Isaac, me and Peyton, after they got out of youth group and we got out of the worship service
It was already in the mid 30’s when I got up and fed Kit Kat. Gayla called me to let me know Wes was in the hospital. He had been breathing a little funny since his surgery in October. He started coughing, so Gayla said he’s better get that checked out. His doctor sent him to ER to have a full work up and he has some fluid on one of his lungs, is in AFIB, and was diagnosed with influenza too. They kept him there. Good thing she took him in. Bill and I drank our protein drinks and read our Bibles. Then we went to Costco and walked all of the aisles. We got protein drinks and saved $6 on each one. We picked up some other things, including two bags of Scotts grass seed. He is going to reseed where the Grasshopper Lawn Mower destroyed the grass. We went to the Member Customer Service and had our pictures taken and put on our cards so we don’t have to show ID. They didn’t take pictures when we got our cards because of Covid. We put everything away when we got home, then Bill left to pick Max up. He’s on Spring Break and wanted to hang out with Papa today. I waited for Melissa to call, then I went and picked up Evan. I asked him if he would rather have a donut or Concrete Mixer and he picked the Concrete Mixer. We went to Jack’s, then to Culver’s for Concrete Mixers. He got chocolate ice cream with Reeses Pieces, and I got chocolate ice cream with strawberries and bananas. We had fun hanging out together and talking while we ate. I dropped him off at his house afterwards, and he when he got out, he leaned back in to give me a hug goodbye. What a sweet kid!
I came home and put the groceries I got from Jack’s away, then met Vikki and Rody and the kids at Grace Valley Church for a worship healing service. It was awesome. At first I thought it was strange there was only a piano player instead of the whole worship team, but this girl on the piano was an amazing anointed worship leader and sang and played amazingly. The worship service was awesome and so was the seeking God, prayer, praise. Such an awesome time! The pastors did an amazing job with scriptures and prayer. I remembered to lift up others I know who need healing. Marie and Jared’s mom, Lela, were among those. Afterwards, we visited with some friends and waited for Peyton and Isaac to get out of Youth Group. I came home and talked to Marie, then talked to Melissa for a while. Then I put my comfy PJ’s on and relaxed in my recliner next to Bill. What an awesome day!
