Cut my hand really bad when my Thermos Carafe exploded and glass went all over.  Cut it in 3 places.  Ouch!  Bill bandaged it up nicely for me.

Packed Barb up and took her home because she was in a lot of pain and couldn't do steps.  We had breakfast with Sandy, Wes, Gayla and Ziggy and Sandy said she could drive her van to take Barb home.  So nice of her.  We ate a big breakfast and then went back and packed Barb things for her.
Sandy drove and I rode up front with her.  Barb stretched her leg out in the back.  Elaine followed on the motorcycle.  After almost 2 hours, we got her home and dropped her bike off at her apartment.  Then we took her to Rite Aid to get her prescription.  It only took 20 minutes which was good.  We went back and hauled her stuff in and put it away for her.  Left to go back to BayShore.  Stopped at Akron because Bill tested me and told us too and then went to the Lamplighter Restaurant to eat.  Went back to the campground and Arnie and Cheryl came there as soon as we got back.  Bill and I  took them for a tour of the campground on the golf cart. We all got our left overs from the potluck out and fed them and then went to the evening service which was CMA's got Talent.  Elaine sang a patriotic blend of songs and then sang, "I Will Trust in You" together.  They did so good.
Arnie and Cheryl left after that and Bill, Sabrina, Wes, Gayla, Elaine, Dan, Renee, Bill and I played 3-13 and ate snacks.  Matt and Lupe came shortly after too.  I won for a change.  Got back to the trailer and decided to wash out the coffee carafe so I could put coffee in it again tomorrow.  I went to start cleaning it and it exploded (made a loud noice and glass went everywhere including into my hand.  Ouch.  It hurt so bad and was bleeding badly.  Bill bandaged me up good.  Will never get anything but metal from now on.

9/4/17...Packed the camper and got slide outs in, Went to morning service, helped Bill and Sabrina close up our motorcycle camper they used, Elaine and I vacuumed the hospitality room. When I got home I picked Mocha up at Vikki's. I was so happy to see Peyton, Isaac and Kenzie too.

Look at how the people across from us packed up their Motorcycle.  They have to ride all the way to Kalamazoo

I couldn't vacuum because of my thumb, so Elaine vacuumed while I moved all the chairs from the tables.  I had packed up some stuff last night and put the bunk house slide out in.  This morning I made coffee and we ate oatmeal.  After that I packed the rest of the inside and Bill did the outside stuff.  It didn't take long.  I put the slide outs in and then we went to the morning service in the tabernacle.  It was a good message.  After that, Elaine and I went to the hospitality room to clean it. A lady said she had just finished.  We noticed stuff on the carpet, so we told her we would vacuum it for her.  Usually Faith Riders is the group responsible for cleaning it, so it was a nice surprise.
We also have had to drive around on golf carts and empty the trash cans and turn them upside down.  The BayShore maintenance guy said they would do it this year.  That was wonderful news to hear since it would be hard for me to help with my sore thumb.  We all got out of there much faster with all the other chapters helping out with cleaning too.  We all dumped and then headed out around the same time.  Dan and Renee pulled off the road in Sebewaing and then farther down the road, we pulled off to eat at the Lamplighter.  We had breakfast and it was delicious.  We got back on the road with Bill leading and we got down the road about 15 miles and stopped for gas.  Bill filled his truck and then we headed the rest of the way home.  When we got home, we unloaded the camper and got the slide outs back in before it rained.  I left to go to Vikki's to pick up Mocha.  She had picked up Kenzie, so it was nice to be able to spend time with her too.  Vikki made me a footlong hotdog for dinner.  Kenzie put a new bandage on my cut finger. She did great.  I got hugs from all my kiddos.  Sure was happy to see them.  Mocha was really excited to see me.  She wanted me to hold her all the time.  While she was there she followed Vikki all over.  So thankful Vikki watches her for me.

9/2/17...Great day at the State Rally. We have gotten so many fun new members. Really enjoyed camping with all of them. Sad note, Barb had an accident when we went for ice cream after the evening service and broke her leg

This is Harley Hog the rustlers were after
This was the youth, (Ashton) who was trying to get my Harley Hog stuffed pig that was hanging in the little tree at our campsite.  He was so nice and was patiently waiting to try to get the pig when I wasn't looking.  I finally gave him a pepsi while he hung out at our campsite.

Rhonda and Sabrina in the bike games.  This one is called road kill.  Bill Smith watching

Their net is all ready.  Sabrina has to pick them up while Rhonda drives the motorcycle.  If Rhonda puts her fee down they are done and lose.

They tied for 3rd.  They did good until their net got caught in the kick stand. Wes is taking a picture

Isaac, Yolanda and Bill.  We had so much fun with them on the golf course

Elaine and Gayla watching this youth who wanted to golf with them walk down and see that Bill had placed a rock right in front of the hole he was trying to get his ball in.

They were always right behind us.

Elaine, Gayla, Barb and Wes golfing through the Red Sea.

Bill, Yolanda and Isaac out on Roberta's Walk.  It was funny because on our way out there, Isaac kept looking at all the weeds and saying there is lots of mosquito larva out there.  He works for Mosquito Control.  I have never thought that when I walked out there before.  I always think there are a lot of live mosquitos out there

Bill and I out on Roberta's walk

Everyone had a nice time working.  Everyone helped good too.

We had a new person from St. Charles come to our potluck and now is joining our Chapter.

Evan is camping at Standish and he fell on an old broken tree and got a big cut on his leg.  Bruce took him to Saginaw to get it checked out.  They said it needed stitches, but it was too wide a gap so couldn't do it.  Now the poor boy can't swim.  He took it good though because he doesn't want infection.

