4/27/17....Vikki came over and we met Kimmy to go to garage sales....Went to the Rescue Mission

This is the doctor that did Hailey's Spina Bifida Surgery.  She has Spina Bifida herself but was made Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery (first female to hold this title in the U.S.)  She has spina bifida herself so this is an amazing accomplishment.  Lauren, Kenzie's cousin, is in the picture with her.  She also operated on Lauren for her brain tumor.    Dr. Muraszko was suspended from the ceiling for two of Lauren's 12 hour surgeries.  Hailey is a miracle girl and so is Lauren and God used this doctor as an instrument in their lives.  God is Awesome!

Vikki came over and we visited until we got a call from Kimmy saying she was getting close.  We met her at Pat's and rode with her to go to garage sales for the Walleye Festival.  We found lots of stuff right away and had a van full pretty quick.  We went to one that was just setting up and I found a whole big box of legos.  There are 3/4's of a tub of legos.  Amazing sets are in it and the lady had all the books.  I found a large rectangle electric frying pan and a griddle.  Lots of good finds.  We stopped for lunch at Leaman's and Kimmy had made us yummy egg salad with her chicken's eggs.  We also had delicious strawberries (Vikki asked if she could eat one at a time ha ha.  She's so cute.)  We had pretzels too!  Such a great lunch and we sure were full.  We went shopping again and we found two fold up bikes that we can take camping.  We got them from a Pastor's house.  I had to run to an ATM and then we dropped stuff off at Vikki's car so we would have enough room for the bikes.  Kimmy and Vikki tested the bike for me.  We sure had lots of fun and good laughs while we shopped.  We saw Bruce and Melissa while they were shopping too.  It was so cute!  Melissa came running towards us when she saw us.  I sure love my girls.  They are loving and giving and always willing to help.  Vikki and Kimmy came back to my house and we went through my stuff again.  Bill and I had to leave to go pick up the popcorn for the guys at the Rescue Mission to eat while they watch God's Not Dead 2.  The guys loved the movie and even started singing "How Great Thou Art" when they sang it in the movie.  Bill led the guys in a Salvation prayer afterward and we were able to pray individually with some of the guys who wanted prayer.  I prayed for a guy named Bob who was on oxygen.  He wanted prayer for his health and a place to live.  Please keep him in prayer!  We got home and I made steak and baked potatoes.  We at kind of late but it sure tasted good.
