Went to prayer group and had to lead it today because Phyllis was gone.  Great worship today!  Emily sang Waymaker which is such a great song.  Pastor gave a good message.  After church, Vikki, Rody, Peyton and Isaac came over.  Shortly after Marie and Roy came.  We all had Thanksgiving Dinner leftovers.  Bill had to go to Birch Run to pick up a thing he got for his trailer.  He got back just in time to tell everyone goodbye.  We went to Hailey Band Concert right after they left.  She played great and the symphonic band was amazing.  We left there and went to the Farmer's Market in Frankenmuth for a Veterans Thanksgiving Meal free to veterans.  Mine cost $5.
Fred and Lourdes came.  They saw Bill's post about and want to join us which was so nice.  Matthew came shortly after we got there and sat with us.  We had so much fun at our table.  The food was all homemade and delicious. Diedrich Bronner and his group prepared it.  He was very nice and really honored the veterans.  Debbie worked and served, but came to our table several times to talk with us.  She did a great job.  She had channel 12 come interview Bill.  We went to Don's to drop off a receipt for a turkey dinner and also gift cards our care group went in on for him and Mary.  Came home, did my blog and watched the news.

Got up and got the stuffing made, turkey in, and ham in.  Kimmy, Jared, Adam and Eli got here early and said they wanted to surprise Bill and have the trees cut up and cleaned up before he got hoe from the Marine Corp Breakfast.  They got busy and had it all done in 45 minutes.  They worked so hard and sure were a huge blessing to Bill and to me.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you all so much.  Love you all so much!  While they were working on the trees, I peeled potatoes and got more food ready.  Kimmy came in and helped do stuff on my list.  We both made the cheesy potatoes.  They all made my day so much easier.  Vikki, Rody, Peyton and Isaac came.  Vikki brought a beautiful strawberry jello loaded with strawberries.  It looked beautiful and tasted delicious.  Bruce, Melissa and kids came and brought Braunschweiger.  Yum, I haven't had that in ages.  Stacie, DJ and Kody came and she made a beautiful delicious veggie tray that looked like a turkey and homemade dill pickles.  Kimmy and I both made rolls that were delicious. We ate lots of food and had a good time visiting.  It was a wonderful day with family and friends who we love so much.  The kids were all good and played so nice together.  We ate yummy dessert....apple pie that Kimmy made and Eli made, yummy Banana pudding dessert that Rody made, chocolate banana pie and banana cream pie that I made.  Jared, Kimmy, Bruce, Vikki, me and Melissa all played 3-13. I started out losing, but then ended up winning.  What fun!  The kids watched the Shaggy Dog movie while we played.

Fri., 11/22/19...Made stuff for tomorrow's Thanksgiving Celebration, Went to get coney dogs

Evan doing his school work.  He is so cute!
Vicki Beemer with Iain and Jack going to their field trip

Jack on his field trip

Made dough for rolls, made a chocolate banana pie and a banana cream pie, and made cranberry relish.  Baked the rolls.  Bill sampled one when he got home from talking with the family of Sergeant Major Rice to get information for his memorial service Bill is doing.  Raked some leaves while Bill ran the tractor.  Vicki Beemer went on Max's class's field trip to Mt. Pleasant.  She kept sending me lots of pictures which was sweet of her. Evan's teacher sent a cute picture of him doing his work and said he was having a great day.  So nice of her.  Max's class got to ride in a limo today and went out to eat for winning the fundraiser competition.  Adam sent me a text saying he couldn't wait until tomorrow.  He sure is cute!We went to Old Town Drive In and used coupons to get free coney dogs.  We went to Aldi's after that and picked up a few things I forgot.  Came home and I chopped celery and onions for the stuffing.  We watched a Hallmark Movie.

