We took a drive and it was beautiful on this bridge

Bill and I walked the beach this morning.  It was only 53 degrees when we started but by the time we walked our four miles, we were both hot so took our sweatshirts off.  It was very nice because Kimmy called and we talked with her and FaceTimed the whole way and the even in our condo.  She was comforting to talk to about Mocha.  We were happy to get to talk to the boys too.  When we got in the condo, We listened to Kimmy as she did a 360 degree virtual tour of our new camper.  She was so cute to listen to. After we hung up, we went to the pool.  The water was 90 degrees and felt great!  We relaxed by the pool for a while and then came in and fixed lunch.  We ate outside on the balcony.  It was beautiful looking at the ocean while we ate.  We talked to Charlie and Sue and they are on their way.  Will be here Sunday.  We went to Camper World and looked around but didn’t get anything.  After that we ate at Chic Fil A.  We both wanted to go there again.  We went to Walmart then and got stuff to make spaghetti and burgers.  We want to do some of our own cooking here.  Came back and did laundry and watched fixer upper.

3/2/18 Happy Birthday to my sweet Grandson Eli....Arrived in Florida at around 2:30 pm. Love the condo and the ocean view!

It's my sweet Grandson Eli's 8th Birthday!  Happy Birthday Eli!  I love you so much!   You are so fun, cute, kind, silly, smart and precious to my heart.  Have Fun today!  I am thinking of you in Florida!

Yay, we are entering Florida

Melissa and Mocha!  Thank you Melissa and Vikki for being so good to me and taking care of Mocha for me.  I appreciate you taking Mocha to the vet for me to be put to sleep.  Not an easy thing for you to do I know.  Thank you for caring for me and Mocha so much.

A big thank you to Bruce and Rody for burying our Mocha!  What great son in laws we have!

The View out of our Condo when we walked in the door

View from our balcony

We ate breakfast at the hotel and then headed to Florida.  Took some nice country roads.  We called Eli and sang Happy Birthday to him!  What a cute, funny smart and kind grandson he is!  He brings us so much joy!  We are so thankful for him! Beautiful day for a drive. We got to Panama Beach City at 2:30.  It was 77 degrees and not a cloud in the sky.  We. Got in to our condo and it is beautiful.  We have a great view of the ocean out our living room door and bedroom door.  We unpacked and then went and found a Chick Fil A and ate there.  Vikki called me and said it was done!  She and Melissa took Mocha to the vet to be put down for me.  I am so thankful for my wonderful caring daughters.  What kind compassionate girls all three are.  They said the vet was so nice and got right down by Mocha and told her she loved her. I am very sad but glad Mocha isn’t suffering any more.  Bill told me not to worry because he’s sad too.  Said he’s going to miss her.  He was so sweet.  It was so nice of Bruce and Rody to dig a hole and bury our sweet dog.  We didn't tell Kimmy and Jared as we didn't want to make them and the boys sad on Eli's birthday.  We finished eating our Chic Fit A sandwich and chicken strips.   Our food was delicious!  I love that place!  We went shopping at Bealls and got some great bargains.  Came back to the condo and relaxed!  Played 3-13. It was Bills night! He beat me bad!  He was so happy!

3/1/18...Happy Birthday to our Sweet Kody Bear! We left at 645 and are heading to Florida. Nice trip so far.

Happy Birthday to our Kody Bear.  He turned 5 today!!!

Entering Kentucky

We were happy to eat at a Fazoli's in Indiana on our travels

Beautiful sky at sunset

Me face timing my Mocha!  She looked right at me so I took this picture of her.  I am so sad that her jaw is broken and she can't put her tongue in.  Tomorrow Vikki is putting taking her to the vet to have her put down.  She has been a loyal and great dog.

Got up at 4 and took my shower.  Got all the last minute stuff packed and made oatmeal for breakfast.   We headed out at 6:45.  I put a Birthday Message on Facebook for Kody.  We will miss his party tonight. He sure is a sweet little boy! Happy we can be his Nana and Papa!  I called Vikki when I knew she would be up so I could check on Mocha.  My poor doggie isn’t doing any better.   When we got near Lansing it started raining and rained all the way till we got to Kentucky. It never rained too hard though so we could see where we were going.  We ate at a Fazoli’s on the way!  Yum!  I sure miss our Fazoli’s.  I drove 150 miles in Kentucky and Tennessee when it stopped raining.  We ended up staying at the Comfort Inn in Decatur Alabama.  It is nice and has a full breakfast in the morning.  I FaceTimed Vikki so I could talk to Mocha.  She looked right at me and I got a cute picture of her.  She was wandering all over after that.   Bill was tired from all that driving, but I felt the pool water and it was so warm that I went swimming.  I got lots of good exercise which I needed after sitting in the car most of the day!

