Bill got up early and took the garbage out, then he took his shower and got ready. I got up a half hour after Bill and made my coffee and ate cereal with honey on it for breakfast. I love my honey pot from Kimmy and Jared. I put good worship music on while I ate.
I got our old memory foam pillows from upstairs and threw them in the garbage. They were pretty old and we love our new pillows. I decided to descale my Keurig coffee pot. I read my Bible and did my prayer books part of the time while it was sitting. It takes 4 hours of just sitting. I changed Kit Kat’s water and reset the live trap. We are all getting a good laugh at Issac coming here and saying the live trap was upside down. I thought it was funny that the ramp wasn’t touching the ground lol. I was in a hurry when I did it because Bill was waiting for me to go to the show that day. No wonder I didn’t catch anything. I just made it easy for the opossum to go in and get the food. I finally got out today and put more food in it and set it.
Bill got home at around 10:30. We watched some news to keep up with what is going on and to know what to pray for. At 11:15, we left to go to the Olive Garden to meet Diane and James. We had such a nice visit and the food was great. We used to go to Olive Garden a lot with them, but since Diane broke her legs and has been laid up we hadn’t. We did pick food up from there and took it to her house, but this is the first time in about 2 years we could actually go there all together again. She kept saying it was the best day and she was with her favorite friends. She is always so sweet. It was nice to catch up with James again. Bill has been over to his place helping him, but I haven’t gone with him.
Vikki called me before I went into prayer tonight. We talked for a few minutes, then I told her I would call her back. Prayer was awesome and the Holy Spirit sure moved.
We worshiped and then we prayed over our new college age group pastor, Pastor Gabe. We are so thankful to have him back at New Life. Our Intercessors group is growing.
I went to Walmart and got a box with 2 Keurig filters in it and also got a Keurig cup you can just put regular coffee in. Then I came home and the descale light was still on. Bill had finished the last flushing of the machine for me, then unplugged it. I flushed it one more time when I got home. I talked to Melissa while I did it. We had a good phone visit and also did some praying.
I tried to call Vikki back, but she didn't answer. She had texted me that Paul’s dog, Reesa, had to be put down today. I am sad for him and I’m praying for Paul. Vikki called me and had been walking on her walking pad so didn’t want to stop when I called. We got to talk for a little while and then we texted after that. Then I worked on my blog.
