It was raining when we got up. Had pancakes, sausage and  ham for breakfast.  Hailey, Peyton and her friend Kallie and I went swimming in the indoor pool because it was raining lightly out.
Vikki and Isaac went to town to the store to pick up some things.  Isaac rode his bike to the pool when he got back.  We left and changed, then Hailey, Vikki and I went to putt putt.  I was the winner, but they both did good too.  We walked around the campground.  Got back and made a fire so we could have s’mores.  Peyton had fun with her new friend across from us, Kally.  Peyton and Isaac had fun fishing.  Hailey and Vikki played 3-13 together against me.  We listened to worship music while we played. Fun day!

Bill got up early and turned water on to finish filling the pool.  He came back to bed and we both got up at 8.  We both read our Bibles and got ready and went to Bob Evans for breakfast.  God gave us an opportunity to witness to our waitress.
We went and got a cement slab for the pool filter and dropped it off at home.  Went and got a car wash, and then picked up Rich and Pat and took them to Ann Arbor.  He was encouraged after seeing the doctor.  We stopped at Cracker Barrel and they treated us.
We all had grilled chicken tenders.  Pat and I shopped while we waited for our food.
Neither of us found anything we wanted though.  Rich will have to have another MRI in Ann Arbor, and then will have radiation to shrink the tumors and then surgery and chemo.  We sure are praying for him. I went back up north.  Picked up Hailey to go with me and spend a couple of days.

Lunch at Lucky's..Don, Gayla, Joel, Barb, me, Bill and Wes

We left the campground at 6:20 a.m. and came home to meet up with Faith Riders and ride to 2:42 church in Freeland.  They sure did a great job of welcoming us.  It was very nice and great worship and message.  When I was leaving Ellen, Lincoln’s mom came up to me very excited to see me.  I used to have Lincoln in my K-1 class at our church.  His mom says he still asks her if I’m teaching older kids now and could he be in my class.  He was always such a sweetie. Ellen said she and her husband would like to come to Faith Riders.  Another guy I talked to wants to come too.  We went to Lucky’s for lunch after that.  When we got home, Bill called some people who were selling their pool, so we went to pick it up.  They had the pool and deck all taken apart and the guy and two teens helped load everything.  When we got home we unloaded everything and got the pool set up. Started filling it with water.  Happy to have it to cool off in and have grandkids have fun in it. Took some things for Bills graduation ceremony to Debbie’s.

We all slept in.  I made scrambled eggs, ham, sausage for breakfast.  It was sunny and very warm in the 80’s today.  Nice in the shade the shade.  Bill took Peyton and Isaac fishing.  Vikki and I went swimming while they fished.  Bill took them swimming after they were done. Rody got here and rode the scooter to the pool to see them.  They were both super excited because he was bringing something for each of them from Kenzie she sent in the mail. We ate burgers, hotdogs and potatoes for dinner.  Had ice cream sandwiches for dessert.  We all walked around the campground.  Stopped while some girls petted Lenny and Lucy. Bill noticed their grandpa was a veteran so went up and talked to him!  Rody had to leave after our walk because he’s doing sound at church tomorrow.  Bill stayed with the kids after they went to bed and Vikki and I went to the adult swim.  The girl whose grandpa we had stopped to talk to was in the pool and asked me if she had seen me before.  I told her yes and when.  We started talking and she told us her dad just became a pastor.  Then she told us her four year old sister is on hospice with a brain tumor. So sad.  She was born with it and has had surgeries and chemo but can’t have radiation.  shared about Lauren (Vikki’s niece) and what a miracle she is. I shared about Hailey who had the same dr. And the miracle she is, and also about Melissa. The girls cousin came over and was talking with us too.  Then another cousin came over and asked if we were talking about religion and she wanted to be in on it. I said no, we are talking about Jesus and a relationship with him.  I asked Kennedy if she believed in Jesus and she said yes. The other girls talked about being baptized.  They were 18, 19 and 20 years old.  We went in the hot tub and then came back and played 3-13 with Bill

Button compared to quarter

I took Melissa to therapy and took Jack and Evan with me. Evan gave me a cool car he made. We picked up donuts for Mr. John but the boys were too full and didn’t want any.  Jack sure is growing up and becoming responsible. So cute too.  He was singing to the Christian music on the radio and sings great too.  We went to visit Mr. John.  He was so happy to see the boys!  Evan gave him a dollar. He thought it was a folded piece of paper, and when he realized it was a dollar he tried to give it back to Evan.  Evan wanted him to keep it, and told him he would give him a dollar every time he sees him and he would be back soon.  Mr. John smiled at that.  His wife told me later that John used to give kids a dollar at church sometimes.  We picked Melissa up and took her home. Went home and got Bill and we headed back up north.  Kimmy and the boys were still there. Bill played 3-13 with the boys and then they golfed. We visited, walked to watch the kids fish and then they had to leave. They caught some fish. One was a big one.  Vikki, Bill and I made potatoes on the grill and also chicken.  We had string beans too.  We went swimming in the inside pool afterward.  Sat in the hot tub for a while too. Came back to the camper, and Vikki got the kids in bed. Peyton started crying and said she swallowed a button!  Said a quick prayer! We weren't sure what size button it was.  She said it was off a flower she made during craft time.  At first they were thinking she should take a drink to swallow it, but reconsidered since we weren't sure of the size and she was saying it was stuck down by her Adam's apple.  Vikki called the emergency number of her doctor.  While she was waiting for the doctor to call back, Bill had us all lay hands on Peyton and pray for her.  The doctor called and was telling Vikki not to take her to the hospital in Standish, but to bring her to Covenant in Saginaw.  It would save time!  Vikki was planning on leaving when she finished talking to the doctor and then while still on the phone, Peyton threw up some and then lots.  Out came the button.  Praise God!  3 minutes after we prayed too!  We sure were thanking and praising.  Vikki, Bill and I played 3-13 after Peyton was back in bed. Bill won!