We Ate breakfast at the dining hall with Matt, Lupe, Elaine and Barb.  Went to the tabernacle for the service!  They had our chapter (Faith Riders) come up front because we raised over $10,000 for missions for Run For The Son.  Sabrina came to our camper and I had everything ready for her to mix up baked beans and we put them in the crockpot.  Went to goodies with Bill.  He got a $50 gift certificate for raising money for run for the Son. Went and we returned my vest and then used the certificate to buy it again!  That was so sweet of him!   Went golfing with Isaac and Yolanda.  Wes, Gayla! Elaine and Barb and a youth golfed behind us.  We went in Noah's Ark (one of the holes that is an ark with animals in it) and everyone but me took a turn and did awful.  I went to golf and we realized someone had moved the chickens.  They were right in the middle.  We moved them, golfed and then put them back so they would be in the middle blocking the hole foe Wes and Gayla's team.  Then bill and Isaac kept putting rocks blocking the holes or rocks in the holes of some of the other holes.  We had lots of fun.  We came back and got ready for our potluck.  Dan made yummy barbecued pulled pork in his smoker. Went to church service and Renee and Elaine sang.  After went all went for ice cream except Wes and Gayla. They were too tired.  Barb was had accident.  We went for ice cream an she was following us, but when we pulled into the Red Barn, we didn't see her.  I heard a scream and she had caught the curb when she turned in and her bike fell over.  She went to the hospital in Tex and Yvonne's truck because they were right by us and we knew them.  Had to drive 25 miles to Bay City.  They called us and told us it her ankle was broken.  She got back to our camper at 1:30.  I had the bed all made up for her and we got up to help her in and get settled.  She was in a lot of pain and had a hard time using crutches. We helped her up to the bathroom and then she went to bed.  She is not supposed to put pressure on it for 8 weeks.  Poor girl.  Not easy with steps.  She crawled up to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Everyone helped and did lots of praying too.  We have a great group and other groups were great too because they all helped and all prayed.  I wish I could have gone to Rody's mom's surprise Birthday Party.  She was really surprised and had a lot of people come celebrate with her.  She got lots of money too!  She is a really sweet lady.

9/1/17....Second day of the State Rally at BayShore

9/1/17 In the morning we all had a pancake breakfast with Wes & Gayla, Dan and Renee, Barb, Elaine, Bill and me.  Wes cooked the pancakes on Dan's huge grill which we left at our campsite to use.  He also cooked some bacon.  Dan made sausage and I made more bacon.  It was yummy and we all ate outside together which was so nice.
It was a veryfFun day;  in the high 60's so a little on the cool side, but nice and sunny
We all helped set up goodies. Lots of tubs of shirts, vests, and other stuff had to be emptied and set on the tables according to size and gender.   Bill and I went to a garage sale in Sebewaing with lots of tools tools.  Wes watched for more campers to come in while we were gone.  We got back and Wes went to the garage sale while Bill and I watched for new campers to come in.  Mostly junky stuff at the garage sale though.  We ate at night in the dining dining hall.  They had delicious chicken, mashed potatoes, dressing, corn and an amazing salad bar.  Desert and fruit were available too.  BayShore blessed us with our campsite being paid for and all of our meals paid for in the dining hall for the week.  Wes and Gayla's too.  So nice of them to do that for us for helping at the campground.   We went to worship and the evening service. Bought one Harley Hog from Allison and one from another youth.  They are selling them for $5 to help raise money for their mission trip. Then they will announce when they are coming to rustle them tomorrow.  If we catch them taking ours (which will be somewhere on our campsite outside, they will have to sign their name and do 30 minutes of work for us.  If they get them, we can buy them back for another $5.  We went to the goodie's store afterward and Bill bought me a pretty red and black vest with reflectors on it.  We played cards again after the service.

8/31/17...Went to BayShore. Helped put garbage bags in all the trash cans and helped people find their spits

Yay!  We are at BayShore once again!

Wes and Bill....Bill was being funny during the game
Max wrote this in his journal at school about his name.  I thought it was so precious!

Bill rode the motorcycle and I pulled the 5th wheel up to BayShore.  He led the way.  The expressway by Bay City was real busy. Their was a sugar beet truck that Bill was passing and the driver started coming over in Bill' lane and Bill had to go off the to the side of the road.  I was praying and am sure thankful God was protecting him.  I was happy when we stopped at Tim Horton's and ate.  Nice country driving after that.  We got their early to help people find their spots and get all the trash barrels ready.  We got all set up and a few hours later, Wes and Gayla, Elaine, Barb, Dan and Renee got there.  We helped Elaine set up her motorcycle camper and Barb set up her tent.  I could see she wouldn't be able to stand up in her tent, so I had her use mine instead.  She was very happy.  Dan and Renee have a huge 2017 Motorhome that is beautiful.  They showed us inside.  It has a couch that makes into a king size bed, a queen size bed that you push a button and it comes down.  A king size bed in their room.  A full size shower in their bathroom and a washer and dryer.  A table that has a granite top that sits two or pulls out to sit four.  It was pretty neat to see. They are a sweet couple who live by Kimmy.  We helped an 80 year old couple unhook their motorcycle camper and set it up.  They rode their motorcycle all the way from Grand Rapids.  He has had a stroke and can only use one arm.  She was on her knees trying to unhook it.  They are so sweet.  I sure am praying God protects them and keeps them from falling.  We had delicious chocolate zucchini cake at Gayla's and I heated up cabbage buns for Elaine, Barb and Bill and took them to Gayla's camper.