Got up early and started going through some more summer clothes I wanted to take.  Did some laundry.  Took care of Mocha and gave her her aspirin.  She ate really good today.  Her mouth is still hurting.  She did wag her tail a lot when she came in from outside today. Made a noise to come in too.  Not quite a bark, but I could hear her from inside the house.  I ground up some chicken breast in my ninja and she sure loves that on top of her other soft food.  After I got almost packed, I went to Krogers to get gas, some gift cards and some groceries to take.  Came home and fed Mocha again and then took her to Vikki's.  I was a little worried, but she jumped up to look out the window when we got to Vikki's and seemed excited to be there.  Happy to get hugs from them before going to Florida.  I was going to take Peyton and Isaac to class with me, but they had to go see their Aunt Ann for her birthday.  She was at Rody's mom's recuperating.  I went over to Melissa's and picked up Evan on my way by.  The kids all came running to give me hugs.  It was so cute.  I told them I needed hugs to last me while I'm in Florida.  Evan was excited to ride with me to church.  My class went well and the kids did good.  Came home and did a last load of laundry, washed a few dishes and finished packing everything.  Just have to pack the last minute things now.

2/27/18...Cleaned the house, Mocha started doing better, Had small group

Went to our breakfast at Sullivan's.  Got the house cleaned for small group and because we are leaving for Florida.  Nice to have done.  Mocha started feeling better.  Around 5 pm she started begging for chicken I was cooking.  I cute a piece up and she ate it all.  She also ate a fourth can of soft dog food. I was happy to see her eating so good.  Later she ate another fourth can of dog food.  We had 15 come for small group.  Only had two people missing.  It was a great Bible Study tonight and good prayer.

2/26/18 Went to SportsZone, took Mocha to the vet, Cleaned everything out of camper, went to get haircut, Kenzie and Travis came over, hauled everything from inside of camper upstairs, packed for Florida

Mocha finally is caching up on her sleep.  She can lay her head down  good now which she didn't do all night Sat and Sun morning.  She didn't even wake up when I called her and said the word treat.

Kenzie and Mocha

Kenzie always has loved Mocha.

Kenzie wanted a picture of us together with Mocha

Kenzie pulled Isaac's tooth.  He was one happy boy and looks so cute.  Love that Kenzie is growing her hair out and letting it go back to light  She has been wearing it curly too except for today so it looks much healthier.

I went to the SportsZone to walk.  It was started getting very busy so I walked 1 and 1/2 miles and then came home and finished walking here.  Walked 3 miles.  Mocha ate her soft food good, but didn't look good to me, so I took her to the vet.  The Vet was really nice and checked her out as good as she could.  She couldn't get a great look, but did get her mouth open wide enough to see in a little.  Her temp was normal so that was good.  She ended up giving her a two week antibiotic shot because she thinks she might have an obsessed tooth..  She said Mocha needs to have bloodworm, get her teeth cleaned and checked.  Would have to be put under.  It would start at $350 and go up depending how long the procedure took.  I told her that I wasn't going to put lots of money into and put her through a lot since she is 14 years old.  I am really praying this antibiotic works and Mocha is back to normal soon.  Kenzie and Travis came over today.  Kenzie looked really pretty.  She spent a lot of time with Mocha and said her goodbye incase she has to be put down.  She told me she cried.
She sure loves Mocha lots.  Me too!   Bill and I cleaned everything out of the camper when I got home from the vet.  I had to leave at 1 to go to Catherine's for a haircut.  Bill was gone with the camper when I got home.  Kenzie and Travis came to see Bill while I got my hair cut.   When I got home I talked to Kenzie on the phone and they came back.  I asked Travis if he believed in Jesus and he told me he did.  He said Jesus was his Lord and Savior.  I also shared how Kenzie was 5 and shared the scripture John 3:16 with a guy in the park who was walking his dog.  He started tearing up and said thank you and that he needed to go back to church.  I am trying to plant seeds for the Lord.
I made them Frappe's and after that they left to go to Vikki's.  I hauled all of the stuff packed in my car from the camper upstairs.  Bill had to go to an Elder's meeting at church.

2/25/18...Went to church, Had pancakes and sausage at church afterward, Checked on Mocha, went to Camper show and then for a hot fudge brownie at Tony's in Birch Run,

Pastor put a huge back pack on!  His message was on carrying our burden of sin!  Pastor Jeff kept putting big rocks in the back pack when Pastor Ken asked him to.  His sin was really weighing him down

What a heavy load, but what joy when he dropped his burden, confessed and gave it to Jesus.  What a great message

Kimmy and Jared had another lamb born
We really liked this 5th wheel

Bill and I shared a hot fudge brownie at Tony's after going to the camper show

We went to church and pastor gave an amazing message.  Mocha was doing a little better today.  She ate green beens, mashed bananas and then wen we came home from church she ate some soft dog food.  We went back down to the camper show.  We really liked the camper I put pics on of.  We sure enjoyed our big hot fudge brownie dessert at Tony's.  We stopped at Rody's mom's on our way home to take Peyton and Isaac their balloons from the camper show.  Isaac forgot his the other night and today we picked one up for Peyton.  We went in and had a nice time visiting,  and then prayed for Rody's Aunt Ann who just got out of the hospital.  Came home and watched Hallmark Movies and then When Calls the heart
