Eli, Jared and Bill looking over Jared’s new pellet gun.  Bill wants one now.  The boys all love shooting it.  I want Eli to get my Starlings for me.  He’s a great shot.

Happy Boys!
Now for the fun!
Flower garden all finished after a very hard day’s work.  Thank you Team Russell and Bill.  What a huge blessing you all are to us.  We thank you so much and love you so much.  Great job.  Love how you make work fun!
Jared sweeping out the trailer after the compost was emptied out.
Bill, Jared (sitting on the job lol). He deserved to sit after all the hard work he just did.  I thought it was a cute picture.  He didn’t sit for long.  Eli helping too.  Great team!
Jared, Eli, Bill and Kimmy working on getting the pond in just right
Jared and Eli filling the wheelbarrow with compost so Kimmy could empty it and Bill and I could spread it.

Bill having fun driving Jared’s tractor when they went to get compost.  It’s the biggest smile I’ve seen in a picture of him.  I bet Jared didn’t have to tell him to smile either.

Adam, Eli and Jared digging out all of that hard clay.  Adam worked very hard too.   He was going to dinner with hope, so he had to leave.  Will have to take him out to eat sometime when he’s available.
Adam after he dumped a load of clay.  See how it sticks to the wheelbarrow.  Heavy stuff too.

I love this picture.
They got everything out of the garden and now for the huge job of digging that clay which is wet and heavy out and moving it to the woods.

We went to Faith Riders meeting today.  The Lord encouraged all of us through the message and words spoken today.  Afterwards, Bill and I went to Sebewaing to pick up a poly resin pond he found on Facebook.  While we were getting that, Kimmy, Jared, Adam and Eli came to our house and dug out about 4 inches of wet clay from our new flower garden.  It was heavy and stuck to the shovels and to their boots.  It would get so hard I could hardly get the weeds out of it.  They had that big job done when we got home, then they put the pond in with lots of help from Bill and a little help that they would let me do.  After that Bill and Jared went to Jared’s and got a trailer full of compost.  While they were gone we had the cutest visitor and three other sweet visitors.  We took a break to go spend time with them.  When the guys got back, Eli and Jared filled the wheelbarrow with compost, Kimmy dumped the wheelbarrow on the garden and Bill and I spread it out.  Then they put the rocks and stepping stones back in for me.

They also planted some plants they brought from their house.  It was such a big job and they did it joyfully and have a knack of making work fun.  They sure are blessings from the Lord to us.  Thank you Kimmy, Jared, Adam, Eli and Bill too!  I love you all and appreciate you so much.

They did have some fun with Jared’s pellet gun.  We all enjoyed a meal at Olive Garden at around 7:30.  It felt so good to sit down and relax.
