Didn't want more snow in April. Better than a tornado though.
Couldn't believe it when everything was white outside this morning. I went early to church and set up my Sunday school class. Worship was beautiful. After worship, the kids and teachers all went to Sunday School. It was a good lesson on how God gives us hope and brings good out of bad. I gave a testimony and then all the kids wanted to share something God did for them that brought good out of something bad. They were very serious and it was a precious time. Declan Galsterer broke his arm when he was getting off of their trampoline. We all prayed for him. His mom stayed in my class and helped because she wanted to keep a close eye on Declan. He doesn't have a hard cast on yet. Peyton's friend Katelynn's big sister, Mary, was a helper in my class. It was her first time helping. We have a little guy that has Autism and the last two times I have had him he has gone pretty wild. My adult helper has had a hard time keeping him quiet and under control. He colored all over the wall, tore posters down from the wall, etc. I was kind of nervous about Mary having to deal with him and it being her first time and her being so young. I prayed of course! She did great with him and it was the first time he was quiet and could stay in the classroom the whole time. She was amazing and so was he. He did tear four posters off the wall right when we got in the room, but the rest of the time he was good. Thanked God for His help! Thanked Mary too and high fived the little guy. We went to the Olive Garden with Vicki and Kevin Beemer and their 3 kids. Had a nice visit with all of them. Watched a Hallmark movie when we got home and had popcorn.
