He got a coupon for a free haircut which expires TODAY!!! lol

For once we all surprised him!  He could figure out what it was from it's box, so we had to tell him it was a video camera for the back of the camper.  He was so happy.  He googled right away to see how to put it on.

My hibiscus has lots of flowers and buds.  I almost pulled the sticks out at first because I thought it was a dead plant.  Decided to leave them in and a month later had green leaves coming up.  So glad I waited.  This is one of my favorite plants.
We aren't too good at selfies as you can tell

Good Word I read today!!!
Went out to the camper to check the mouse trap because I set it last night since I thought I heard a mouse the last day we were camping.  Well, one didn’t go in my trap, but chewed a hole in a bag of chips and munched on them instead.  I proceeded to put a glue trap, and a child and dog proof D’con out there beside my trap.  Also prayed for God to help me catch it.  After that. I noticed bugs on my knockout roses.  I went to grab the spray I bought, only to realize I got the kind that hooks up to a hose.  What a mess,  I was trying not to get wet, but my flip flops and legs got wet, so had to go spray off with the other hose right away.  I never saw any more bugs all day though.  Got all of the bedding from the camper washed and hung on the lines outside.  Kimmy and the boys came.  We are always happy when they come.  Vikki, Peyton and Isaac got here shortly after and we were all happy to see them too.  Vikki said she saw a plane by our house flying and something big and black dropped from it.  Bill, Vikki and some of the kids went to look and see if they saw anything down the road.  Kimmy and the rest of the kids and I went and drove my car down the road.  We discovered the rail trail down the road from us.  I had ended by the SportsZone and now they continued it.  Yay!  I sure am excited about that.  We talked to Melissa and decided to go there and surprise Bill with his early birthday present.  We gave it to him early because it’s a camera for the 5th wheel and we wanted him to be able to get it installed before our next trip.  He loved it and is getting it put on next Thursday.  We all had such a nice time at Melissa’s visiting and seeing one another.  We came home and Vikki, cut my hair, Kimmy cut Vikki’s hair, and they both cut Bill’s hair.  Thanks Vikki, I love my hair trim.  I love dad’s too and so doe he.  You girls are so talented.  The kids swam while I got my hair cut.  Jacob was the only one still in the pool when I got done, so I went for a swim with him.  I got 1/2 mile of swimming exercise.  It was such a beautiful day and the water temp. was great.  Bill and I went for a walk in the evening on the rail trail down the road.  We didn’t walk the whole way because the sun was setting, but will find out how far it goes tomorrow.  Sure was a nice enjoyable walk.  I talk to my best friend, Vikki when I got home.

Me, Max, Jack, Evan and Melissa on our walk (skate)

Gayla called at 8:30 and woke me up.  She couldn’t find canning lids, so wanted me to check at Northwoods.  Isaac and I checked at 3 stores in Standish, but all were out.  Called Northwoods and they didn’t have any either.  Called Gayla and let her know.  We all ate breakfast when we got back.  Had a problem with tightening my bike rack but we finally figured it out together...Vikki more than me. I mopped the floors and put some stuff away for the trip home.  Vikki packed lots of the outside stuff up.  Peyton and Isaac went fishing.  They didn’t stay long because it was too hot out.  We all played 3-13 and dice.   Lots of fun now that the kids play so good.  We ate lunch and then emptied all the tanks, put one of the hoses away, and packed up all the chairs.
Vikki and I went for a walk/run.  Dad got there when we were getting close to getting back.  That’s when we did some running off and on.  I made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for Vikki (she hadn’t eaten with us) and Bill.  Bill did his stuff and then hooked the truck up.  He asked Peyton and Isaac to ride with him.  They were excited to.  I followed behind them.  Vikki had left about ten minutes before us. Bills showed us his fork lift and gave each of the kids a couple rides on it. He also showed us how he could lift the tractor with it.  The kids,Vikki and I swam.  Vikki and the kids left, and Marie and Roy stopped for a few minutes to get the Premium protein drinks we picked up for them at Sam’s Club.  Marie stayed in the car.  Bill showed Roy the deck and he was really impressed and said how much work that had to be. We bragged about our great helpers of course.  Still can’t thank them enough!  I hadn't seen Melissa in 10 days, so sure was missing her.  I called to see if we could walk around her neighborhood so we could catch up.  She said yes, so I went to her house,  and we walked around the block.  We had a nice time talking while we walked. Max rode his rip stick and Jack and Evan roller bladed.  Hailey and Bruce were in Sebewaing because a guy who was a close friend of hers got killed on a dirt bike.  His whole class met, parents of the kids stayed too and they all talked and comforted one another.  Hailey moves some of her stuff to Ann’s today.  She finishes moving on Monday.  Kenzie called and I talked to her for a while which was so nice!

