Bill presenting the Eagle Scout Award
Kimmy sent me some nice pictures of Jacob.  Jacob, Kimmy and Jared were all doing the 5K with his band to raise money.  Bill went to a church in Bay City for a Marine Corp. meeting.  Then he left there and went to present an Eagle Scout Award.  Charlie came and brought me some homemade pea soup.  Sue had marked a small container pea soup for Bill.  It had a donut in it, because they know Bill doesn't like pea soup.  Charlie told me about an apple orchard in Hemlock that has the best prices. I called Kimmy and she wanted some.   I went there and got Kimmy some apples and me some....nice Granny Smiths.  The apple orchard was right next door to Bill and Gail's.  We used to be at their house a lot when our kids were young.  Came home and dropped the apples off and got ready to go meet Faith Riders at Meijer's.  We all went to the Rustic Inn for dinner.  Bill S., Don B, Don M., Kevin and Vikki all rode motorcycles.  I rode with Wes, Gayla and Joel.  We sure had a great turn out.  Lots of good food and fellowship.  We dropped Don and Diane's motorcycle off in Wes's shed because the tail lights weren't working.  Then Wes, Gayla and Joel dropped me off at my car.  I came home and Bill got home shortly after me.  Vikki had a table at a Bazaar today.  She said it wasn't as good as last year and not many people came.  I talked to Melissa on the phone.

Bill and I went to SportsZone and walked 2 miles.  We came home and ate oatmeal for breakfast.
After we did our Bible reading, etc, we went outside and vacuumed leaves off the deck. We put outside stuff away, and took the cover off the pergola.  Kimmy's boys had a half day of school today, so they all came over when school was out.  We had a nice time visiting, watching Christian Groups playing on the TV and playing 3-13.  They are always so much fun and I love hearing Jacob and Eli sing.  Great voices!  Jacob carried my big lazy boy all by himself from the family room to the living room and then Kimmy helped him get it outside.  He sure is strong. They moved the tan Lazyboy from the basement to the family room.  I got 14,000 steps today.  Vikki, Rody and the twins came over.  They brought yummy cinnamon rolls for us.  After I shared a cinnamon roll with Bill, he told me to sit down.  In my seat was a box with an Apple Watch in it.  Bill said Merry Christmas early! I was so surprised and so happy.  Thank you my Sweet Bill! Vikki and Rody had come over to help me set it up.    Rody got it started and set up and Vikki showed me lots of stuff and helped me put things on it.  Thank you so much for all that help!!!  Wow I can do so much on it and I can even wear it while I swim.   It will take me a while to get it all figured out. Peyton and Isaac were so sweet and cute.  I talked to Melissa a couple of times.
What a great day!

So sad that Toby Mac's 21 year old son died,Took my Royce grandchildren to school, Took Melissa to the dentist, Went to Rescue Mission Movie Night

Picked up Hailey, Max, Jack and Evan and took them to school.  We had a nice ride there.  I went back to Melissa's and we had a donut and Mocha/French Vanilla Cap.  We visited until it was time to leave for her Dentist appt.  She had a new hygienist clean her teeth and it took her 2 hours.  I was starting to worry that something was wrong with her.  My friend, Vicky Eagle, came out of the office.  I was surprised to see her there.  We talked for about 35 minutes, which helped to pass time.  The office girl came out and talked to me for a while too.  She is always so sweet.  I used to go there until I had to switch because of my insurance.  It was after 12 when we got out of there.  Melissa had to be back home at 1:30 to go to an appt. with Bruce at the school.  I had tried to use my Tim Horton's Cold Stone Card, and they told me that kind doesn't work there.  Melissa and I used it a Panera and had lunch and a blueberry muffin.  It was the best muffin I have ever had.  Bill put up motion lights on the porch in back.  They are so nice, and we can turn them on when we want, or use them just for motion lights.  He put new outside lights by the road too.  We went to Movie Night at the Rescue Mission.  Vicki B. picked up the popcorn and brought it.  Wes, Gayla, Vicki, Bill and I helped serve popcorn, orange drink, and clean up afterward.  Love doing this.  When we got home, Vikki texted me that Toby Mac's oldest son who was 21 yrs. old died of cardiac arrest.  I am so sad about this and praying for the family.  I love the texts Toby Mac shared that he and his son had texted, and the tribute Toby Mac wrote.  What a loving and encouraging dad he is.  I also love what he wrote about following the Lord in the Mountains and in the Valleys.

