, the kids and I went swimming after the talent show.  Peyton didn't want to swim so I put a garbage bag on her foot so she could play with the squirters in the kids pool.  l had to go back to the camper and get Evan's goggles and Peyton's suit, so Gayla said she wanted to watch Peyton.  I told her Melissa was in the pool but was watching her.  Gayla said she would so Melissa didn't have to.  I hurried top speed back to the camper and when I got back, Peyton's bag had leaked and had water in it.  I took the bag off and started emptying it in the pool, but it was dirty water so, stopped.  I took Peyton's boot off and then took her in the bathroom to put her suit on.  Sure should have left that boot on.  It was hard getting her suit on without her putting her foot down, but we managed.  She was happy to get in the pool and swim with Aunt Missy.  After we swam and changed, Wes, Gayla, Peyton, Isaac and I headed over to the train.  Evan came running up to me and gave me a beautiful sprinkler in the package and said he got it at the free store.  Then he ran to his camper.  He gave Melissa a golden leaf and told her it was gold.  We were going to go check out the free store thing.  Max came running with free stuff too.  We got to the free store and it was 3 for free.  Jody at the campground had set up a table with lots of stuff on it and let every kid pick out 3 things.  All the kids were very excited.  Isaac picked out a tiny bottle, a spinner and a teapot.  Peyton picked out a wind spinner, a decorative little container and a flower for her hair.
They were so happy.  They rode the train and then we went back and I made burgers for dinner.  Bill got back just in time to eat.  Then we went to the evening service.

Wednesday, 8/2/17...Jack woke up and was feeling fully better he said. Fun day! Joel came up. Played cards with Wes and Gayla at our camper. Melissa, Jack and Evan came to watch the train

It was supposed to start raining a 2 today.  We went to our classes and then when we got out, Joel got there.  We ate and then went to the adult swim.  They put Joel in the pool with the chair.  I did aerobics with the instructor about a half hour.  Joel enjoyed floating in the water with the life jacket. We had to get out because they heard thunder in the distance.  We left and hung out in the camper for a while with Peyton, Isaac and Evan.  When Melissa came back, we went swimming again.  The sun came out and it was real nice.  The pool is heated there so it is easy to get in.  Peyton didn't want to get in again.  She stayed with Papa.  Bruce kept Isaac for me and watched him when I headed back.  We went and saw Joel again.  We ate dinner and then went to the service at the tabernacle.  Joel left after that.  We played cards with Wes and Gayla.  We tucked Peyton and Isaac in and then played at our camper.  They are such great friends!  We are very blessed with family and friends.

Tuesday, 8/1/17...The kids are being so good and so helpful. They are missing their mommy and daddy, but so much to do here that they are keeping very busy.

Peyton and Isaac made Jesus and His disciples in the boat today in class.  They love making things in class and learning about the Bible Story

This six year old (Toby) was in Peyton, Isaac and Evan's class.  He broke his arm the first day he was at BayShore.  Peyton wanted to buy him a ball like hers.  She gave it to him today and he was pretty happy.  She is such a sweetie

Jack didn't feel good

We are really enjoying the classes in the morning.  Great teachers and we are learning a lot.
The kids sure are loving their classes too.  So nice that Evan, Isaac and Peyton are in the same class.  We went swimming.  Melissa helped me get Peyton in the pool today.  She doesn't want to stay in real long, but it is nice for her to get her boot off and be in the water.  Isaac went down the slide yesterday, but doesn't want to anymore.  Not sure why.  They love riding the train and Peyton loves going to the store.  Jack did the scavenger hunt today, then played laser tag, then went on the zipline.  It was pretty hot out too!  Melissa brought him over because he got really clammy at her camper, was weak, and wasn't feeling good.  He stayed with us for a little bit and the nurse came to take his temperature.  It was 97 degrees, but he had just drank gatorade and ate some blueberries.  He didn't feel good enough to go to his class, so I stayed in our camper with him.  There was free ice cream tonight because someone treated everyone, so Melissa came to tell me so I could go have some with Bill.  He was gone by the time I got there, so I got a bowl and brought it back to eat.  Melissa brought Jack's pj's so he could spend the night as he was weak and it would have been hard to get him all the way back to their camper.  About a half hour after she left,  she called and told me to make sure he goes to the bathroom.  He didn't want to walk that far, but did.  He got in the bathroom and threw up.  He mostly hit the toilet, but missed a little and got it on his pajamas so I had to call Melissa.  She and Bruce came and brought clean pj's and checked on Jack. Melissa  spent the night so she could sleep by Jack in case he had to throw up again.  He didn't throw up any more, and woke up and said "I'm fully better".  He showed us how he could move fast and sit up.  Sure different from last night when he could hardly move.  It was nice having Melissa spend the night, but we laughed when she left with her pillow in the morning to go back to their camper, because she wondered if people would think her and Bruce had a fight.
