Eli and Peyton woke up at 7.  They ate and then wanted to watch the 101 Dalmations Movie while I took my shower and got ready.  Kimmy and Jacob got here pretty early which was nice.  Vikki, Adam and Isaac got here right after that.  Charlie got us all donuts and sent them in with Bill when he dropped him off.  They were delicious.  I made homemade bread and egg salad for lunch and we had Kimmy's delicious salad with it.  The girls and Jacob helped put out the wooden swings, the gliders, the cover for our Pergola and other stuff.  They are amazing helpers.  Jacob sure is strong now and has the best attitude about helping.  We started setting p our old screen tent to see if we should sell it or throw it away.  It ripped because the material is rotting so we are tossing it.  We spent lots of time outside.  It was beautiful and in the high 50's.  Bill took everyone but Jacob and me on a wagon ride.  They were having so much fun and the kids were laughing and waving.  Papa sure knows how to have fun with them.  Jacob, Vikki,  Kimmy and I played 3-13.  Jacob was the big winner and I was the big loser.  Vikki got a couple of pat hands and stuck us, but Jacob still won.  She got four wild cards in one hand and threw a wild to me when she went out right away.  I had two wild in my hand too so I didn't get any points that hand at least.  We loaded the drill press in the van for Jared to have.
Bill did a demonstration with it before we loaded it.  We picked up our popcorn donation from the theater and went to the Rescue Mission to show the movie What If.  Wes and Gayla brought orange drink donated from McDonalds.  Isaac came to help us serve.  There were 15 guys there.  Several commented on how good the movie was.  One said whoever picked out the movie, picked the right one.  I love movie night at the Rescue Mission and how it touches their hearts.  Such a blessing.

Bill and I walked 2 miles at the SportsZone.  Wished my best friend, Vikki a happy birthday.  She is 68 today.  What a great friend she is.  Came home and ate oatmeal for breakfast.  Kimmy and the boys came over to spend the day.  Vikki, Peyton and Isaac came later.  Vikki, Adam, Kimmy and I played 3-13.  Kimmy ended up winning.  We sure had fun.  We all did some Grandma Russell Quotes while playing the game.  Tried her new ones....skip and reverse but they didn't fly.  Vikki and the kids gave me a black wire wastebasket, pencil holder, and some great leave in hair conditioner.  So nice! Thank you Vikki and family!  I asked Kimmy and Vikki for ideas to change the upstairs bedroom around.  They got in to action and changed the whole room and organized the closets.  Jacob was right there helping them.  They were amazing and had it done in no time.  I am so blessed.  Thank you so much Kimmy, Vikki and Jacob!  We ate lunch and then went outside to go for a walk.  We ended up in the shed and the girls and Jacob organized the whole loft in the shed.  They worked so hard and got it clean and looking great.  Vikki and Bill took a trailer load to Salvation Army.  It  sure was a big job, and we sure are thankful it is done.  What a great family.  Kimmy and all three boys had dentist appointments at 3 and 4.  No cavities for the boys. Yay!  Kimmy and Vikki left.  Adam spent the night at Vikki's.  Peyton and Isaac stayed at our house.  Bill took them to Mcdonalds to eat.  I had to teach my kid's class at church.  It was a great class and the kids were so sweet.  I came home and was happy to be back here with the kiddos.  They wanted to sleep on the floor.  We read the picture Bible and prayed together, and I tucked them in.  What sweet kiddos they are.

