9/18/15 Took Jack and Max to stay at the hotel in Mt. Pleasant

Love this sweet picture of Jack and Papa.  Jack tied his straw so tight he couldn't drink out of it so we had to get another one.  Papa and Jack played tic tac toe and Max and I played.

Jack and Max in the arcade.  We had to get out of the pool because someone puked in it.  It was closed the rest of the night.  We sure had fun in the arcade though.

Melissa came over in the morning and we went to Walmart and Sam's Club. Then came back to my house and spent time.  Called Vikki and she, Peyton and Isaac came over too.  We sure were missing Kimmy.  She has a cold so stayed home. Boo Hoo.  Melissa left to get Evan.  They came back and we ate.  Peyton and Evan had PB&J's and the rest of us had chicken noodle soup that I had made.  We visited and then Melissa left to go home and pack the boys' things.  Vikki stayed for a while.  After she left I packed my stuff.  Bill cut the grass and then came in to shower and pack while I went to Melissa's to pick up the boys.  We headed up to Mt. Pleasant.  Got into our room and then left to go eat at Bob Evans.  The boys and Bill had breakfast and I had turkey, potatoes, and dressing and we all had banana bread.  Then we went back and went swimming.  We had fun for about an hour till we all had to get out of the pool while they put caution tape all around it.  I was happy I had gotten out and went in the jacuzzi and didn't go back in.  Bill and the boys went back in the pool and then a security person came in and said someone had puked so they had to leave.  I did go shower off and a worker started yelling for me to get out of there.  There was puke on the floor there too.  I went and washed my feet at another place. YUK.  We all went up to our room and the boys took showers in their swim suits to soap and wash everything. So did Bill.  Then we went to the arcade for some fun.  Came back to the room and the boys wanted to watch a movie.  They picked the Weather channel and watched a show on sink holes.  They loved it.  Jack fell asleep at almost 11pm and then we all went to bed after that.

Picked everything in the garden today.  Picked beets to give to Chuck and Sue.  Pulled up the onions, picked peppers, tomatoes.  Had to run to Meijer's to get some ingredients I needed.  Came home and started making the salsa.  Finished about a hour before we had to go to Meijer's to meet up for our ride to bike night in Hemlock at Farmers.  We had 15 there and Trinity Riders had 5 there.  It took forever to get our food so we had lots of time to visit.

9/16/15 First night of Kid's care groups

My kid's care group.  We went outside to watch the fireworks at church.  Picture didn't turn out too good but I still put it on.

Went to church to do my Sunday School lesson and make sure I had everything for my kid's care group for tonight.  Stopped at Health Source to visit Ruth Kish.  She was so happy to see me and I was happy to see her.  She fell so hasn't been able to go back to New Hope.  I prayed for her before I left.Then came home to get my lock so I could go to Sports Zone and walk.  Walked over 2 miles at a quick pace.  I tried to call Vikki to see if she wanted to go walking at the rail trail but she didn't answer. Made chicken noodle soup.  That is what we will have for lunch on Friday girls!  Went to Church at 6.  Have great kids this year.

9/15/15 First night of care group

Fun celebrating Olivia and Pat's birthdays tonight at care group.

Went to breakfast today.  Shared a devotion on whose footsteps are you following and where are they taking you and also who is following in your footsteps and are you leading them to the right place.
Went to Melissa's to drop of a DVD.  Evan showed us his new bed and dresser.  He was pretty excited about it.  It's very nice and very sturdy.  We had a piece of yummy zukkini bread before we left. Thank you Melissa.  Wish I would have taken a pic while I was there.
Got things ready for care group.  Made chicken in the crockpot, baked potatoes and peas for dinner.  Tomorrow I'm making chicken noodle soup.  Our care group was so good and so much fun.  We have Brittany and Nolan, Emily Simmermaker  and Derek, Malachi and Sam Nelson, Marie and Roy, Ron Raptly, Pat and Rich Dudak, Dennis Watkins, Dennis Ward, Amy Howard (Dennis's Girlfriend), Kay Groulx, Olivia Madlock, Jeff and Vikki Eagle.  Next week we have another college girl coming, plus Malachi's home care manager so will have a full house.  We just had a get to know you time where we introduced ourselves and told a little about our families and shared our testimonies.  It was Pat's birthday today so I picked up a cake.  Olivia's  was last week so I put both of their names on it.  It was from Walmart and was yummy.  Someone signed up for every ministry we have in the care group so that is a big blessing and everyone helped clean up afterwards.  It is going to be a great care group and a great lesson.

9/14/15

Mocha finally got a bath today.  She was so dirty from camping and now she is squeaky clean.

All I did today was clean the house really good.  It was so dirty from being gone so much.  I also pulled weeds out of the flowers.  When I got done with that I shampooed carpets.  Busy day and I have 13,000 steps already.  Feels good to sit and watch a movie.  Watching the woodcarver.  Very good movie.

Went to church for Kick Off Sunday.  Great message and then there was cider and donuts afterwards.
Brittany and Nolan asked if they could come to our care group so we were excited about that.  Looks like we will have a great group this year.  Excited to start back up on Tues.  Kids at church were coming up to me all excited about our kids care groups starting on Wed.  Vicky Beemer gave me a huge bag of toys for my surprise bag which was so nice of her.  We came home and changed, Bill went with Greg for a few minutes to look at a motorcycle Greg wanted to see, then Bill came back and got me to go meet the people at church who were going on a ride.  We went on the expressway to Holly so they could stop and pick out some new shirts that came in.  Then we rode through the beautiful countryside to a nice restaurant to eat.  We sat outside at a big round table.  We had a very nice waitress.  We ate good food and visited.  Had so much fun.  Left and took country roads home.  So beautiful out!  Got home and watched a movie.
