Bill fixed my windmill today. The bolt that holds the top part on broke. It is working great now. Thank you sweetie! If you zoom in it is right under the wind chime past the pool. It's a little blurry.

Jacob and Arnie....Jacob is home sweet home
|
We got up at 8:30. I ate a bowl of Cheerios with honey and banana and had a protein drink. Bill had a protein drink. We read our Bibles and did our prayer books/devotions. It was sunny out and warming up already. I watered my inside plants. Sue called me and wanted me to pray for her. She is going to the doctor today. Her niece is supposed to take her but I told her I would if she couldn't. She was going to take a shower but was feeling weak, so I told her to call me back and let me know she is ok afterward. She called back and her niece is taking her, so Bill and I decided to go to Houghton Lake to Camping World. It was such a nice day for a ride. While we were riding, I was thinking about how I don't have to worry about anything because God gave me such a good husband who loves Him above all and therefore loves me so much and takes such good care of me and takes care of needs. I was thinking about how much peace I have. God has sure blessed us. I was thinking about when I was going to tell this to Bill because it was windy out and it was a little noisy in the Jeep with the radio playing too. Then I rested my arm in the middle and he grabbed my hand and gave it a squeeze. I knew I was supposed to tell him then what I had been thinking about. I did and he held my hand till we got to Clare. We decided to go to Cops and Donuts. We each got a donut. We had coffees in the Jeep, so we just ate in the Jeep and drank our own coffee. Our next stop was Camping World. We were looking at camping stuff and Bill wanted to look at one camper. We didn't really like it. We took a different route home and went on country roads. It was 67 outside and so nice. We stopped at Adam's workplace, but found out from Kimmy later that we had just missed him by about 15 minutes. Bummer.
We both went outside when we got home. Bill got the mail, then went out to the shed to fix my windmill that is in my small garden. I will be happy to have it working again. A bolt broke. I walked around looking at my plants and seeing signs of life poking up. Lots of daffodils, some hyacinths, lenten rose blossoms, and buds on trees. Yay. I had to pick up the post and butterfly that balances on it. The wind blew it over since the dirt where it was turned into mud with all of the rain. I stuck it in a new place and balanced the butterfly again and it looks great.
Sue called me and let me know what the doctor said. She has low blood pressure and has to take medicine that even makes it go lower. Now she has to take other medicine to raise it up when she takes the other medicine. She is supposed to check her blood pressure at home, but her machine wouldn't work. Josh brought her new batteries, but error kept coming up. She took a half of a pill without knowing what it was. I talked to her and took our blood pressure machine over to her so she can check it and actually know how it is doing with taking the other medicine. She seemed to be doing better just knowing what is going on with her to make her feel like she was. Praising God.
Kimmy texted me and let me know Jacob was home on spring break. Yay! He had to drive home slowly because he has a bulge in his tire. I'm happy he's home.
Hailey is on Spring Break too and is on vacation with her Unite Group. It looks like a beautiful place.
