8/13/15. Camping at Outdoor adventures

My camping buddy.  

We are camping again! Yay!  We got up early so sad could run and get spark plugs for the motorcycle.  I went to get groceries for camping.  We finished loading the 5th wheel and headed to Standish.  Took a while to pick our spot out because we tried to find a spot with lots of open sites so we can be near Bruce and Melissa.  We got everything set up and then headed home to cut His Restoration's grass and then make it to our Faith Ridders meeting.  I called Vikki to see if We could borrow her lawn mower so I could help dad so he could get done quicker.  He wouldn't have finished on time otherwise.  Vikki also lent me her mowing shoes so we didn't have to stop at at home.  She also watched Movha.  Thanks Vik!  We had a good meeting.  Love Sullivan's food too.  Drove back up to the camper afterwards.  Excited to haveVik and kids and Melissa and family come tomorrow.  Missing my Kimmy and her family!  Oh I called to make a reservation for Melissa to camp and when I gave her Melissas card # the girl said that wasn't the right one it needed to be the same as on my card.  She said they needed to bring the card with my number or they would have to pay.  Poor Melissa tore everything apart and looked for a couple hours.  The she and the kids got in a circle and prayed to find the card or if a mistake was made for it to be fixed.  I called 5 minutes later and we checked Vikki's card number antitrust was the same as Melissas.  I called Outdoor Adventures back and she said the girl made a mistake and the card is the right one and the girl never should have done that.  Told Melissa and the kids were so excited God answered so fast.  Max told her it only took 5 minutes for God to answer.  The got in another circle and thanked God!  Proud of my Missy and her kid does.  Made this momma very happy.  Melissa always finds something to smile about and be thankful for!

So much fun shopping with Hailey and Melissa today!

Got ready and went to Vikki's to meet Melissa and Hailey to go school shopping.  I was happy I had 2 $10 off coupons to use at Penneys. Hailey found lots of stuff she liked and wanted to try on.  The girls dressing room at Penney's was really pretty.  The mirror was a little weird for a dressing room, but we had fun looking at ourselves in it.  We waited for a while for one of the 3 rooms to open up but they were taking a long time so we ended up going downstairs for Hailey to try things on.  The room behind the pink door was huge.  We got to peek in it when the Grandma and mom kept coming out.  When we went downstairs there were tons of rooms open.  We went to Gordman's after this and then Target.  Then we picked up pizzas, breadsticks and sauce and took them to Vikki's for lunch.  She was a sweetie and watched Melissa's boys while we shopped.  Had a nice surprise because Rody's mom came to visit while we were there.  Stayed and visited for a while, then left to go home to check out our camper.  We had the window, awning spring and refrigerator drain hose fixed.  They did a great job and even replaced the tail light that was burned out and didn't charge any labor for doing it.  Excited to go camping tomorrow now.  Vikki and the kiddos are going with us and Bruce and Melissa and kids are bringing their camper up and camping.  It will be so much fun.  We had a meeting at church to go to for care group leaders.  Pastor and Joan did a really good job sharing and encouraging us to pray and lead our groups.  We are blessed!

Love this beautiful picture of Melissa and Bruce.  They went to the Maple Grill to celebrate their 17th anniversary.

We went to our breakfast this morning.  Only Charlie, Louise, Lorraine, Don, Bill and I were there. We had a good breakfast and fun visiting.  Louise who is 90 had to leave early to go work at the blood drive.  She worked at Shield of Faith last week and had lots of fun she said.  I went to Melissa after breakfast to visit for a while as I was missing them.  They have been camping.  Had fun with the kids and was really happy to see Peyton was there an had spent the night.  So nice to see cousins having fun together.  Hailey was really good with her and made a necklace with her and did a nice drawing with Peyton's name on it.  We took some fun pictures.  Love how easy it is to get the kids to look at the camera and smile now.  I called Vikki and she wanted to walk so I headed over to her house.  Isaac said he was missing Peyton.  Vikki and I went for a two mile walk and then visited for a while.  Isaac showed me his books and did quite a few pages of work.  He does really good and pays attention great for a three almost four year old.  I left and came home.  Did laundry and hung it out on the line, filled the bird feeders, and washed and refilled the oriole feeder. Sat on the swing and read the Bible.  Bill cut the grass so I took a little nap while he did that.  Melissa called to see if we could watch the kids while they went out to celebrate their anniversary.  Of course we were happy to do that.  We had so much fun and took lots of pictures.  Melissa and Bruce brought us yummy blueberry dessert back from the Maple Grill.  It was delicious.  Thank you Melissa and Bruce!  Sure am missing Kimmy and her family.  Can't wait to see them when they get home!
