2/13/17..Went to Breakfast in Midland, Went to movie, Went to Hailey's Game, Had small group

Bill, Charlie and Dan

Hailey and her team playing Basketball.  Gotta love those green shoes!

We went to a veteran's breakfast in Midland instead of our regular breakfast.  It was at Colonial Villa Senior Living Center.  They were so nice to us and it was amazing how they served us.  Got our coffee or whatever else we wanted, took our plates, etc. when we were done.  They were so kind.  The food was delicious and everything was free too.  This man named Dan asked if he could sit with us.  He knew Grandpa Adam's niece and nephew and worked with them.  I was blessed to be able to share the great miracles God has done in our lives.  He shared a miracle his wife had too.  We got stuff ready for care group when we got home and then went to a movie with Charlie and Sue.  Charlie thought it started at 2:05, but it didn't start until 2:45.  We sat and ate popcorn and drank pop until we could get into the theatre.  I had heard it was a good movie and it was rated PG13.  It should have been rated R.  Lots of violence and bad language.  I should have looked it up on plugged in to get the review.  After we left there, we went to Hailey's basketball game.  They were behind by 6 points.  Well, by the end, they had tied it.  With just a little over a minute on the clock left, Jada threw a free throw and made it.  They would have won it then, but her toe went over the line so they didn't get the point.  It was tied 20 to 20 when we had to leave to get home for small group.  They ended up loosing by 2 points.  They sure played good and it sure was an exciting game.  It was so nice to see Ginny's mom and dad there.  He had serious surgery in September and is still recovering but he looked really good today.  We had 10 for small group.  It was a great study.  Dennis did a good job leading it.
