Evan with his baby he was assigned to take care of at school. A part malfunctioned, so now he can't do it. Bummer! He wanted to. Love my Evan too!
It was a little harder to get up this morning with the time change. I pushed snooze on my alarm, then got up about 8 minutes later. I just needed a few more minutes. I made my coffee, and got Bill's all set for him to just hit the buttons when he wanted it. We went to both services today. Great worship and great message on the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts. Lots of people came up for prayer today. Dennis came up for prayer for his Compassion trip to the Phillipians, Rebecca and little Selah came up for prayer for healing. Between services we went out to the foyer and visited with people coming and going. Mike came up to me and asked me about my hand surgery. He showed me his trigger finger, so Todd and I prayed for healing for it. After the second service, Bill prayed for Ashton and his girlfriend, and Melody came up to me so I prayed for her. Then Pastor brought a girl named Rauqel to us so we could pray for her. The Holy Spirit was moving.
We were happy to see Merijo and Greg were back from Florida and so was Ralph. Nancy talked to me about her catarac surgery and was an encouragement.
After church, we came home and changed, got a couple of snacks and headed to Birch Run to go to the camper show at General RV. They said they were short handed, so they just had us walk around by ourselves outside and go in any campers we wanted to. It was cold in the shade because it was so windy. Of course the motorhomes, were the farthest away. We sure did lots of walking and got 4,000 steps. We looked at lots of motor homes, and didn't see any we like as well as I. That was a good thing. We went to Camping World next and looked around. We didn't buy anything.
On our way home, we stopped at Cracker Barrel for lunch. I had a homestyle chicken dinner and Bill had crispy chicken strips. I brought half of my dinner home. I shopped after I ordered while I was waiting for my food. I didn't buy anything there either.
We came home and took naps. We were both tired after all that walking in the fresh air, not to mention going in and out of campers. We got our workout. I had just woke up and was getting ready to call Melissa to see if it was ok to stop over, when Vikki called. She found me another salt and pepper set like the one she got me for Christmas. She knows how much I like that set, so she got this set on FaceBook Marketplace for $4. She always finds stuff I like for great deals. She and Peyton were nearby, so they brought them over to me. Peyton gave me a drink of her fruit drink. It was good. They left, so I headed to Melissa's before it got dark so I could see Jack's car good. It was super clean and super nice. He took Melissa and I for a nice ride. He is a great driver. I'm so happy he has a car. He has saved for a while to get it. I took him his prayer month gift. It is a safety kit for his car. It even has a hammer to break a window if needed and a seat belt cutter. Melissa and I were thinking we need this kit in our car. It even has a small air compressor. He was very happy to get it.
Adam's prayer month gift came here yesterday and Jared's birthday gift arrived today. More deliveries need to be made. I stopped at Walmart and got some Qtips with my remaining Humana couple of dollars that were left on the card. I tried getting bandaids, but they aren't covered with the card anymore. I still got them because we are almost out.
I came home and we had jello with fruit in it for our snack. We read our Bibles and did our prayer books/devotion. I am praying the prayer for Bill and i and also the one for our children/grandchildren that she put in the back of my new Bible. They are awesome prayers that cover so many things. They came from BayShore and Vikki has been praying them for 2 years now. Heartfelt prayers avail much power from on high. God has done amazng things.
I worked on my blog and then it was time for bed.
