Went to breakfast.  Got there a little early because Ralph Rosas was meeting us to pick up some Marine Corp. League from Bill.  Had good fellowship and a great devotion and time of prayer.  Stopped and visited with Melissa for a while after breakfast.  Stopped and picked up potatoes, carrots, and cider at Aldi's.  Went to Baynes and got cinnamon donuts and apples for small group tonight.  Picked up caramel at Pat's for the apples.  It's that time of year!!!  Put a roast in when I got home.  It sure is making the house smell good.  Removed the tape off of my paint job.  The spots I touched up on the wall look great.  The paint is about 8 years old now, so wasn't sure if it would still match up.  Happy it did.  Great day spending time with the Lord.  Vikki showed me a picture of Peyton's leg.  Ouch, she has a sore where her skate was rubbing on her leg last night at the roller rink.  Ouch!  Can't believe she kept skating.  We had 11 of us here for small group. We have a very nice group of people in our small group.  Put some pictures of Hailey in her powder puff game on that Melissa and Bruce's mom took.  Nice that she and Ron could come watcher her and Jack.

Isaac, Peyton and Nana.  Lots of fun at the roller rink

Put on praise music and cleaned the house.  Talked to Melissa for a while and had her set up to take Matthew out to eat this week.  It's supposed to be nice out, so he is going to meet us at the Mexican restaurant we ate at with Kimmy and Vikki.  Bill and I hung our "Always Kiss Each Other Goodnight" sign Vikki got us up on the wall.  I also painted the trim on our door in our room to the bathroom.  Touched up the other wall in our room too. Vikki called and was going to take the kids rollerskating, so I decided to go with her.  Bill was sweet and said he would make his own food.  It was so much fun watching the kids skate.  They are really doing good at it now.  It was fun listening to the Christian Music too.  Vikki brought drinks and snacks for us.  So sweet of her.
When I got home, I gave the door trim another coat.  Melissa called to let me know Matthew wants to meet us on Thursday.  Watched the news.

Sunday, 9/15/19...Taught Sunday School, Went to lunch with Debbie, Jeff and Lisa.

Someone posted this picture of our church this morning.  Worship was amazing!

Peyton, Katelyn, and Isaac. They went to Katelyn's birthday party after church

Jacob, the tall one in the center on this end
Don and Elaine showing where they are on our group's motorcycle ride along Lake Superior.  It is a 7 day ride.  We couldn't go because we had too many things we needed to be at church for.  They are having great weather and a fun ride.
Went to church.  Loved the worship.  L. A. Joiner preached, but I had to teach Sunday School, so will have to listen to the message on line.  My kids were cute and did a great job today.  I gave them all a piece of candy because they were so good.  Kris was my helper and always is a blessing.  Bill and I met Debbie and Jeff Davis and Lisa L. at Cody's Landing for lunch today.  We had lots to catch up on.  I talked to Melissa for over an hour today.  She is such a precious daughter.  So are Kimmy and Vikki.  Peyton and Isaac called me to let me know about Katelyn's birthday party was.  They were pretty excited about all the fun they had.  They even went swimming....burr!  It doesn't bother kids if its cold though.  They face timed me to show me all the nice things they got at the party.  Katelyn is a sweet, kind little friend to them.  Kimmy called and also sent me videos and pictures of Jacob in the marching band at the football game.  The band sounded so good and looked so good.  Jacob did great! Bill and I played 3-13.  I won, but not by much.

Saturday, 9/14/19, Went to church for L.A. Joiner teaching session, Visited Marie, Went to Home Depot and Menards,

L.A. Joiner had a great seminar at church once again.  We always love his teachings.  Bill is in the red shirt
What a beautiful day!  Sunshine and in the 70's

Bill out working on the trees.  He is wearing gloves today.  Yesterday he realized the tree had poison ivy wound around it.  He washed his hands and took a shower right after he realized it.  Praying he doesn't get it.
I'm going to miss looking out at this plant when cold weather gets here

We went to church and ate breakfast before class.  They had bagels, cream cheese, fresh fruit, meat and cheeses.  Enjoyed L.A. teaching on unity. worship, prayer, team work, and the Holy Spirit.  Afterward, we all ate pizza, salad and fruit, and yummy thick cookies too.  We went to visit Marie after we were done eating.  She was in tears when we got there, because she was in so much pain.  We prayed for her right away.  Her pain eased up a little and we ended up having a good visit.
We stopped at Vikki's on our way home and dropped off two "Little" prayer books by Stormie Omartian I got for her.  Came home and did some outside stuff and then went to Home Depot and Menards.  Watched a Hallmark Movie.  Vikki called to say she loved the prayer books.  Bill and I sure love ours and keep going through them.  Talked to Melissa for a while.

Bill went to meet Rich and I took Melissa to therapy.  Rich got a good report from his doctor in Ann Arbor.  The results of his surgery showed that they got all of the cancer in his lung.  They also let him know his colorectal cancer is stage 2 and has gotten smaller.  They are coming up with a chemo/radiation plan for him next week.  Rich was pretty happy. We are thanking God! When I picked Melissa up from therapy, she was walking away from me down the hallway with her therapist.  She wasn't using a cane.  I saw a drop of water go on the floor and thought it was sweat or drool.  Then they told her she still had to sit down.  That's when I noticed she had a cup of water in her hand.  They were having her practice walking without spilling it.  She did great because all I saw was one drop spill.  We went to check on the Lawndale Estates garage sales.  When we got there, it was the subdivision across the road that had the garage sales.  We had fun checking them out.  Found a couple tops for Hailey and one for Melissa.  Took Melissa home.  Bill had cut the grass when I got home and was cutting up the fallen trees and stacking the wood.  We ate and then went to the football game in Carrollton.  They were honoring veterans and first responders.  They got in free and could get free food.  We were thankful to have our stadium chairs.  They told me that family members could go out on the field too, but I was happy to just stay where I was and take pictures. We had fun at the game.
