One of the springs on the trampoline broke, so Vikki put the trampoline online for free.  A couple came and got it right away and all the family helped them disassemble it. Bill talked to the couple and they are going to come to Faith Riders and said they would be coming to our church next Sunday.  Praise God!  Vikki said a prayer when she put it on line!

I got up early to put chili in the roaster and chicken chili in a crock pot.  Washed and cut up fruit for Kabobs.  We went to church.  Bill won a $20 Dick's Gift Card for the Father's Day Drawing.  Teen Challenge was there and their testimonies and songs sure touched my heart and brought me to tears.  We prayed for people after the service ended.  Came home and made the kabobs.   Bill and I ate a bowl of chili to test it.  The kids came and we all had fun hanging out together.  The kids had fun playing and hanging out.  Bill and the guys got a big dead branch out of our big Maple tree.  Then the girls supervised and Bill hung my "Gather" sign on the fireplace. His drill and measuring tape have been sitting on the mantle for 2 months.  Glad the girls got him at the job finally.  We sat outside and he opened his cards and gift.  They got him an very nice hydraulic camping chair that rocks and is so comfortable.  Melissa and Bruce had to leave so I sent Chili home with them.  We all ate after they left and then they all helped disassemble the trampoline with the couple that came. It was a very fun day.  I am so thankful for my loving family.

Jack and Evan woke up early.  Papa got them their cereal and had them all set for breakfast when I walked in the kitchen. Evan prayed and then they ate.  The played Mario while I got ready.  Evan rode on the motorcycle with Papa and loved it. Jack came to pick up coffee and donuts from Tim Hortons with me.  They said the large 12 cup coffee containers would take 25 minutes, so Jack and I sat and had a donut and watched some amazing ice skaters race and do jumps on tv.  After the coffee was done, we went to Riders Sports Center for our Memorial Run to honor two friends who passed away in our group.  Bryan, the owner of Riders, let us buy anything we wanted for half off because he and his wife are closing the business.  Sad it’s closing but happy for them.  Every year for as long as we’ve been Faith Riders they have matched the gift card we give away each meeting and made it $20 instead of just our $10 for their shop.  They have Blessed us with lots of deals too.  The boys and I came home and got ready to go to Evan’s Birthday Party.  Bill and the rest of the group rode the motorcycles to Clio to Joe’s Garage Restaurant.  Evan and I went to his house for his party. Vikki picked Jack and Max up and took them to her house when she dropped the twins off.  Eli came too. The rest of the kids were friends from school.
The party was fun with fun games and a treasure hunt.  Treasure Chest piniata too. Melissa sure knows how to plan a fun party.  The kids had so much fun and Melissa was very organized.  She made things easy for Bruce, Hailey and I so we could be great helpers.  After the party, I picked up some perennials from Boehlers.  Kimmy and Jared went there during the party.  They came to my house and dig up some of my plant starts.  It is so fun to share and we sure save money.  Cooked burger so I can make chili for tomorrow when everyone comes for Father’s Day. Bill and I both read the books Jacob gave us to read.

After reading my Bible, I got ready and went to take Melissa to therapy..  Got there early so got to see the kids for a while.  Jack and Evan came with us and spent the day with Papa and I. The first thing Evan did was to start picking up sticks in our yard.  I didn't say anything to him.  Then he told me he was really good at unloading the dishwasher if I need him to do it.  I let him unload it and put away the silverware.  Jack helped pick up sticks after Evan started.   They played basketball outside for a while, and jumped on the trampoline and played with a couple of balls on it.  We went to lunch with Vikki, Peyton and Isaac.  The McDonalds on State St. was the busiest I have ever seen it.  We decided not to go in but to go to the one on Bay Rd. instead.  The kids played afterward.  We went to the new Dollar General by Vikki's too.  The kids were really good walking through there.  We came home and spent more time outside.  I trimmed the tree by the back deck.  I sat on the swing and read the second book Jacob lent me, while the boys played some more on the trampoline.  We ate chicken, potatoes cut up and baked in the oven, and green beans for dinner.  Both boys ate two helpings. I was happy they ate so good.  Evan asked me if he could rinse all the dishes off and put them in the dishwasher.  He did a great job!  He sure is a willing and good worker.  We watched the K-Love Fan Awards for a while and had popcorn with M & M's hidden in it.  They really liked that.  After they lost interest in the K-Love Fan Awards, we started watching a movie, but turned it off when they used bad language in it.  Bummer!  They are great kiddos and didn't complain at all.  They sure were good and lots of fun today.  I tucked them in and prayed over them.  Then they wanted to say their prayers.  So precious.  I love how they pray from their hearts and just talk to God.  I am a blessed Nana!

Thurs., 6/13/19...Did some cleaning, made cheesy potatoes for Faith Rider's potluck

I slept in until 8.  Bill got up early to go meet Rich.  Did my daily Bible reading and praying.  I got some cleaning done and made cheesy potatoes for tonight's potluck.  It rained all day long until about 9 p.m. when the sun came out for a short time.  We went to our Faith Rider's potluck and chapter meeting.  We had a new couple, Rich and Ruth, come who were real nice.  They sat by us, and we explained a lot about CMA to them.  They took the book and dvd to read and become members.  They ride a Honda Trike too and heard of us by going into Rider's PowerSports and seeing our brochure. The food was delicious and we had lots of great fellowship.  Bill did an amazing job once again leading the meeting.  We helped clean up afterward, and then Bill and I played Skipbo and 3-13 with Wes and Gayla.  Wes won SkipBo and Gayla won 3-13.  Fun night!
