Bill was with Faith Riders at Party on McCarty

It was beautiful out so Vikki and the kids and I went to Tawas.,We walked through some stores and then Kimmy called and said they were at the campground. We totally forgot they were coming up. I said we would come right back to the campground, but they ended up coming to Tawas.  We walked out on the pier and then went to G’s for pizza. We sat in their porch area.  The dogs got to sit out there too!  They even brought them water.  We had so much fun and the pizza was amazing! We ate 4 14” pizzas and took two pizzas home.  We walked through some stores.  Everyone loved Wyatt.  Kimmy got some amazing offers for him but even turned a million dollars down. We went to the dog friendly park in Oscoda and spent the afternoon. Water was cold but the kids had so much fun and so did we. Walked the pier there too. A Christian band was doing a concert and sounded great. We were wishing we could stay.  We came back to the campground and Adam, Jacob and Eli stayed overnight.  We played 3-13 while listening to dc talk and Toby Mack.  Jacob and Eli were singing so good and know all the words. Vikki was doing pretty good too. We had so much fun with them.  They truly are wonderful boys.  Vikki played dice with them after that.  I went to bed because I am taking Melissa to therapy tomorrow and have to get up early to leave.

Kody woke up cheerful.  He ate breakfast and I gave him his pill after a few bites.  He laid on the bench and said he had a tummy ache.  After laying down for 20 minutes, he said he could eat now. I gave him more cereal and he ate, but threw up right away. Poor sweetie.  Vikki and I cleaned him up, the bench up and the floor. Luckily he didn’t hit the carpet.  He sure threw up a lot.  He laid around for a while and The was feeling really good again.  We swam and then played candy bar bingo.  Vikki and I each won once and the kids each won twice.  We sat with a nice family who was winning lots before we did and they shared their big candy bar with all of us. Our whole table was winning all the time!  We came back to the camper and the kids wanted Mac and cheese.  Kody ate and took his pill and the same thing happened again. He laid down, had a tummy ache and threw up big time.  This time he cried and wanted to go home. I called his mom and packed his stuff up and we headed home.  Stacie met us there. By that time Kody was feeling really good again.  So weird.  The Peyton and Isaac swam and rode bikes/scooters.

Left the campground in the morning so I could shower and get ready to go to lunch with my friend Vikki.  We met at Logan’s.  She gave me lots of new baby stuff to take to His Restoration.  Such a blessing!  We had salmon, potatoes and asparagus for lunch.  It was delicious.  We had a great time visiting and catching up.  I left there and came home to pick up Kody.  DJ dropped him off.  He sure was excited to be going camping with us.  He kept asking how much farther.  We got to the camper and it was beautiful out. We went swimming at the beach and then swam in the pool.  The kids had lots of fun playing.  Peyton and Isaac rode their bikes and Kody rode his scooter and kept right up.  He had his bike here but doesn’t like riding it yet. We gave the kids some gummy Legos and the each built something.  They went to the camp store too. It was a super fun day!

Monday, 6/24/19, Fun day at the campground

Nice morning to read my Bible outside and drink my coffee

Isaac and Peyton playing minute to win it.  Isaac won.

Slept in because it was raining.  We all ate breakfast, then I walked to the camp store and filled Vikki and my travel mugs up with coffee.  I went outside and read my Bible and drank my coffee. I got to talk to my new neighbor. He is Bubba’s brother in law.  Got to share lots about Jesus with him which was great. We went to the clubhouse to watch Peyton and Isaac play minute to win it.  Isaac won.  We looked at the inside pool when there and it looks like they finished the inside and painted it.  Looks like they are not putting a liner back in. Happy about that.  Vikki and I walked around while they played. We ate lunch, and then Vikki wanted the kids to watch Flywheel.   Peyton watched the whole thing and Isaac watched most of it. Used the movie for all of its teaching moments.  We had popcorn during the movie.  We ate lunch after.  The kids went and made bracelets with their names on them at kids crafts.  Went to get a few things at the Dollar General.  Played 3-13 with Peyton and Isaac.  Vikki won.  We all colored bags for Aunt Vikki and finished up the stack she gave us. The kids made some really cute ones! We prayed over them before I give them to her tomorrow.  Isaac read the Jesus calling Bible to us.  He did a great job.  Vikki and I played 3-13 and dice after the kids went to bed.  I won both!

We went to church. Amazing service and worship.  Came home and changed, then headed to Tina Seager’s Birthday Party ar Immerman Park.  We pulled in and stopped at the check in. A girl was outside and she helped us.  There was a guy with sunglasses in the building on my side waving at me with a big smile. I told Bill I thought it was Cole.  We got under the pavilion and Tina and Chris got there. She sure was  surprised. We sat with Pat and her husband.  Good food and fun!  I went back up north.  Bill stayed home because has an elders meeting tomorrow night.  He’s taking Jack and Evan to asthma camp in the morning.  I was going to come home and take them, but he offered to do it for me. Walked around the campground, swam, watched Isaac fish, and sat outside relaxing.  Vikki and I played 3-13 and dice.  She won cards and I won dice.

Sat.,6/22/19....Bill came home at 7:30 a.m. I came home at 10:30, Went to graduation, Debbie came over, Watched a movie

Mikayla and I
My flowers were all looking good when I came home.

Bill got up early to had home for the Marine Corp League Breakfast.  I got up to see him off.  I took Lucy outside.  Came in and made oatmeal for breakfast.  I left it on the table while I did something and looked to see Lucy eating a strawberry on the floor.  She got it right out of my bowl.  Stinker dog!  Vikki put the kids Vacation Bible School CD in and we listened to it outside.  It sure is a good one.  The kids went for a bike ride.  I read my Bible, and then we went for a walk.  Peyton was playing nicely at the playground.  I had to leave at 10:30, so we walked back to the camper.  Got home and got Bill's scrapbook Debbie made him when he was in the service out, so it would be ready for her when she came today.  Bill and I went to Mikayla's graduation party at our church.  She has always been special to me and was a little leader and example in my K-1 class.  She was so much fun.  Everything was so nice and the food, especially the beef briskets her dad cooked, was delicious.  We left, so I could be home in time for Debbie's visit.  Bill met Rich Dudek for coffee.  He was just diagnosed with lung and rectal cancer.  So sad!  Sure am praying for him.  Debbie took what she needed for Bill's graduation ceremony and gave me my list of things to bring.  She was super nice.
Bill came home right afters she left.  I took care of my plants outside.  They are all doing great.  The Lamb's Ear was a little wilted, but perked up when I watered it.  I had to put more hens and chicks in my outdoor planter.  Only 2 came back from last year.  Bill and I watched the movie, God Bless the Broken Road.  It was a good movie.