Kimmy messaged me back and said they could come up after they went to the fair and took care of their sheep.  Isaac helped me start a fire in the firepit.   Peyton, Isaac,  and I were just starting our first had of 3-13 when Kimmy and the boys got here.  The kids all had hot chocolate. We all played 3-13 except Eli.  Vikki got here so we quit for a while and put the potatoes on the grill . Vikki grilled the burgers over the fire pit and I boiled corn on the cob .  We ate and then finished our game.  Jacob was the winner!  We went on a walk around the campground and Eli and Isaac rode their bikes around.  Jacob and Adam went for a walk by themselves too.  We girls had fun picking up acorns for Vikki to paint.  We came back and us four girls played 3-13.  Kimmy won.  We all had snacks after that.  Kimmy and the boys left then, and Vikki and I warmed up the nachos and her piece of pizza.  The kids ate outside.Melissa and I talked for a while. They took a bike ride and Vikki and I went for a walk.  The kids came looking for us and we all came back and the kids roasted marshmallows and they had smores.  We came in and all played  3-13 .  We listened to the Bible before we went to bed.  Vikki had us laughing lots after that.  I am so sad and really praying for Hailey.  A very good friend of hers who is 16 too, was riding a motorcycle and turned into a farmers field drive way, lost control and  flew off his motorcycle and hit a sign post and died.  My heart breaks for his family and friends.  I am so sad about it, I can’t imagine what they are going through.  I am praying for God to comfort their hearts.  I am praising God that he believed in Jesus and has eternal lif

Vikki and I hung our hammocks near the beach
We used our cardholders when we played 3-13 at night

Adam sent me this picture of his 2 first place plaques from the fair

I was losing until I started using the card holder during the last 4 hands
I set my alarm so I would be ready to watch Jacob, Adam and Eli show their sheep at the fair on line.  I loved watching them.  They all did such a great job.  Adam took first place and Jacob and Eli took second place in Showmanship!  I am very proud of all of them.  I made pancakes for breakfast.  Vikki watched the boys show their sheep while the pancakes were cooking.  She loved watching it too and so did the kids.  We ate all the pancakes.  After breakfast, we decided to go to Tawas and Oscoda.  We went into our favorite store, but didn’t go to any others.  Peyton and Isaac each got a Rubic cube.  They were so happy.  I got two card holders for 3-13 and some candy sticks.  We went to the main beach in Oscoda.  It was cool and windy.  We all said we weren’t going swimming.  Peyton rand down the big sand hill and got warm so decided to go swimming.  The water was pretty warm, so Isaac decided to swim too. They had so much fun in the waves. They played in the sand afterwords and so did Lucy. Vikki and I sat in our chairs in the sun and watched them.  We all laid in our hammocks after that.  Vikki and Peyton were together and Isaac and I were together.  We each ate a Kind bar.  We left there and picked up a medium pizza for Vikki and I and McDonald’s for the kids.  Vikki sanitized everything.  We went to another nice park and ate, then walked on the sidewalk along the water and out on the crummy walkway out over the water.  We walked along the beach and found some pretty stones.  Came back to the campground and Vikki packed up her stuff and Lucy’s to go home for the night as she has a school meeting in the morning.  Isaac thought he lost his Apple Watch.  I checked all the bags we took to the beach that were here and didn’t find it.  We asked Vikki to check the bags at her house and she didn’t find it.  He was starting to cry. I prayed we would find it.  I was going to go out and check my hammock bag when I saw Peyton going through her bag.  I told her to look for Isaac’s watch and she found it. He was so happy. We sure thanked God.  Peyton, Issac and I played 3-13.  I let them use the card holders and the were both beating me like crazy. I decided to use one of the card holders and started doing great.  We had candy orange slices for our snack.  I tucked them in and listened to their precious prayers, then we listened to a few chapters of the Bible on Bluetooth.  Such sweet precious kiddos.  So much fun.  I had some nice talks with Melissa.  Papa took the kids donuts today which was so sweet of him.  He wanted to go for a walk with Melissa, but she wasn’t home.
