9/21/08 Jack's Dedication to the Lord

Today was special as Jack was dedicated to the Lord. Our family was all together to celebrate the happy occasion. It was nice having dad there plus the girls and families. We all went to Bruce and Melissa's after church for dinner. It was yummy...thanks Bruce and Melissa. Dad had to stay at church as he was doing a wedding for a couple who attend our Bible study. I ate at Bruce and Melissa's and then headed back to church for the wedding. Bill did a wonderful ceremony. It was a very touching service.
After we stopped home so I could change my shoe as the strap broke at the wedding. Then we headed to the restaurant for the reception. The food there was great too.
We stayed for wedding cake and then headed back to Bruce and Melissa's. The kids were all adorable and played so good together. Of course, Jack was such a good baby and let Nana hold him lots. He tries talking now and makes the cutest sounds and expressions. Sooooo cute!!!