We went to our Tuesday morning breakfast.  Came home and packed up the presents in the car and the clothes basket of goodies the girls and I did for a sex traffic victim who was rescued.  Also packed the bags Vikki, the twins and I decorated to have friend Vikki take for kids lunch program.  Sure am glad they helped me decorate them.  Giving everything to Vikki when I meet her today for lunch.  Vikki texted me to see if we could meet for lunch at noon instead of 1.  I got ready, took Abby out and headed to Frankenmuth.  We met at Zhender's.  I gave her the wreath outside, because I didn't have a box big enough for it and didn't want to stuff it in a bag.  She gave me a big box of baby stuff she bought to donate for His Restoration and also a bag of some stuff for the girls to put in my car.  We went in and made our way to the restaurant.  It took a while because neither of us were used to coming in on the side of the building we parked on.  We ordered and showed our licenses, so we would get our free birthday meals.  The family style chicken dinner was delicious.  After we ate, the waitress came and told Vikki she hadn't applied for her card in time. Supposed to be 30 days before you can use it.  She had applied for it way back in December, but then they recently let her know she needed a code number.  She went back online to get the code number and it counted that as the day she applied.  We ended up splitting the bill she got.  Bummed, but we did manage to laugh about it.  Next year will be entirely free.  We went downstairs and walked through the gift shop and bakery.
We had such a nice visit and exchanged birthday gifts. Always love my time with her.  Thankful for a BFF like her.  Shannon and Shane sent a card with her for me with a gift card to Bath and Body Works.  They couldn't believe I was 70, so wanted to get me something.  So sweet of them.
We had a great care group.  Roy went home yesterday and is doing great so that is a wonderful praise report.  Yay, Kimmy and the boys are coming over tomorrow.

Walked 2 miles at the SportsZone with Bill.  Nice to be back walking!  Melissa, Bruce and family left for the Detroit Airport this morning at 5am.  She texted me at 6:30 and they had arrived and were in the airport.  I went shopping for the rest of Vikki Eddy’s Birthday present.  Found a beautiful wreath at Pier 1 Imports like the one she wants.  Finished filling up the clothes basket for her ministry too.  Melissa texted me and said they were eating lunch and waiting to get in their hotel.  It was in the 80’s in Florida.  Ate lunch and then did my devotions and spent time being quiet and listening to the Lord.  Went and got a car wash and then went to Sullivan’s for an elders meeting. Melissa face-timed me and showed me their beautiful hotel room.  It’s decorated in lion king decor.  Max and Hailey were in the room so I got to talk to them. The other boys were still swimming with Bruce.
Dan and Brenda decided to go, so they are down there too which is nice!

3/24/19...Went to church, Went to Bridgeport, Went to Home and Garden Show, Melissa, Bruce and the kids dropped off Abby and the guinea pig

Peyton and Isaac at the Home and Garden Show at SVSU. They have the new sunglasses they got for free there on.  They are John Deere Sunglasses

Peyton and Isaac when we were leaving!  Two cuties

Jack, Max, Abby, Melissa, Hailey, Evan and Bruce.  They dropped Abby and Jeffrey Peanut off before they head to Florida tomorrow.  I am so happy and excited for them.  Praying lots too!

Evan face timing me.  He was so serious.  I had to get him to smile and be silly.  Looked and talked so grown up.
Tried to get a picture of Abby laying by that chair. She got up and started coming to me so fast, I didn't get the picture.  She sure is a good doggie to watch.

We went by Baker Perkins where Pammie used to work.  It is almost all torn down no

If you zoom in, the field has lots of swans in it.  They were beautiful.  Friday, we saw a field on Geddes Rd. filled with swans.

Eli, Jacob and Lela the lamb.  So cute and I bet it will be a very sweet lamb like the person it is named after....Grandma Lela...is a very sweet person.  Love this picture!

We went to church.  Great worship and a good message.  We prayed with people after church, so was late getting out.  I didn't see Brittany and Nolan in church, but when I was in the foyer, Brittany came up to me and said she didn't want lots of people handling the baby, but she wanted to show me him.  I she opened the cover of his car seat and he was so beautiful and precious.  I waved and said hi little sweetheart and he put his little hand up.  I'm sure he was waiving to Aunt Penny! I talked to Brittany and Nolan for a while and they were so happy and excited.  They were so sweet, and I was so happy to see baby Bentley.  We went to Bridgeport after church and Bill got some more tools and things from a couple he met.  Came home and changed and went to the Home and Garden Show.  Vikki, Rody and the kids met us there.  I was sure happy to hang out with them after not seeing them for so long.  The kids were so well behaved.  They had fun putting candy and other goodies in their bags.  We went to Culver's for ice cream afterwards.  Vikki was too full for ice cream, so she just had an ice tea.  The rest of us enjoyed our yummy ice cream.  Abby is doing great and loves to lay by me.  She is such a nice dog.  The guinea pig is doing great too!  I did my Bible devotion and study, watched the news and went to bed.