Thurs.,11/21/19 Cleaned Kernel Burner, Some of our trees blew down, Went to dentist, Went to funeral home, Went to Linda's, Went to dinner with Charlie and Sue

Woke up to a cool house.  The kernel burner went out.  I decided to vacuum it out, so it would be good for Saturday.  Started the process and the ash vacuum quit when I was almost done.  Bummer!
Took it outside and saw that the filter was very dirty.  When Bill got up he checked it out for me and said he would take care of me.  I used the attachments to that vacuum for my regular vacuum and finished the tiny bit that was left. The fire started right up.  Took my shower and got ready for my dentist appt.   It was very windy and rainy outside.  When I looked out the upstairs bathroom window, I could see about 3 trees had fallen over out back.  They were leaning from the last wind, so we knew they would eventually come down.  Just surprised they all came down at the same time.  Went to see Linda Magnus first and took her a theraband from Melissa and some chili.
We visited for a short time and then I prayed with her and left.  Went to the dentist and had a great appointment.  Came home and relaxed until our funeral home appt. at 3.  Bill and I went and that went good too.  We are all set, so the kids don't have to go through a lot of stuff.  We picked up Charlie and Sue after that to go to Mt. Pleasant for our free dinner at Aurora Buffett at the casino we all got.  Lots of delicious food.  On our way there, Bill asked me what we had going on tonight because Wes sent a text for Faith Riders that Bill should put out an email.  Right away, I remembered that it was Thurs. and we were supposed to help with Bingo.  I was sad we forgot.  Sue was going to help us help residents with Bingo too and forgot.  We ate, and then headed for home.  It was dark and rainy, and Bill missed our road to turn on.  We ended up going out of our way.  We circled back and dropped Charlie and Sue off at their house.  Bill wanted to check to see if Faith Riders were at Bingo because he thought they might have had to cancel it.  Everyone Bill called couldn't make it to help.  We got there and still had 20 minutes we could help, so we went in.  Isaac showed up, and the regulars, Wes, Gayla and Don, were there.  All the residents were so happy to see us.  I'm glad we made it for part of the time at least.  We came home and watched the new Dumbo Movie.

My Hailey Girl!  It was an added blessing to see her and spend some time together! Love this girl!

Jack #2 in black in the center!  He sure was moving fast!  Love this sweet boy!
Melissa called and her power was off.  Bruce was at work and his plant was shut down.  He was very busy and had to stay late.  I told Melissa,  her dad would pick up the boys from school, and I would pick up Jack and her for Jack's game in Bay City.  I ran her my two phone chargers because she didn't have power to plug hers in.  Went to Kimmy's after I left her house.  Her house looks absolutely amazing, and her new Lazy Boys are all so comfortable.  We had fun drinking coffee and visiting.  I asked her if we could do some of her apples and try her spiralizer that attaches to her Kitchen Aid Mixer.  I had used mine at home for my apples. Because of that, she said yes.  We had so much fun and it sure is easy using that attachment.  There were some happy chickens when the apple peels got thrown on the garden.  We got almost 3/4 of a bushel of apples done and bagged.  She wanted to save some for Jared and the boys to see how easy the attachment was.  We went and picked the boys up from school after that.  They are sure handsome and polite boys.  I got my hugs and made sure I got a picture.  Eli showed me his Presidents slide show he did for school.  He sure did a nice job on it.  He read it to me too and is a great reader.  After that, I had to leave so I could make it to pick Jack up for his basketball game at 4:30.  When I got 5 miles from home, Hailey called me and asked if I could pick her up from school.  I told her yes, but sure was wondering if I would make it to pick Jack up at 4:30.  I made all the lights, picked Hailey up, made all the lights again and we got to their house right at 4:30.  Hailey got out and Jack and Melissa got in.  We made it to the school in plenty of time.  The game was close, but the other team won by 1 point.  Jack played great.  When he was done, I was going to get him a snack from the concession stand.  All that was left was 2 hotdogs and 6 bags of popcorn.  I went to the counter and the lady told me to just take the two hotdogs and a popcorn for free.  They were just going to throw them out.  Jack was very happy and ate both hotdogs and the popcorn on the way home.  Bill was at the Marine Corp. League Meeting, and got home shortly after I did.  We watched the news and went to bed.