Kenzie sent me a picture of her pretty kitty

Bill and I read our Bibles and then ate breakfast.  He went to take his bluetooth speaker that wouldn't turn on back, and I did laundry.  Vikki, Peyton, Isaac and Melissa got here, and then a few minutes later, Kimmy got here.  Melissa and I always tear a small piece of a paper towel off for little things, so we don't waste a whole paper towel (we do buy the pick a size).  I asked Vikki if she did that and she said no.  I gave Melissa the "product of the year" I found....paper towels that tear into 4 squares easily.  Vikki did say she was going to try doing that....so she got a roll of paper towels too.  Kimmy called when she was almost here and we asked her, and she said she always does that....she got a roll of paper towels to....ha ha!  Bill watched Peyton and Isaac, and the girls and I went to Frankenmuth.  It was a beautiful day and the color in Frankenmuth was so beautiful, I said look at the splendor.....I got teased for that.  Guess it's and old term.  We went to Zhenders and the girls got their free birthday meal...family style chicken dinner.  Melissa and I ordered 1/2 hot chicken sandwiches with mashed potatoes and dressing.  The waiter let Melissa and I share all of the side dishes he brought out for Kimmy and Vikki.  Yum...lots of great food and bread.  Such great company too.  The girls had lots of leftovers to take home.  We went to Bronner's so the girls
could get their free ornaments.  When Vikki showed Kimmy she said look it says Merry and Bright.  Kimmy said Mary Ann Bright who's she?  We all got a good laugh.  We got to see Bill's sister, Debbie, and talked to her for a few minutes.  We went to see Matthew, but no one answered the door, so we headed to Tim Horton's.  Matthew texted to say he was home and to come see him, so we went back to his house.  We had such a nice time visiting with him.  We all sure love him.  Nice seeing Shiraz too.  She's a really nice dog.  We left because I had to get home because I had to teach kids at church.  The girls were so sweet and let their dad have some leftovers.  He sure was happy.  He did a great job watching Peyton and Isaac.  He took them to Burger King to eat.  He gave Peyton a ball with a toy kitty in it and Isaac a selfie stick.  They were pretty happy.  Vikki took Melissa home and I took Peyton and Isaac to church with me for their class. Loved  my K-1 class.  We made cards that had a mountain that popped up when we opened it.  It said God is with us on the mountaintop and in the valley.  They decorated them so cute.  The kids played volleyball with a balloon.  The net was a piece of yarn tied between two chairs.  Every time the ball touched the floor, that team got a point.  First one to 10 points lost.  The kids had so much fun playing this simple game.  I loved watching them.

Tues. 10/22/19...Went to our breakfast, Went to Melissa's, had small group

Went to our breakfast.  Merijo came again which was nice.  I went to Melissa's afterward to drop off snacks that were left from skating last night.  I put them in my backpack to carry for her and forgot to give them to her when I dropped her off last night.  We chatted for a while and then I had to go to Kroger to get gift cards while they are still 4x fuel points.  Ends today.  Got some I knew I would need for Christmas.  Studied my lesson for small group and got the house ready.  We had a great small group meeting.  Anna and Randy were back from their cottage and were her which was nice.  We had twelve here tonight.

Bill's name is in the CMA Magazine we got in the mail today.  It's under Michigan Lower.  He was so happy and so was I.  I'm very proud of him!

Read my Bible, Prayed, ate and then went to get my Bible from Church.  I left it there yesterday.  Came home and made veggie soup.  Bill went out to have coffee with Charlie and picked me up cabbage for the soup.  It tasted yummy.  After lunch, I went to visit John at Healthsource.  I talked to Kim Reminder for a while when I got there.  Happy she was still working when I got there.  She gave me his room number.  He was in a new room which is lots bigger and nicer.  His wife, Sue, was visiting.  I was very happy to see both of them.  I stayed 1 1/2 hours.  They shared stories of when they were first married, miracles God has done in their family, and lots more fun stuff.  I enjoyed listening to them share their memories so much.  Sure do love this couple lots.  I came home and ate, then went to Christian Skate Night.  I picked Melissa, Evan and Jack to go with me.
The boys caught on to skating really fast and did great.  Peyton and Isaac were here for the 3rd time, so they were pros.  Melissa, Vikki and I visited lots and we had a great time.  It rained on the way home, so I was very glad to get home.  I called Vikki and she was home safe and sound.

Sunday, 10/20/19...Went to church, Went to Healthy Marriage Seminar after church, Went to Vikki's to have sloppy Joes

So beautiful

We went to church.  I went in to pray and Bill went in with the Elders to pray for pastor.  Vicky T.  and her boyfriend sat next to us.  Vikki, Peyton and Isaac sat in our row too.  Rody did sound today.
It was another amazing service. When we went up to pray for people, there were twin grandkids of friends of ours.  They have strayed away from God, but are coming with their grandparents now.  Bill gave them each a sucker like he did all the years when they were little there.  The look on their faces were priceless.  I could tell it brought back memories for them.  It sure did for us.  Love those precious moments God gives.  After church, we had a healthy marriage seminar Pastor and Joan taught.  First we ate in the fellowship hall.  We had pizza, fruit, veggies, cheese, meat, chips, and huge yummy cookies.  We moved into the sanctuary after that for our class.  It was really good!  They had times when we, as couples, would spread out and just talk with our mate.  When we were done the one time, Bill pulled out a Hershey Bar and split it with me.  How sweet is that.  We practiced each teaching after it was taught.  So good!  Vikki texted me and wanted us to come for sloppy joes.  Our class ended right after that so we did.  We had yummy scalloped potatoes that Peyton made and delicious sloppy joes Vikki made.  Bill didn't eat any pizza at church because it had cheese on it.  I only ate one small piece because I wanted there to be enough for everyone.  They did bring more out, but I didn't have time for another piece because we were visiting at our table with a new couple, Jared and Mikayla.  We stayed at Vikki's for quite a while, then came home and Bill took a nap.  I watched Jacob's marching band again.
